Can you feel the shift? 2003 promises to be very interesting! Many things have already happened in the first weeks of this year, both subtle and obvious. Magic is truly at an all-time high of possibilities this year. Make it happen for you! To do this, hold the vision of what you WANT to happen in your life and world, rather than on STOPPING that which you do not want. Energy always flows to where you place your focus. Focus on Peace, Love, Prosperity, Health, etc., whatever you want, and see it as DONE. For instance, to focus on "No War" is not the same as to focus on Peace. The mind does not recognize "no" or "not", so it would only "know" war as your focus. --TCG

Can you smell the bright light that is burning inside you at this moment? I can. I have been feeling the sun shining so brilliantly these last weeks from within my heart, it feels like summer time, yet the seasons dictate that it is winter.

Memories of being in Peru and the Mystical Mountains there at Manchu Picchu keep on returning to me. Visions of Chichan Itza and the beautiful sea at Tulum, the smells! I can feel caressing upon my skin the fresh beauty of nature that I used to live in while in Costa Rica so many years ago, and then there is Hawaii and Japan-what journeys I have had!!!

It feels like all this and more are taking place, a returning to the bright light of divinity that once swept this land long ago-as if a time line is being crossed over and revealed in sweet soft melodies from within the Earth and our inner Sun-our Hearts. I can feel Heavens Breath upon me, gently igniting my inner fire of complete joy and freedom-can you feel it too? I wish everyone of you and your surroundings, that you may dwell in a peaceful beginning to a return to freedom from within.

Tolerance. This is the message I received from Melchior during a ritual we did for winter soltisce.

If people would learn the meaning of tolerance we would live in a world of unconditional love. Asked us to compare ourselves to people in Tibet where no one raises the voice to another. They know they have come down to earth to continue growing spiritually and dedicate their energies to their SOUL.

I wake before dawn and am called outside to sit at the stone circle in my yard. It marks a crystal mandala containing a flourite double pyramid drawing energy up from earth and down from spirit. The flourite is surrounded by twelve clear quartz points with a tumbled rose quartz at the end of each one. The layout is like a clock face and the mandala amplifies and emanates an energy of self love and healing.

There is a "bowl" of mountains a few miles in the distance and an energy projects out from this bowl and crosses my yard at the exact spot where the crystals are buried. I sit along this energy line and feel electricity moving up my spine. I connect with the entities that I meet with regularly and begin my business meeting by expressing my gratitude for all the miracles that I experience every day.

My life's work is to hold a space for women to receive the gifts available from the universe. From where I sit, I witness transformation after transformation as the entire world of women comes to my door, guided here by spirit. It's a wonderful life, one I would not trade for anything.

I live on the island of Kauai where a tangible healing energy is felt by many residents and visitors alike. Over the past 5 years, hundreds of women from around the globe have stayed at my guest house and received far more than they have given. Perhaps I will see you here soon.

The Western world has the custom of making resolutions for the New Year. There emphasis is on changing aspects of the self. Most if not all of these resolutions are doomed because of one crucial failure. What is this failure? To love yourself and treat yourself with the greatest of love.

I have taped to the hutch above my desk this quote from Djwhal Khul: "It's very important to program the subconscious during different times of the day. Constantly tell yourself...I love myself. I love myself more than anybody else. I love who I am, what I am and why I am here...Passionately!"

When we love ourselves and why we are here with passion, we will treat each other the same way. Most of us have been taught to put ourselves 3rd: God first, others second, ourselves third. If we do this we are taking care of everyone else and not ourselves. This leads to emptiness and bitterness. The end result is that our emptiness and bitterness spills over to everyone else.

If you love yourself passionately you will put in your body only that which supports and heals your body. If you love yourself passionately you will you will think only those thoughts which supports, fills and heals your spirit. If you love yourself passionately you will watch only those things which supports, fills and heals your spirit. If you love yourself you will be in relationship with those who support, fill and heal your spirit.

Love yourself first. Then observe with wonder how your relationships and the world change around you.

May the year 2003 be the one in which you discover and live the Love that you are.

Most of us have areas of our lives we want to improve and things we'd like to change within ourselves. Affirmations are exciting and powerful instruments for positive change, and they help us work through our issues more quickly and effectively. An affirmation is a positive statement one repeats to oneself, while believing it wholeheartedly to be true. In my Life Purpose Readings and Medicine Basket Readings, I provide channeled affirmations so my clients can have customized tools for healing and transformation to work with.

Affirmations work by harnessing the power of thought, sometimes with swift and dramatic results. Beginning your day, for example, by affirming, "Today will be fantastic. Are affirmations always effective? Hardly. If losing weight were as easy as chanting "I am slim and trim," two-thirds of American adults would not be obese. There are key principles involved in making affirmations work, as well as conditional factors that sabotage their effectiveness. In my readings I outline the Four Key Principles and the Ten Conditional Factors, so that my clients have the best possible chance of achieving success with their affirmations. I also discuss the Three Synergistic Dynamics that build spiritual muscle through the regular use of affirmations over time.

