Sorry for the delay in this newsletter. All of my 3 computers decided to take "vacations" for the past few months. They still have not fully returned back to work.

Here we are in 2007! Some say time has gotten so fast that THIS is really "2012". I am not sure if that is true, however, so far everyone I know is having either amazing miracles OR major challenges. Which ever polarity you are experiencing, please make the best of it. Remember, challenges are only miracles soon to come.

2007 is a 9 year (completion) containing a 2 of relationship, unity, and group energy; Saint Germain's number 7 of transformation, freedom, compassion, forgiveness & Violet Flame; and 2 zeros in the center. Zero magnifies the other numbers and is the Return to The Divine, the No Thing which is The All, the Alpha and Omega. One zero can be seen as the I AM, whereas 2 zeros is the I AM That I AM! This is a year where ANYTHING can happen.

Greetings to you all dear friends, and may many good tidings be bestowed upon you. Well were into the new year and much is to happen on your earth plane this year, lots of exciting things are going to be taken place, lots of healing taking place lots of healing taken place all around the world, many places, people working very differently, people using different skills that they have. People opening there hearts, and allowing that which is within them, which is the voice of God to come to the fore and to be the healer for others. There will be great expansion and the healing energies will encompass your earthly plane, do what you can to be as an instrument of that divine light, open your arms out to receive the love that will also come from this healing and feel from your heart the need to pass this healing onto others.

There will be many changes, great changes; we can see them happening already for we see far far into the future...but one thing is for sure that you must must keep following that bright shining star, the six pointed star, the star of David, the same star that the wise men followed, the Shepherds’s so many knew that the sign of that star meant more than just the birth of Jesus Christ. Yes, It did mean that too, it meant that there was going to be a transformation on the earth plane, that the darkness was going to be dispelled in an instant, that those living at that time would tap into the energies of the Christ energy. Thanks to Jesus the Christ for being there and they too were going to feel this transformational energy.

But that star is still shining right now for you. Leading you forward this year, keep following it, allow it to be shining its light upon you and your path, upon your lifestyle and let it reveal to you the truths that spirit connects with spirit, you are spirit, you may have an earthly body, but you are spirit and those in the spirit realms connect with those on the earthly planes to allow perfection to take place, for bliss be part of you. For you to feel the great emotions that you all seek to find on the earth plane. Reach out this year to achieve the most you possibly can, strive to become the person who you know you truly are already. Allow the gifts to flow from you. Allow the fear to be dispelled and the anxiety, the doubt, the worries and the feelings of guilt, all those feelings must vanish. You must allow that sense of joy and bliss to enter into your being and for you to lift yourselves up, follow that star and go for what is and divinely right for you. You desire true peace, you desire harmony, and well being do you not, for yourselves and for others therefore you must trust and believe that you are worthy of these things and it is possible to make this world a better place. Peace will be on earth we promise you this, but things don't happen in an instant, things need to be worked at... Start by loving yourselves by beginning with you...by fulfilling your dreams, you are radiating at the highest level, you are exuding love and joy, fulfillment and satisfaction. You are fulfilling your divine purpose when you do this - only bliss can be yours, only good things can come to you. Don't let others put you off, put you down, say your not capable, Say that that pathway may not be for you, maybe a pathway more logical or a pathway that could earn you immediate money might be the right way for you.

Think about it, so many have done this before, so many have thought about how they can earn money which is understandable at this time on your earthly plane, we ask you this year to think about what you really enjoy doing, what really makes your heart feel good. Focus on that with undying devotion, and you will find the money will come...trust, trust you will be looked after, you will certainly be a lot happier and you will make others a lot happier too. But remember that it is the healing this year that is extremely important, many of you are going to see before your eyes miracles take place. You’re going to see people come to life again. People who have been struggling and striving, a light will just be turned on, and they won’t be the same, they will be very different and a lot better and this could be down to your good work, remember that.

Having looked at all of the traditional world religions, it became obvious to me that they all have one core - universal message: unconditional love and service… in other words, love and help each other. Acceptance of self and others, forgiveness, mercy, and meaningful work are prerequisites to happiness. I was reminded that there can be no richness without happiness.

