No matter how awe inspired we are by the miraculous changes we see taking place all around us, we are perceiving a mere fraction of what is actually occurring. We are awakening to the Truth that we are multidimensional Beings and we are beginning to get a glimpse of the other realities we abide in. Even then, we see only an infinitesimal portion of the monumental changes taking place during this unprecedented experiment on Planet Earth.

The Earth is becoming a Sun. She is evolving into a Solar Reality, which is the next step up the Spiral of Evolution for Her. The life-forms on this Planet are also evolving into a new Solar Reality. We are Ascending into our Light Bodies of Limitless Physical Perfection.

Every single nanosecond the vibratory rate of our bodies is being increased the maximum we can withstand without physical harm. This is causing some stress and some unusual sensations. Sometimes this process makes us feel more nervous or irritable. Other times we feel like we are getting the flu, achy and feverish. On some occasions we may feel light headed or disoriented and a little out of touch with ourselves. It is also very common to retain water during this increase of Light. Water is a conductor of electricity. As more Light enters each cell our God Selves direct our Body Elementals to hold onto the water so the cells can absorb more Light without damage. Regardless of how this acceleration is affecting you personally, these symptoms are only temporary and will soon pass.

I AM LORD GAUTAMA BUDDHA The time has come to introduce you to my beloved Twin Flame, Lord Mary Buddha. She has remained in unknown for centuries. It is my pleasure to introduce her now. In 1993, Lord Mary Buddha took office as part of the Cosmic Mother Triad. She serves as Cosmic Mother with Beloved Mother Mary and Goddess of Mercy Kwan.

For the past 5,000 years, the Father God has been in charge of both Heaven and Earth. Now in this New Age, the Mother Principle is playing a major role. As it is in Heaven, so it is on Earth. Dramatic changes have occurred in regard to the equality of the sexes during the last 5 years, especially the Heavenly Realms.

On the Inner Planes, Lord Mary Buddha has taken on a vast new work of reorganizing the Spiritual Hierarchy. This Cosmic Mother insists that the concept of a pyramidal Hierarchy is patriarchal and outmoded. She and many others felt that the spiritual government should be restructured into Councils of Light. This concept is slowly being accepted by other groups in this Cosmos and Beyond. Lord Mary Buddha is the primary being in charge of this comprehensive undertaking.

What is Shambhala? From the beginning of time legends have come down to us of a semi mythical place in Asia inhabited by a race of highly evolved beings living in peace and harmony and working for the benefit of humanity. Lost Horizons, and the classic movie by the same title, portrayed such an idyllic place called Shangri-La. There, in a lost world beyond the Himalayas, lived a race of enlightened beings who had so perfected themselves that they ceased to age and lived in youthful, healthy bodies, enjoying the beauty of life to the fullest, radiating love to the rest of the world.

Few people know that the author, James Hilton, was inspired in his vision by a visit to Mount Shasta. As he crossed the Siskiyou Mountains, coming down from Ashland, he beheld glacier clad Mount Shasta and the serene valley at its base, bounded by stunning mountains on nearly every side. As he descended into the Shasta Valley in the neighborhood of Yreka, he met friendly, peaceful people, and his vision of Shangri-La took substance.

Was James Hilton imagining? Or, was he perceiving something which actually exists in some other dimension, or in some time in the future? He is not alone in his inspiration. Many others have had similar visions on visiting the area. Some have seen white columned temples resembling the Parthenon on the slopes of the Mountain, or been visited while camping on the Mountain by tall beings in long robes who spoke of an ancient race who lived on the far side of Mount Shasta, from where they journeyed out into the world on missions of guidance, peace and healing.

According to Pearl, a long time resident of the area who introduced me to the teachings of the Ascended Masters, there was a story in the San Francisco Chronicle that told of half a dozen men in violet robes crossing the San Francisco Bay on the ferry, walking through town to the mayors office, and delivering a prophecy of a great earthquake that would devastate that city if the people did not give up their depraved ways. The mayor had said, "Who will believe me if I tell them, and how do I know you speak the truth?"

One of the tall men leaned over and drew his finger across the mayors desk, effortlessly leaving a deep groove in the wood. "Who are you, and where do you come from?" asked the mayor.

"We come from a colony on the slopes of Mount Shasta," was the reply, and they departed as they had come, back across the bay. For many years that groove remained on the mayors desk, a reminder of the words that foreshadowed the event to come.

Several years ago I asked for a vision of my life in the future. What I received was a succession of Maya buildings, some of which I have still not yet seen. This powerful vision influenced my first visit to the island of Cozumel and the Yucatan Peninsula, where I began to see the edifices of my vision. I felt that I was coming home.