Nothing seams more frightening than jumping into the unknown. It is simple human nature to want to keep life predictable. But we learn from countless experiences that life is anything but predictable. Profound lessons are revealed when our lives take an unexpected turns and we are pushed to our very limit. Sometimes we are pushed and sometimes we are the ones doing the pushing by asking for growth. This is how I felt as I left the comfort of my home to venture out into the jungles of Chiapas, Mexico for my first visit to Palenque. I don’t know if I was pushing myself, or my destiny was calling so profoundly that it was doing the pushing for me. I was being pushed to break away from the safety of my known world to enter a new world that would challenge me to grow.

It was the year 1990 and this was my second trip to Mexico. I had heartily prepared to this trip. I spent 3 years meditating, fasting, and recreating myself. I had faced the demons of my past. I had begun to re-envision my future and call on my purpose in life. I was asking for growth because my life was not making sense any more. Palenque was never far from my mind. I guess you could say I was a little obsessed about getting to Palenque. Three years after my first trip to Mexico, I was on my way.

I knew sacred sites send out a different, more cosmic oriented energy at night, so my first day in Palenque was filled with simple exploration. I wanted to introduce myself to the site and pick out a place for my all night vigil. I could go into great detail about how amazing this site is. I could tell you how beautiful, how otherworldly it is. I do not think I could do this site any justice with mere words. My goal was getting to what I could not see with my eyes. I was looking for what can only be perceived while tuning within while sitting atop a pyramid under the stars.

I decided on Temple of the Sun for my all night stay. I arranged a taxi to pick me up at my hotel and drive me out into the jungle at 10 PM that evening. I planned to hike up the back trail through old Palenque to enter the site. I wanted to avoid the guards at the main gate. No sooner than the plans were set the tests began. Everyone I met from that point on broke out into their favorite Mexico horror story. It was just like when you tell your friends you are going to Mexico for a vacation and you hear about the pick pockets and El Turista. It was a little like that only the Palenque version. One guy said he spent the night in Temple of the Sun and 3 scorpions fell from the temple ceilings and stung him…. Another woman told me she heard a story of a woman getting raped by guards. Just when I thought I heard it all, I discovered that this will be the first night the site was going to place guard dogs at the back gate! Jeeezzz… This is not the harmonious and blissful quest I had hoped for. I still felt driven to go. Why is it you always hit a block when you decide to experience life outside the box?

You can read this as metaphor or as a memory . . . Many of you are experiencing something unique and sometimes quite stressful. We are remembering our heritage of Atlantis, where our abilities and our mental and spiritual awareness were strong and extensive-and meanwhile, we are feeling the discrepancy between that time and our current reality.

It has become imperative to live in the rebirth of Atlantis. This means living in grace, dedicating to consciousness, accepting new abilities, and relating to others from the deeper more generous and open states that were part of Atlantis.

In Atlantis, there was a time of solar flares that changed brain chemistry for the first time since genetics had adapted to this planet. The change brought depression, insecurity, and distrust. Since April of 2001, there have been an increasing number of strong solar flares that are again altering brain chemistry, but this time in the direction of higher spiritual awareness and genetic improvement.

Our responsibility it to aid this change by right speech, keeping a positive attitude in speaking to yourself and others; right action, living in your truth and acting on it; and right thought, trusting a higher power to resolve and guide us through all things. We are meant to stand in our power and experience the joy of reunion with other Atlantians who have returned to do it right this time.

Saturn goes into the sign of Cancer on 3 June 2003 through 16 July 2005. The last time Saturn transited through the sign of Cancer was between August 1973 and September 1975.

When Saturn went into Gemini, the sign of the dot.coms and the telecoms, we saw the beginning of that crash. By June of 2003, those businesses will have bottomed out, the survivors the ones with a solid structure.

After Saturn leaves the sign of Gemini in June, expect to see a gradual rebuilding of these businesses, focusing upon common sense and solid engineering. Saturn is the planet of restriction, cutting your losses, and older, established corporations and organizations. Expect these businesses to contract to re-establish their structure.

The sign of Cancer rules real estate, farms, food, collecting, homes & hotels. There is trouble with food in the United States; Europe and Japan are refusing the impure and genetically changed. Real estate on the East Coast of America, is showing signs of slowing. Huge houses may lose their value, and farms that could have been sold still on the market.

Now is the time for the infrastructure to be laid for future expansion, and for infrastructure to be put into place, late of course, for the expansion that has already taken place. This would apply to all expansions, not only real estate developments.

So, expect to see a slowing and contraction of the businesses represented by Cancer: food, real estate, farming, hotels in order to re-establish a strong structure.