As Gandhi said; "Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony." I call this ‘walking the talk’ and I practice this even when nobody is looking… This is what I teach others, and that the spirit thrives on a sense of equilibrium, within and with the rest of the world.

There is a world of difference between saying something, thinking it and believing it compared to being it. We all need to learn to be the change we wish to see in this world. It’s time to practice the concept of treating one’s neighbour as one would like to be treated. Inclusion and tolerance, and a respect for individuality and uniqueness are some of the concepts that form a spiritual life. True spirituality embraces all other belief systems.

Unfortunately to date, in our own particular creation story we have witnessed extremism, or collusion by one or more religions for the purpose of taking over, or eliminating another. All religions are schools and spirituality is the education, yet quite simply many religions forgot to educate us. This doesn’t mean religions are wrong or bad, but like conventional medicine – they are merely incomplete. They are incomplete because they forgot about or censored true spiritual gnosis from their teachings.

Oscar Wilde said, “Every saint has a past and every sinner a future."

The most meaningful experiences in life can come from mistakes, heartbreak, and pain. This has been my direct experience and this concept forms the core of this particular synthesis of spiritual teachings. I have learned to show empathy and suspend judgment of others, whenever possible.

I might add here that in the past when I was learning to be spiritual it wasn’t always immediately possible to show unconditional love in the moment. Initially, this was especially challenging when other people’s behaviour triggered some deep wound in my psyche and all the repressed emotions came shooting to the surface – conscious awareness…. Yet I worked through my old wounds and always returned to love and this is what I teach.

Freedom of religion is a tenet of a free society. To have the freedom to practice individual forms of spirituality, it is necessary to be tolerant of varying beliefs.

J. Krishnamurti, in his book Freedom from the Known, warns against choosing one belief system at the exclusion of all others. "When you call yourself an Indian or a Muslim or a Christian or a European, or anything else, you are being violent. Do you see why it is violent? Because you are separating yourself from the rest of mankind. When you separate yourself by belief, by nationality, by tradition, it breeds violence. So a man who is seeking to understand violence does not belong to any country, to any religion, to any political party or partial system; he is concerned with the total understanding of mankind."

Accordingly, PSA Life Mastery favours no one type of religious belief system, but recognizes the need for spirituality to be a part of everyday life.

Following on in my footsteps, students are encouraged to learn about various religions and spiritual teachings to gain an appreciation for the breadth and scope of spiritual life, as well as the tradition from which ideas hail. Fundamentalism will be handled by literally going back to “the fundamentals of the religion,” with the understanding that the fundamentals of every major religion come back to kindness, tolerance, and forgiveness. Through the study of ancient religious texts, we hope to gain a better understanding of the mind and the human experience.

Recall that in the Q’uran, after Mohammed and his followers had been tortured and forced into exile, finally stood at the conquest of Mecca. By the laws of war, he could have sought revenge for these cruelties, but, as professor K. S. Ramakrishna Rao, describes in her analysis, “Mohammed the Prophet’… instead, “ Mohammad's heart flowed with affection and he declared, "This day, there is no reproof against you and you are all free." "This day," he proclaimed, "I trample under my feet all distinctions between man and man, all hatred between man and man."

What optimism we feel with the birth of each new year! It is as if the Universe is offering us a chance to begin again, a new life. Our resolutions reflect both our optimism and our resolve to begin anew. As the month of January fades, so do our resolutions, usually. So, this year I resolve not to make any resolutions!

I am just organizing a new study group to sit around my dining room table once a week and discuss what each of us is learning from the Universe. I think I'll call it the West Clair Study Group. I love living on West Clair Drive as the word Clair means Light.

The Holidays were wonderful as I celebrated both the birth of Mary Magdalene on December 25th and the birth of Jesus on January 6th. My little great-grands, Meg age 2 and Kellen age 6 months, added to my joy and family pleasures, Kellen actually crawled for the first time on my living room floor. They are both children of our beautiful New Age and come in knowing more about it than I ever will.

For almost 18 years, Ken wrote and re-wrote his book 'The Heart of Soul Healing'. Chapter 22 provides us with valuable insight:

Pretend you are looking at a large sphere completely filled with shapes. The sphere symbolizes everything that can be created in the third dimension. Each shape represents a different collective consciousness; such as religion, abundance, education, love, health, sex, conflict, money, and war. Each consciousness is structured into a shape or vibration filling the entire sphere. There is little change or room for new creations.