It was in the people of the villages that I found true Maya treasure. The gold of the Maya is the quality of open-heartedness.

To me the main attraction of Maya spirituality is that the form is secondary to the attitude. Among the authentic traditional shamans/priests of the villages, the details of the ceremonies can vary, but open-heartedness is the key. That is the reason that some of these very reticent shamans/priests are very willing to work with us at K'u-Kuul-Kaan Academy.

We are all here on earth to learn to be fully human. And to me, being fully human means living from the heart.

Several months later I was working as an assistant manager and energy healer at a bed and breakfast in Puerto Morelos. It was a time of intense beauty - the sea, sand, flowers, trees, sky - each day was a wonder of panoramic magnificence. And it was here that I began to learn the tragedy of open-heartedness - how some people, overcome by feelings of despair, sadness, loss of opportunity, lack of respect, turn to addictive behavior (primarily alcoholism). The people of the villages, the very descendents of the great civilization builders, are often the lowest on the socioeconomic totem pole. What they know in their hearts and souls is not valued by many of the people of their own land.

During that winter I visited Mérida, the colonial capital of the Yucatan Peninsula, the stronghold of Spanish dominance. A new vision grabbed me - to become part of a center where Maya spirituality, philosophy and values could be taught.

This idea did not leave me when I returned to the United States. Sue Hackenmiller shared this vision. And so we returned to Mexico together, exploring many diverse places and were finally drawn back to Mérida.

In 1997 we were introduced to Miguel Angel Vergara Calleros. He has an advanced academic degree in tourism from the university and studied for 17 years with Don Vicente, a highly respected Maya elder, artist and scholar. He chose Miguel Angel as a student because of both his perspective on Maya culture and his open-heartedness.

Sue and I studied with Miguel Angel for many months. During this time don Vicente died, leaving unfulfilled his and Miguel Angel's dream of opening a center for these teachings. One day Miguel Angel asked us to work with him to make this center a reality. And so K'u-Kuul-Kaan Academy was born.

All my life I have trusted in the inherent goodness of all. I have found this inherent goodness and integrity incredibly abundant in the animal, mineral and plant kingdoms. However, with human beings this is sometimes not the case. People tend to look at the actions of others through the filters of their own fears and value systems. Fear is the opposite of love.

I believe if we are taught to listen to our hearts, if we access that small quiet place within, then we begin to harmonize with the fantastic balanced power of the universe. We begin to actually feel the reality of the statement: "Love is the glue that holds the universe together."

Where is the human who wants to have a wise heart? I am here. Because of this, I take very seriously my contract with Spirit.

Today I see myself as a budding emissary of open-heartedness, a teacher of K'u-Kuul-Kaan Academy of what I have learned and am learning. Our mission at K'u-Kuul-Kaan Academy is to act as a bridge between the holders of this oft hidden wisdom and those who are earnestly seeking to learn. I am not an expert on the Maya. Yet I am extremely interested in the feminine principles expressed in Maya thought. I am researching Maya goddesses and that great universal creative mother symbol, the snake, whom I believe is represented as K'u-Kuul-Kaan, the Feathered Serpent.

And so I AM - a Great Being of Light who came to Earth to change the world. The world as it is known by man who thinks it real. With others of my kind I came from far beyond the Rainbow, to crack the codes - that knowledge may be free and all may walk in Grace and Beauty once again.

Great Ones of Light are we, and filled with love so great, we came to share this world and be as they, and risked the locking of ourselves within - forgetting where we put the key.

And the key that turns this lock is Love. But not the love that speaks in words of wealth and goods and things to do and have. It is the Love of silent thoughts, unspoken dreams and starlight in the eyes of those who know. And it creates a field of energy, quite undefined as yet by scientific instruments and gage or learned books, which turns the key and frees the door. It is a coding that allows an influx, a union of like matter that has been waiting, and like a broken dam comes flooding in to seek its own amongst its kind.

There is a way of being that eludes many. And this way is the true essence of life itself. As one gets closer to this level of being, all paths, begin to merge and lIfe moves forward with extreme simplicity and Oneness of being. This is the way of Zen, as some call it, or the way of the Creator.

Mankind often sees life as drudgery . . . complicated by fears and inner confusion of purpose and desire. Therein lies the hardship, the pain and the sorrow. All that comes from this level of being is difficult and hard to understand, and keeps one in confusion and living in lack.

Get beyond that dilemma and be One with the stars that sparkle in the heavens. Inhale each moment the essence of your Oneness with it all. Walk with conviction and surety and the true deepest knowledge that the Creator and you are One and the same.

