And so Beloved, again we meet. . .

Let us dialogue of your “choices” today. You believe you made some don’t you? What if it was said unto you there were no choices made. Belief makes choices, Minds react, Spirit watches. Oh…! You believe you made a choice today, indeed! What made the choice: desire or spontaneity? And where did you make those decisions you made today beloved, in your mind? Yes! It is appropriate to make decisions: for your entertainment, no more no less; anything else would be an interpretation of mind, rather than it’s spontaneity. And, what say you if it would be said: “For a moment realize, you do not need to make decisions. Allow the awareness that you are a flowing organic manifestation feeling the guidance that flows through you and all things in these moments, moving you forward in this reality called life. No place to go, no-thing to get, no-thing to do, other than be here and now. Life is happening all around you and through you…”

One of the guides I work with, Mark, has given us a great new tool to work with. Visualize a ball of light in your hand around 8 inches in diameter. This is a multi-dimensional ball of healing energy.

Begin out by taking the ball and moving it around with your hands over your body with the intent to heal and clear any imbalances. After you practice this for a while, then you can move the ball around by intent.

We have all been shocked by the seeming large loss of life in Asia by the flexing of Mother Earth in Her growing pangs. We are also aware, however, that this seeming loss is illusory viewed from Spirit. When we transition the dimensions and return from whence we came, there is a celebration, a welcoming home from old friends that we have missed and from family members that have gone on before.

As the promised Earth changes start to occur around us we should remember that we have been waiting for change for a very long time, sometimes many lifetimes. Those of us doing spiritual work have chosen to be here to dispel the fear which arises at such times. It is fear that locks down the Ascension process. These changes are with us now because the Ascension is happening now. The transformation is beginning. Some of us are choosing to go on before the others. Only a few will have done the necessary work to raise the vibrations of their physical bodies in order to take that body with them. There has to be a way of letting go of the physical body in order to prepare the way for others. The Earth Mother and the Devic and Elemental Kingdoms are working hand in hand with Humanity to bring the necessary changes and release.

All spiritual work done this year will be used by Spirit to bring in this Transformational Energy, the Violet Flame of St Germain and the Archangel Tzadkiel, onto the Earth, through Humanity and the Kingdoms of the Earth. Some workshops will be specifically attuned to this energy and, with focus, be used to bring the necessary changes to the Earth and to the participants.

There is a new small being present in my heart and in my mind – a presence who has moved in at my unknowing invitation, and this new being sees everything afresh. So when I received the now familiar email message with St. Theresa’s prayer in it – with the admonition to send it on to seven people, not to break the chain, and to “be sure to send it back – you’ll see why” …. I stopped what was going to be yet another dismissal of this prayer, because a new voice piped up. It said, “Oh? What’s this? Small things – a prayer to remind us to pay attention to the little things along the way, to the bits and pieces – making the peace – of our lives. Oh, what fun, and so true!”

And so I sent it out, much to my delighted amazement.

We get a lot of things that we don’t ask for in our physical and cyber mailboxes every day. Sometimes we open them, sometimes we breathe a muttered “Give me a break” and throw them out, unopened.

If we lived carefully and with attention to nuance in every moment, perhaps we would see that in every request for help, we can hear our own souls reminding us to help ourselves, to be patient with ourselves, to give generously to ourselves with time, with blessing, with the caregiving that we give to others in our lives, exhausting ourselves.

When we see the mail in a way that floods our best intentions and leaves us breathless, maybe it’s because we are seeing the otherness of the messages, a barrage of wants from another dimension entirely separate from us. What if we opened each message as we can look at a dream through Jungian eyes: every person who speaks is ourself, every idea in the message is an idea of our own being. What if that other dimension were the place from which we send out the cavalry to bring us the help we so desperately need?

Since anything is possible, why not try an experiment: open the next three days of mail, both email and snail mail, as if each message were a letter from your beloved. Look in each one to find the pearl that waits in the barrage of words.

As we move closer to the date of the new Age of Aquarius, our little part of the Milky Way Galaxy is actually closer in distance to the Central Sun of the Milky Way. The entire solar system is being bathed in ever increasing amounts of energy from the Central Sun. This increase of energy is what initiates the Awakening Process in Humans.

The additional energy is putting extra stress on the Earth and the Sun. The very ground below us may well do some more rock’n and roll'n. Even the Sun has been a little upset. Over the last few months we have experienced record numbers of sun spots, and coronal discharges that have caused major disruptions in the electromagnetic stability of the Earth. If you have been feeling out of sorts lately, this is why.