Let’s say we want to create money and abundance in a magical, new way, but the old collective consciousness only allows one to create abundance in the old way. We may move out of the sphere, the normal way of creating abundance, and work ten times harder, but nothing will happen in that separate creation. It is very likely that we will fail, because we are not supported by the collective consciousness of how abundance has been created.

What we need to do is go into the sphere and create around and in between the shapes that are already there. We need to find unused space in order to create in a new way. But I believe it’s almost impossible for us to create money or abundance the way we would like, because there is so little new space or energy available, and because people continue creating abundance in the old way, as defined by their culture, religion, and social values. If this creative space is all occupied by rigid ideas, how would we ever find free space to create abundance in a new way.

When there were fewer people on Earth and open frontiers, it was easier to create because more free space was available in the sphere of creation. Now there are billions of people and it is more difficult to create.

There is creative energy that exists just to give us abundance the way we choose it to be. We need to create in an unused space where the energy can flow to us. To access that space we first have to have compassion for all consciousness. We must learn that the key to creating is to stay focused and quiet in our minds, so that we do not get caught up in the chaos of different consciousness.

In my workshops, I use the following exercise to explain this concept. When we create, our energy creates a vibration that attracts a corresponding collective consciousness. Use the collective consciousness of religion, for example. There are thousands of different religions. I request three to four people to resonate a specific religion or philosophy, such as Judaism, Christianity, Muslim, Hinduism or Buddhism. Then I call pure creative energy from Source into the room. This is the energy that wants to support our creations. The atmosphere in the room immediately becomes chaotic, heavy, and uncomfortable. The room usually doesn’t feel good to the class, as the energy coming in is confused about what form to take.

I then instruct my class to center in their pineal glands, be in the moment, love themselves unconditionally and have compassion for the chaotic energy in the room. Then I ask them to breathe in through their noses and out through their mouths for three breaths. Everyone then feels the atmosphere in the room turn quiet and peaceful. The creative energy, which became chaotic when it encountered the projected religious consciousness of the religious groups, takes a new form when my class harmonizes and stops projecting different ideas.

I believe the world keeps projecting their religious ideas outwardly until all creation becomes chaos. Creation does not know what we want. I believe the collective consciousness of religion became totally in conflict with us. When this happens in the outer world, this energy would have to take a new form, exploding into religious chaos.

So, how could we create abundance in a new way in the sphere of creation without feeling the projected energy of what has already been created?

To successfully balance religions in a new way, we must center in our pineal gland. We must be open in our heart and soul, be in the moment, love ourselves unconditionally, and have compassion for all the existing ways of creating. If we love and experience all consciousness, it will reform around us, and we could create as we choose, because the creative energy will recognize our vibration as that of a new creator, creating in a new space, and flow through us.

When enough people love and have compassion for all of creation, creation is then able to take a new form and move out of chaos. I believe this is now happening, and we are on the cusp of accessing instantaneous creation. Want an apple, and an apple appears in your hand. Want shelter, and there is a place of comfort and warmth immediately available.

I believe that those individuals who are becoming aware are creating a new dimension of instantaneous creation and wisdom that allows the heart and soul’s vibration to touch the world in a way that all will be able to share.

MY SPHERE OF CREATION

In early 1999, my life again changed dramatically when all the things I had been working on or studying came together during the last of three teaching trips to Glastonbury, England. I woke up suddenly at three in the morning. I closed my eyes to check the Akashic records. The geometric patterns of the Akashic records dissolved and I was enveloped in a brilliant, neon-blue light, which came together in the center of my inner vision. This year is starting with lots of energy and challenges. Expect your dreams to be full of energy work, helping with healing, fighting battles, and being in new places. Also expect that you might have crystals in your dreams or feel like having a crystal with you while you sleep.

Power is flowing into us right now: power to take on big projects, heal the planet, change what is happening and create a new world. This is to be done on the universal level as well as the personal level. Be ready to face change and face the battles that come with it. Change will be happening—there is no stopping it.

I’ve heard about many people being ill. This is coming from fatigue that arises from these changes and all the work being done in our sleep.