From this state comes true joy, sincere and honest communication and creativity. With this as your goal, all life moves in synchronicity, blossoming one experience on top of the other, until the garden is beset with all manner of marvelous jewels and treasures.

I have developed a new product called Clear Space Essence Spray. This spray is excellent for creative positive energetic influences and is very uplifting. It can be used in one’s personal space to cleanse and purify the energetic and chakra system of the user. Additionally, it can be used in children’s rooms to calm and comfort, and also to clear and cleanse crystals.

It is especially useful to practitioners in the healing arts by having the effect of burning sage or cedar, without the smoke.

Today, after 2,000 years, the sun is rising. Its rays bring health, purity and wisdom for the healing of all humanity. The ancient Andean people, the Incas, followed the laws of Mother Nature (Pachamama) and the Great Spirit Creator (Pachacamag). They knew the Sun to be the center of powerful magnetic energies whose life each living thing depended upon. Sun rays are the gift of the Great Spirit, giving life and radiance to all of nature.

Pachamama is both divine and sacred. She is composed of the five elements of moon, sun, earth, water, and air. All learning begins from within; learning, knowing, respecting oneself. Everything we see around us comes from Pachamama, the Mother Earth, and the invisible comes from the Father Creator - the soul and spirit. Therefore we must devote our lives to Mother Nature and Father Creator, venerating them and living according to their laws. We have received our physical bodies from Mother Earth and our spiritual body from our Father Creator.

Each day we give thanks to the Creator and Mother Earth for our maize (corn) and for the work of the nature spirits. Pachamama is our paradise, our glory, and our final place of rest.

All people everywhere are children of God - one Mother and one Father - and therefore we are all brothers and sisters. How happy our parents would be if they could see their children living in peace, naturally, in harmony, according to the laws of nature. When we recognize and respect our natural mother and father then we are blessed by them and receive their protection from all evil.

An atom, though minute in its size, is a powerful force of energy, that when united with like force delivers a new dimension. . . a new reality.

Each of us is a seed atom in the body of God. We can unite our energy with like energy and create a whole new dimension of life. We do this constantly, although not always creating wonderful things. However, when we unite with God energy, we will achieve glorious results in each endeavor, for this is the most powerful energy of all.

It is time, in this moment of new beginnings, to take a closer look, to make a clear evaluation of our life process. Are the events in our lives bringing joy and happiness? Is the energy of our life an expression of love and unity, an activity of growth that enhances God life? If there is any hesitation to an overwhelming YES to our evaluation, then we are responsible to correct our course and find right action through our thoughts and feelings. We have the ability within, through the seed atom of our heart, the Presence of God within, to change ANY aspect of our life expression into harmony and right order.

Listen to you heart; observe the guidance of God from a seemingly small intuitive feeling to the "loud" guidance of a song you have heard, a billboard you see or the call of your family or friends.

We have moved into a new time. The way we created in the past does not work the same way. Our relationships are either great or we can no longer be around these same people. It’s becoming so silly we can see and understand these dynamics clearly for ourselves. We are being forced to look at ourselves and we are confused. Nothing feels like it used to. We are experiencing diversity and change inside of ourselves, our family and our relationships. All of a sudden we are noticing that what we trust is not what we like. We have to honor ourselves because it feels like it’s hurting us to stay in these old feelings and relationships. We are moving onto new ground - or perhaps a new dimension - where each moment is a world of its own. We have a choice in how we decide to live. Honor your feelings, your heart and your soul and it will lead you out of your past. This oneness or quietness is our true connection to spirit or God or the creation energy now flowing through us.

We've found the secret to building trust in relationships is constant communication, one moment at a time. From the beginning of our relationship, we've practiced honesty and not hiding, no matter how painful the truth is. When you've been used to "sparing" the other person or not saying something because it might hurt their feelings or rock the boat, it's very difficult to open up and speak your truth. But we believe this is absolutely necessary to form a solid foundation of trust between two people.

Two of the thought patterns that destroy trust in relationships are dwelling on past pain (whether with this person or others) and futurizing about potential negative events that haven't happened. Every time your mind starts to make up wild stories that involve abandonment, guilt, jealousy--those old tapes that just keep running and don't seem to stop--bring yourself back to the present moment and differentiate the past and the future the present. If you focus on "now" and what you want, you will build trust between you and your partner.

If you are in a relationship that has gone through some challenges, you can't heal the distance and pain between the two of you by dwelling on the past or fearing the future. You must look at where you are at the present time. Communicate and build trust one moment at a time.