When I became the owner of a badger mount, was given a china badger and went hiking with a friend and happened upon a badger's den - all in a very short time span - then I ask "What is the message?" Badgers are very strong individuals. They tend to dig holes in which to live and then spend most of their time guarding that hole unrelentlessly. They have very powerful jaws and claws. In Light of these concepts, one must ask - "Who am I badgering or who is badgering me? Also, when one spends so much time guarding their territory - not allowing anything past - where is growth? Have we dug a hole for ourself and who have we possibly dragged in with us, or who has dragged us in their hole? How am I using MY "jaws and claws?" In all of these, how is energy being used? With the start of a fresh new year - allow, allow, allow and let go of stuff - empty out the "closets" on all levels - of anything that does not serve you. As you bring one new thing into your life, let go of several and feel how Light you become without all of the extra baggage.

Another thing that "cropped up" recently are thistles - no pun intended. To many, thistles are a scourge - a nuisance - something to be eradicated. To others, they are life sustaining. It is all perspective - so if you happened to get caught up in the prickers of a thistle - it's ok - take a minute and pay attention to what is going on around you - be in the moment - and then don't get stuck there forever.

With this new beginning, in all that you do - ask yourself - "What is my intention?" Is it for the highest good of all or is it self serving?

This is to be a year of "inclusion" not "exclusion" walk through your issues - not around them - and remember that we - everything - is all ONE and so it is. Love and Light to all.

Drunvalo Melchizedek reminded those of us attending a recent Prophets Conference of the power of our collective actions. He cited the Navy's sonar wave experiment on the dolphins and whales. Hundreds of them were killed by these experiments. Through the acts of a few, emails were circulated and funds were raised to cover attorney fees and bravo, the Navy suspended their experiment for a time.

Personally, I have been involved with an orphanage in Santo Domingo for eight years. Dominica, is director of the school/orphanage,mother to 40 children, plus her own two, and a psychologist for the community of 3,000 families. A US church has been helping them for a few years with rent and food for the children. This year, the church raised$55,000 to buy the building where the school and the orphanage exists.

In July, Dominica was invited to the US to receive the $55,000 check to buy the property. It was handed to her in front of TV and newspaper reporters. However, she did not take the check home. In December, an impatient owner asked Dominica to leave the property on January 15 2003.

When I found out that the children were at risk, I used my power of communication and learned that the church's gift to Dominica's orphanage was tied to a document that the church needed. The lawyer had failed to produce a title transfer of the property.

It looks like the issue is resolved and the orphans and abused children will stay. It was easy. I let the persons involved know of the urgent problem. I was firm about the deadline, and Internet speed did the rest.

Our power goes a lot longer way than we realize. As Drunvalo says: 'we can change this world and it does not take many to do it'.

For two years I’ve been working on the most intensive, difficult and rewarding healing process of my life. The focus came down to my most difficult incarnation, in which I was sold to a brothel, as a girl of 11, by my parents in Korea. All my deepest issues—abandonment, sexual shame, stored terror, anger and sorrow, and feeling unwanted, unloved and dishonored at my core emotional level—began or were intensified in that life. I believed men as a group were lowlifes, cruel and invasive. There was also an aspect I called “overbearing son of a bitch bastard.” Heavy stuff!

I discovered that as a nun in my previous life, I had believed the fable that sex and spirit are not one, and thus gave myself a life of sexuality devoid of love. But this didn’t help me with my forgiveness of the church fathers or the “johns”.

Only recently have I been able to come to what I have often taught: it’s all inside me. Every aspect was me confronting me. I have felt awed to truly get this. It allowed me finally to forgive. Each day I am feeling and affirming that we are all the beloved Christ, deserving only of greatest love and honor.

The greatest darkness of the human unconscious is now coming up to be healed, on our planet and with many of us. If we can know it is just “me working it out with me”, it is a great help to the process. Blessings!

The essence of healing is the acceptance of the being which you are – of the Bring which inhabits you, which You formed Your body to encapsulate. The absence of health corresponds to the negative charge your body has attracted – the degree to which the molecules of your body mirror the negativity of the surroundings which enclose your life in body, mind, and spirit.

When we find ourselves responding to an event with any degree of consciousness, we know we have made a choice. We cannot determine the place of our birth, nor whether those who care for us, who create the environment in which we live, fill the air around us with poisons, whether physical or emotional. And so we are thrown into this physical without having had the conscious opportunity to vote.

But from the point at which we become conscious of our opinions, we can and do voice them. Some of us learn that expressing those opinions brings only pain, and may find ourselves learning subtly to join the club of assenters. Others are branded as rebels. Still others make our way through. And here we are, having made it to a place in which we are asking how we can open even more, how we can become and sustain ourselves as beings of light and love on a molecular level.

Find the events which cause your hearts to expand, and love to permeate your life. Find it even for a few seconds and its power immediately takes root wherever it can in you, and begins to heal that which is ready to absorb its nutrient.

Sing yourself into a string of moments of love, pearls of being, glowing from within.