It is advised to wear protective crystals daily (rutilated, smokey, amethyst, citrine, black obsidian, tourmaline, lapis, sugilite, emeralds, Star of David, and other special shapes). Take a favorite crystal to bed being careful of points near face (use Lemurian Seed Crystals, double terminated, Vogel shapes, and anything that feel protective). If the crystal causes too much energy for sleeping it is the wrong one. A crystal point by the bed will also stand guard for you, use clear, smokey, rutilated, citrine, or amethyst).

Finish your dreams positively in the morning if any are left hanging and re-finish the negative battles with positive outcome as well. If you have had a negative event in your life, review it and send light through it and visualize (or use words or feelings) a healing and a positive outcome.

Remember to be self nurturing and know when to ask for help. Light workers are notorious for tying to do everything on their own and this is not a time to stand on pride. Go to your healer, your counselor, or your massage therapist and let someone else get rid of the kinks so you can do your work without suffering so much!

Recognize that you are doing monumental work whether it seems big or small. All Light workers are called upon to bring a positive dream forward into reality.

Complete, total, no-strings-attached forgiveness will have the greatest impact upon your entire self–physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

I’ve seen it happen. Someone forgives at the deepest level possible and their entire energy system changes. They feel physically stronger. Their emotions are lighter and more joyful.

Why is forgiveness so difficult? You might postulate that someone just wants to hold onto the hurt... or they don’t feel the other person “deserves” forgiveness (including forgiveness of self) ... or if they forgive the other can hurt them again... or....

Forgiveness is difficult because of the belief systems formed when the wounding occurs. Each of the reasons above is a belief.

One individual came in with a list of things she wanted to heal. Among the 2 pages of health issues were several people she wanted to forgive. Her innate wisdom by-passed all the health issues and took us to forgiveness. Her innate wisdom then took us to the belief systems holding non-forgiveness in place. We followed her innate wisdom and balanced the belief systems identified by innate.

When she came in the next session, her energy field was expanded, she felt lighter, had more energy and found life easier. Her innate again went directly to forgiveness of another person on her list.

Rene-Maurice Gattefosse, a French scientist, was working in his lab when he burnt his hand. He reached for a bottle of Lavender and sprayed it on the wound. He was amazed to see how quickly it healed. He then dedicated his search on the effect of these wonderful substances and developed the practice of Aromatherapy. It was Lavender that first led Gattefosse to initiate the word “Aromatherapy”.

The plant name comes from the Latin word lavare “to wash”. It is a purifying essence that works that works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual realms. In their book “The Magic and Power of Lavender”, Maggie Tisserand & Monika Iunemann describe this plant thoroughly and introduce the secret of this essence and its healing powers. There are several Lavender essences available on the market. They are native to the Mediterranean region.

The most known is the True Lavender (Lavendula Vera, Lavendula Angustifolia, or Lavendula Officinalis), which has also several names: English lavender, Common Lavender, and also Garden Lavender. It is considered by Philippe Mailhebiau as the female Lavender.

Spike Lavender (also called Lavendula Latifolia or Lavendula Spica) is considered the male Lavender. Its main constituents are cineol and camphor.

The Lavandins (Lavendula x intermedia, Lavendula Hybrida) are hybrid plants developed by crossing the Lavender (Lavendula Vera) with the Spike Lavender (Lavendula Spica). There are quite a few Lavendin essences: Grosso, Abrial, Super and Reydovan are among the most used or known.

These essential oils are all steamed distilled and their use is determined by the availability, the price, and their therapeutic effects. In aromatherapy, each Lavender has a specific use. Lavendula Vera works on the Solar plexus and it fights insomnia and anxiety. It is a wonderful antidepressant, stimulant and tonic. It is more expensive than the other lavenders, so it is often altered. Spike Lavender works on the Heart chakra, it is also a cardio tonic. The Lavandins works on the Crown chakra and help relieve past memories.

Lavenders have been used as purifying and antiseptic oils. They are excellent for burns, and they can be easily used with children and the elderly. You can blend them with a good neutral massage oil. Instead of putting the oil in the bath water, which can cause irritation on sensitive skin, massage instead on the body after drying.
