Through symbolism and ceremony, many cultures can be understood and experienced. As you progress on your journey, you will find the cohesive threads between all of the Ancient Cultures.

One word would most accurately describe it all. CONNECTED.

Our society teaches separateness in every facet of your experience. This is why the Ancient cultures seem so exotic and esoteric. They understand the Connection to All in creation. They "live" this connection. They "teach by being." The compassion extends from "the inner to the outer." Wisdom and knowledge are handed down through their elders. They show honor and respect for the wisdom of the elders.

It is our separateness that creates our limited thinking and belief patterns that hold back our growth in awareness.

So how do we develop this connection in our lives? You start with YOU. Nurturing YOU, LOVING YOU.

Change will only come from within. Treat yourself as the CEREMONY.

Start with small "Now Moment Meditations." Look for a color inside your being. The color will bring you a message of what energy you need in that moment.

Once upon a time, a young woman was beset with gnawing feelings. She searched through her many daily meditation books to find herself an answer. Alas, she found nothing to soothe her troubled heart. With pen in hand, she faced the blank white paper where her answers breathlessly awaited. Her heart released joys, fears, sorrows, questions, secrets, uncommon answers, quiet epiphanies, new perspectives, and her ability to love.

My kids tell me that Valentine's Day is a conspiracy. As I shop in the malls, surrounded by red and various shades of pink, I think, they may have a point. A few years ago I found myself experiencing the familiar pain of troubled intimacy. The books that I had on hand either did not have the answers or promoted "fixes" for the obvious deficiency that I most likely had. I discovered a capacity for love that had always existed. The process still continues.

The position of the planets in the sky when you were born affects you throughout your life because of their energy output. Each planet orbits around the Earth at its own speed and vibrates at different frequencies. Our reaction to this energy is what brings about the changes we see in our homes, relationships, pets, even the cars we drive. Since the planets are always moving, we are always changing, and will continue to do so for the rest of our lives.

At one time, in order to be a physician in Egypt, China, and Tibet it was mandatory that you studied astrology. The placement of the planets in your chart and their elements not only reveal what kind of journey you will have here, it also gives a picture of your health. When you are going through a heavy experience, or have met your match in an adversary, look for the lesson you are suppose to learn. Then remember, today's difficult lesson will be tomorrow's reward in equal proportion, depending on the planets involved. One more thing, karma and the lessons you have brought into this life from a past life, play such an important role that they might have to be repeated until you finally learn them.

27 February 2000 -- First Ray warriors are being encouraged to hook up on the inner level and consciously send love and support to each other. You who are true first ray warriors are few and far between and you feel isolated and alone. Yes, He knows that some of you have read that the trait of first ray servers is to isolate and work alone. However, you now feel cut off in your communications and there is no one to talk to because people do not want to listen and they do not want to hear what you have to say. Decree for unity and interconnectedness on the inner level so that all warriors can support and help each other from the inner levels.

In lectures, besides sharing what I have learned from the animals, I also discuss how I got started living my dream. These last few months have brought many changes in my life. I am convinced that if someone like me can change the course of their life, then anyone can do it.

It has not always been easy. Working on call at the hospital for the ER (sleep depravation) traveling for consults, and taking care of my family, has presented alot of challenges. This month was essentially the end of my 25 years as a medical professional, and along with it, the end of an old identify of myself.

Three years ago I had a dream which I did not understand at the time. I was sitting with a group of people listening to three angelic beings. We were told they wanted "volunteers" to go to Earth and that each one of us had a mission to accomplish that involved helping to heal the problems the Earth was experiencing. (This dream was very involved and the full story will be available on my forthcoming tape later this year). I do know we all have a "mission" here and as I have said before, even though we may not have met in the physical, each of our mission's success depends on each other for we are all one in the sacred web of life.

What an auspicious week-end The Centre of Love & Light, Green River, Ontario, has chosen for their 3rd Annual City of Light Celebration. Yes, July 14-16th is the chosen date for this grand reunion of world renowned lightworkers and blessed musicians. The belief, the knowing, of the "reality" of aging, illness and death is something humans made up. When we fell away from our knowing of oneness with God, eons ago, we began to believe matter was reality. Out of this came every difficulty we experience as humans.

Expressions of the divine are eternality and timelessness. These are not meant to express only as our immortal souls, but also as immortal bodies. Every atom and cell is made of divine light and energy, formed by thought. Human limited belief, having the power of divinity, commands the body to age. Divine thought allows limitation to lift, and re-commands the body into life ever-expanding and eternal. This doesn't mean we're stuck here. We also learn how to step through into lighter dimensions when it is time.

The old beliefs need clearing, and this takes time and intention. But when that is done, our forms become non-aging, non-dying. We can even manifest rejuvenation of appearance when we are ready.

If someone asks you what you do, don't just say, I do reiki, I am an author or I own a New Age bookstore. Tell them how what you do benefits them. Instead of saying; "I do reiki", say "I use the power of the Universe to help others heal physically, emotionally and energetically."