It is also why so much has been hitting the fan lately. As we move from the Picsean Age into the Aquarian Age, many who are deeply rooted in their old ways of violence will be doing everything they can think of to hold on to the way things used to be.

Short of extinguishing all life on the planet, the shift WILL occur, with us or without us. We all need to remember that Mother Earth DOESN’T NEED US! If we vaporize ourselves, the Earth and the surviving animals, insects, and micro organisms will continue on.

So, what can we do about it? Many things actually. Here are 12 things to help get you started. . . .

In an average family of 8; say a couple with 2 children and 4 grandparents, there is a 98% chance that 2 or more of them have had a past life together. Our relationships are complicated enough without other factors playing a role, but this is how it is.

This information though can be very helpful. In this very special time in which we live, many people are completing Soul contracts and healing past life Karma. As we sort out our relationship issues we are often bringing into balance many lifetimes of disharmony. Now is a time of great opportunity. It may be that when we forgive someone we are actually healing the rifts of many life times and very deep hurts. This may be a deeper healing than you could ever imagine, and may even be cancelling the need to reincarnate on this planet again.

I have found that when I ask a client to simply guess what their past life relationship may have been with someone close in this life time, they are often pretty close to the truth. So go on, give it a go. It may explain a lot. Then with the understanding of the bigger picture let it go, you will receive a wonderful blessing.

If you are feeling like the day gets away from you and that you are intending to do one thing and finding yourself doing another, welcome to the "in between" energy. The shock of our recent elections and then the tsunami has brought a feeling of terror and mourning that has given way to fatigue and disorientation. Although a Divine Plan is still in effect, there seems to be a period of waiting and not being able to move forward.

It is important to simply "walk through" this period of time. It is rich in meaning and integration, but it is not a time of organized movement forward.

Learning to navigate through this confusion is letting "chaos give birth to a dancing star" (Nietzsche). It is a time full of creative juices and potentials but without the immediate means to carry through.

So if you are depressed, sad for no reason-or even sad for a reason, this will pass and the feeling of disorganization and disorientation will change into insight, a deeper sense of the spiritual, and the revelation of your role in the larger picture. Any feelings of being crazy are there for a reason, one that will be revealed as you walk through the chaos to find your higher self is waiting to guide you in the coming year.

With each challenge you resolve, you will have the ability to use that knowledge to enhance your life and the lives of those around you. As you walk through, you will be learning how to assist others to walk through. It is important to not take this time personally-you are not going crazy-it isn't your fault that doing things has become difficult. As you relax into the chaos, you can begin to weave the energy around you into something that will be sustaining for years to come.

For me there is a great joy in getting validation for a vision I've had. Over the years the Star Elders have shown me many, many things. A lot of what I have been shown, I've written or spoken about. A lot of times I feel it hasn't been heard to the extent that it was meant to be heard.

During the year 2000/Y2K scare, the Star Elders showed me that there wouldn't be any problems, and they were right. I wrote about this vision. I got a few letters from angry people telling me that I was leading people astray. They said my so-called New Age philosophy was going to leave people unprepared and in harm's way. In spite of these types of letters and outer world appearances, I continued and firmly stood my ground with what I knew to be true inside myself. After Y2K, I was pleased to get many apology letters from people saying that they now understood how their fear had controlled them.

It is really quite frustrating to me to receive these visions and not have them recognized as being valid by more people. Sometimes I don't feel very effective. If I had been born a Native American, Maya, or Quetchan, simply because of a culture/tradition, what I received would have been taken with greater respect. Because many of us mystics, visionaries and remote viewers are born to white skin bodies this time around, we are not offered the same respect as ancient native traditions. It is true, I don't have a drop of Mayan Quetcha blood in me; but I do consider myself Native American. I was born here on this continent. That makes me native does it not?

So called white or non-native people born into shamanic or mystical lives don't have the same resources that native elders or ancient traditions do. We don't have the luxury of these resources to help us cope with all that being a mystic entails. We are left floundering, feeling alone and suffer a lack of understanding or support from our families. Many of us end up in mental institutions on antidepressants or anti-psychotics, because we really don't know what's happening to us. I am grateful that I was one of the lucky ones. I made it out the other side intact.

Not one of us knows what effect his life produces, and what he gives to others; that is hidden from us and must remain so, though we are often allowed to see some little fraction of it, so that we may not lose courage. The way in which power works is a mystery.
