Connecting to the Earth through your heart helps you feel safe and protected in relationship to the Earth. It helps build trust in your Earth experiences, and helps guide you in the direction of your joyful purpose in being alive on this planet.

Connecting to the Earth through your heart is different from creating a grounding connection to the Earth through your root chakra. Grounding helps you focus your physical presence on the planet. Connecting to the heart of the Earth opens a divine channel of love between you and the Earth.

The first step to creating a heart connection with Earth is to establish the grounding cord. Visualize a cord of light extending from your crown chakra (and above) down through your spine, through your root chakra to the core of the earth.

Once you have established this grounding cord move your awareness to your heart center feeling and seeing your radiant heart light expanding out and meeting the radiant heart light of the earth.

The heart of the earth can be visualized as a sphere of green light beginning midway between the surface and the core of the Earth. The heart of the earth encompasses the spheres of the core (root chakra), and the two next larger concentric spheres relating to our second and third chakras.

Change is upon us! The Millennium has come and gone, but as of this writing, it's still weeks away. I'm working in the dark, writing about something whose resolution is still uncertain but which will have occurred by the time you read this. Today I don't know what happened on January 1, 2000. But you do (and so do I) now. What a laughable situation!

No matter what happened, something changed. That's inevitable. Whether or not the change was dramatic, it did occur. But that's not new. Change happens all the time. It's how we evolve.

From the moment we're born, we're changing. We grow, adapt, learn, challenge ourselves (and occasionally one another), mature and hopefully become wiser.

Our level of maturity is most visible in the way we deal with the changes in our lives. When we're confronted with daunting, seemingly insurmountable life circumstances, how do we handle them?

If we are able to completely surrender to God's grace, there is nothing the Divine cannot accomplish through us.

Some religions will not offer prayer for healing of Animals, but the Spiritualist do. Many of the philosophies of the Spiritualist are akin to the beliefs of Native American spirituality, whereas God is seen as existing in all things, people and animals. The sacredness of All of Life is honored. During this lecture I will also share with you some holistic approaches on diet, discuss "relationship Vs training" and offer techniques for increasing your own awareness with Animals.

From the e-mails I receive, I think some people feel they are not doing enough in the way of helping Animals. But I believe we really can Heal this Earth, and that our efforts will pay off, as I see life as a sacred web with each of us weaving our efforts together even though we have never "met" in the physical realm. We are linked together in consciousness of building what is referred to Biblically as "the new Heaven and the new Earth." It is happening now and I believe that is the urgency we are feeling. Our ability to see and hear inwardly can be improved by practicing with auras and Living Light Language—the Akashic Records. Close your eyes and put your forefingers on the upper edge of your eyelids. You will see colors and/or shapes on each side of your eyes. Bring the patterns on each side together, into the center of your vision. Keep focusing until the patterns from both sides match. This balances your right and left brain, which is important in communicating with your Higher Self.

Once the pattern is balanced, keep focusing and you will see geometric forms coming towards you in layers. Stay focused and you will see through the layers and the information will become holographic. This is Living Light Language.

What I look for is a pure, bright, neon blue color that feels fluid. This is how the center of creation appears to me. Remember, when information comes in, it will be a complete concept, not just a piece. This is what I mean by holographic information.

To practice seeing auras, get four sheets of paper: red, blue, green, and yellow. Put the red paper up on a light colored wall and gaze at the center while letting your eyes go slightly out of focus. Focus for 2 or 3 minutes and then have someone remove the paper while you continue to focus on the same spot on the wall. You should see a faint after-color. Red, for example, will leave a green glow on the wall. Continue with the other sheets of paper, using yellow last. As a final exercise, have someone put their hand up on the wall. You should see the prana energy radiating from their fingers.

Some ways of being are dysfunctional and painful. An example of this pain can be seen in guilt and shame.

Worry, guilt and shame are useless feeling past the first educational minute. A minute of guilt when one has actually done wrong serves to alert you to what has occurred and encourages right action. Shame for a minute serves to show remorse for the wrong. Worry is only stress and does not offer solutions.

Instead of walking in the shadow of guilt or shame, hold a favorite quartz crystal once a day and cut the ties to any worry, guilt or shame that you have felt for the past 24 hours. Forgive yourself and anyone else involved, then listen to your inner voice or guides for wisdom. See yourself being in the process of resolving issues. Surround yourself with love and acceptance.

Businesses acting in the greatest good for people? For life? For the planet? Yes, it will happen--in this century!

I have a small, thrivng business which sends out beautiful pictures of masters and deities of many traditions (see AMI website). Here's what works well for us:
1. How does your business serve the world? Get clear on that. (If you can find nothing, do you want to stay?) How may this service be increased? Practice recycling and use bio-degradable materials.
2. Every day, feel yourself part of this service and help others to feel it.
3. If possible, have a prayer together each week. In your prayer, ask/affirm expanding enlightenment for each of you, harmony with one another, and harmony in your work connections and in your lives. Bless your business. Bless all those who supply you and all who are your customers. Bless every person your work touches, both directly and indirectly. Include in your prayer a blessing for the earth, humanity, all life and everything here.
4. Be aware if someone seems to be in trouble; may you be of service?
5. Have fun, share and laugh together! Celebrate successess and breakthroughs.

Though it seems impossible now, banks will actually help people get out of debt. No manufacturer will pollute. No one will be allowed to go hungry. With enlightened practices the world will be transformed, business by business! Back to T of C

As I read various sites I find that many say we are in Earth Changes/Cleansing Times. So expect strange weather, winds, heat, quakes, etc. Well our bodies are 100% earth so they are also going through some changes. I just had the flu, many, many seem to be having the flu. What is flu? What are colds? One teacher said they are cleansers. We have had a ton of smog, preservatives, manufactured/simulated/plastic foods, microwave dinners, some medical industry prescriptive drugs, a few toxic emotional experiences - anger, frustrations, need to be right, want to tell everybody how to live "correctly" - (frequently that is 'do it my way', 'do it my way or I will not be happy').

So how will you see this in your writing? A lot of circular forms tell that you are rolling with the punches of the universe/gods. Too many straight strokes, angles and slashes say you are still trying to get the world to do what you think it ought to do.

As your life changes your writing will change. As you change your writing you will also change. Practice writing your daily affirmations. Notice if you are flowing (roundness and softness) or if you are struggling and forcing (heavy, holding your pen tight, straight strokes, jerkiness, angles). Consider this: do you want to “play” your way through life or are you busy “working” to make sure that "life is right". Guess who has the most fun and has the best health?

Most people looking at their writing will see about 1/10th of the yuk - and the possibilities - that a Graphologist will "see" and miss some of the opportunities of enrichment.
