I am writing this on January 16, 2001, as the influx of Light from an incredible Star Alignment is building to a crescendo. The Light of God is pouring through the physical, etheric, mental and emotional strata of the Earth in unprecedented frequencies. The Solar Christ Presence of every man, woman and child is integrating into our four Earthly bodies the maximum that Cosmic Law will allow.

This is an awesome moment for the Earth and all Life evolving upon Her. It is a time for gathering together and a time for Awakening. I want to assure you that there are Legions of Lightworkers who have invoked the collective Family of Humanity and have gathered every Human Being on Earth into the Chalice of their Heart Flames for this awesome event. Even though you may not be consciously aware of the miraculous things taking place at this time, you are being included through the selfless giving service of Lightworkers around the World.

The Divine Light bathing all Life on Earth is gently activating the patterns of perfection that are encoded within the genetic structures of our DNA. These codes contain the full, unmanifest Divine Potential that we were empowered with when we were first breathed into existence from the Heart of our Father-Mother God. They contain the Divine Truth of the Cosmic I AM which includes everything we have been striving to remember and reclaim since we fell from Grace aeons ago.

Flux, flow, clearing-- we are working in chaos to establish the next perfect Mandala of Being. Greg Braden proved visually that atoms follow the same pattern from chaos to perfection. After years of the Path involving prayers, mantra, decrees and Violet Flame work, you might wonder -- What's wrong? I am doing everything I know, to clear my issues and prepare for total ascension yet my life seem chaotic.

Everything is energy. How clean is your physical house and body temple? Move beyond the surface. The dropping of one leaf in a forest, alters the whole forest. Look at the Tree of your Being. Are you clinging to your old withered leaves long after autumn? Have you really let go of all past trauma? Are there old letters, thoughts, relationships or piles of emotional debris?

Is your life so full and cluttered that there is no void, or room to be filled with New Spirit?

Everything you OWN OR HAVE IN STORAGE physically, emotionally or mentally IS INFLUENCING YOUR LIGHT BODY. Have you ever wondered why your aura and home doesn't feel higher and clearer? Is a cleaning, clearing session in order?

As a young girl, I remember entertaining myself by picking wildflowers, building forts, climbing trees, watching the family garden grow, making ‘perfume’ out of rose petals, tea out of lilac leaves and anything else that kept me outside during the day. Watching clouds, thunderstorms, stars, the moon cycles and the occasional aurora borealis in the northern sky were other fascinating past times for me.

That same childlike joy and enthusiasm for nature comes with me on my guided tours. My attentive eye for nature has taught me much about the uniqueness of the Mt. Shasta area in the twelve years I've lived here. I can lead you to high alpine meadows full or iridescent Windflowers; Spring forests speckled with the large, white blooms of my favorite dogwood trees; quiet snow-laden old growth forests where you can hear the snow fall; Shasta Lilies so fragrant you often smell them before you see them; into the belly of 40’ high lava tubes; or to the highest cliffs where you can ‘touch the sky’ and tell the universe your hopes and dreams.

Gone are the days of grizzly bear and mountain goat, but with a little luck and a lot of patience, we may see white-tailed deer running through the shadows of the forest; hawks soaring majestically over field and stream; osprey fishing over high mountain lakes and rivers; or a sleek otter darting quickly through the underbrush at river’s edge.

Whether as a step-on-guide for your bus caravan, a scenic tour leader or as a casual hiking partner to Mt. Shasta's many exquisite locations, I help you look at nature through my admiring eyes. Together we will also learn to relax and enjoy the peacefulness that comes from spending time with some of Mother Nature’s abundant creations.

I haven’t written much these past months as I have been waiting for the dust to settle around recent visions and life changes. Well, the dust hasn’t settled, in fact it has been stirred up even further, and I ask myself what is going on!? I meditate, eat the right foods, read the right books, live in a spiritual community, and even hang out in some really cool sacred sites! Life should be perfect, right? So why is life feeling so unstable, so changeable, with chaos and confusion around every corner? I have expended so much effort to keep my life in a peaceful and stable state of bliss. Doesn’t God recognize my efforts and the dedication of my heart, and choose to reward my efforts? Doesn’t God see my desire for a blissful life, free from challenges, conflicts and chaos? I ask myself why I and so many other devoted spiritual seekers are going through so much.

We believe that all relationships, including intimate ones, are opportunities for spiritual growth and personal healing.

If we are putting distance between ourselves and an intimate partner or friend, then one of two things may be happening: either fear of one kind or another is present or the dynamics are changing between the two of you and you begin growing in different directions.

Everyday we receive email messages from people who talk about being in disconnected relationships and having disconnected sex. We've learned that disconnected sex does not bring intimacy. It only provides a temporary mask which covers up the challenges within the relationship.

Do you notice the number of ads for Viagra? Now, we're not being judgmental here--just pointing out that many people are searching for that connection of the heart and soul-- that intimacy that is missing or has evaporated over many years of marriage.

Intimacy is not something that you can fix with a drug. It takes two people truly interested and willing to work for a connection of the heart and soul. That means tackling the core issues that they fear may destroy the relationship.

Most of us spend our whole lives, consciously or unconsciously, trying to find our connection with Spirit. We believe that this is the same connection that we feel in a deep union with another person.
