In a society where half the marriages end in divorce, where falling in love has been replaced by the "pre-nup", a time when one would think marriage is obsolete, why do we keep doing it? One of the reasons we keep having weddings is the fancy dress party that nurtures our Cinderella-at-the-ball fantasies, choosing form over content. Oprah re- minds us "The wedding isn't the party, the marriage is."

We live in a consumer-oriented culture in which more is better: more gifts, more food, more guests, a longer train on the bride's gown. Yet we hunger for ritual and ceremony that are an expres- sion of the spirit, not the personality.

There are three stones whose frequency of vibration are now able to be better utilized by human beings. As the etheric field of Gaia, our Mother Earth, and the etheric field of human beings are continuing to align and increase in frequency, three stones, alabaster, chrysoprase, and citrine can be utilized more effectively. These three stones maybe used individually and with one another.

Alabaster has always been considered a powerful and mystical stone. This ancient stone assists us to manifest our intentions or sacred goals that are in alignment with our Heart's Desire.Many ancient temple columns and steps were carved from alabaster, a very soft stone, which cracks and chips easily, making it an unlikely choice for construction materials. Alabaster was not chosen for its durability, but for its ability to magnify the frequency of the heart's desire into manifestation.

Chrysoprase resonates with the heart chakra and its increasing frequency. It is similar to rose quartz, but vibrates at a frequency that enables us to integrate the energies of the heart chakra, the ascended heart chakra, and the etheric heart of God chakra.The functioning of this triad of heart energies is vital to the awakening and anchoring within us of the fifth dimensional or unconditional love frequency.

Citrine helps manifest prosperity in our lives through increased money but also abundance of love, peace, joy, harmony, generosity, and grace. Citrine assists us in magnetizing resources necessary for to create and support the desires of our heat. Carry citrine with your checkbook, purse, in your pocket, moneybag, or cash box.

I live in the woods and love watching wildlife. I have never seen a wild bear and thought it would be great to see one. I asked the Universe to provide this in a safe way. I ran across an Indian pottery bear, with the Turtle Clan - my clan and Kokopelli on it. I bought it and later wondered was this "my bear" - still wishing to see my immense bear with paws waving.

My friend and I had been having a communication problem. Having tried all means at my disposal, being a writer, I resorted to writing. When the other person involved, returned from work, they let me know, in no uncertain terms, their thoughts or shall we say "the **** hit the fan." When the sparks stopped flying and I had a few moments to look at what had occurred - I heard loud and clear that "THE BEAR" had arrived - definitely with all paws waving and ferocious growl and I definitely have a picture that will remain in my mind a long time. So be careful what you ask for, because it may come in a little different package than what you had expected and it will come in its own time.

The recent presentation I gave brought a couple of things to light. Most of the people present have a desire to give consults as a Communicator with Animals - but do not know how to go about that.

I offer this: In my last newsletter I talked about the Power of Forgiveness and the books from Patricia Diane Cota Robles. Whatever tools you use, most people will need to go thru some study of personal mastery of: emotions, body and mind. Besides a basic study of marital arts, I have studied on many paths that offer tools to help me transform my life, to master my attention and to act as a responsible translator during consults - for the animals.

It is Natural Law: "Where your attention is...there you are also". Most of the participants laughed and agreed when I made some suggestions for time management, as most people told me they had not the time to devote to doing what they love to do. I told them to buy an egg timer - and not to use it for eggs! But to use it for timing how long they are spending "Cleaning the house" and on other task that do not really matter in the long run! "My house gets 15 minutes a day - that is it and that is all."

"When the timer goes off...I am done with the house and will not allow my attention or the tape to play in my head and let the house call me back!" Heads were nodding in agreement and smiles crossed the faces of this wonderful group of people...for they could tell..."Cathy has sure been there!"

A culture thrives and prospers only when each member work in alignment with the sacred expression of spirit. Society today is merciless and brutal to nature and spirituality because it is so out of balance with the sacred laws. It has taken away the holiness of birth, life, aging and death and left many with a profound feeling of loneliness and alienation. Collectively our work is to gather together and reclaim the holy dimension of our lives. The sacred circles that I have led for many years offers a safe and sacred space to share and express our dreams and visions and is one of the most effective form I know for breathing new life into the soul and spirit of our Society.

If we took the Earth and drew hundreds of thousands of circles around it, each one of these circles would represent a consciousness -- whether it is war, hate, anger, love, compassion, or joy -- and these different consciousnesses affect our vibration. Gate Keepers are inter-dimensional beings who allow energy, spirit, and soul to transcend through their vibration back to Source. Gate Keepers find specific vibrations within themselves that allow energy to move through these consciousnesses.

If someone is lost, needs help, or needs to find a higher vibration, he or she will be attracted to a Gate Keeper¹s light. People continue to spiritually evolve whether they are conscious of it or not. Every time you love, every time you come to a completion with some aspect of your life, every time you forgive or find happiness where there has been suffering, you change your light, your vibration, and you become a Gate Keeper.

The soul is behind the heart, and when one completely opens the heart and is totally vulnerable the heart and the soul merge, creating a sphere, and that sphere creates a gate that changes the person¹s vibration and actually allows people, souls, spirits, entities, disincarnate spirits, any type of vibration, to find that gate and use it to move into another vibration, a finer way of being.

Getting into our bodies completely allows us to be this open and vulnerable and to be Gate Keepers. Once your are open, you cannot close again and that of course accelerates you into a whole new world, and that world is one of multi-dimensionality. A Gate Keeper is one that can mirror another person's pain, another person's hurt. They can see the truth within themselves and they can transcend or change that vibration.

ENLIGHTENED RELIGIOUS TEACHINGS and NDEs
Every major religion has support for universal salvation—that all souls will eventually realize their true nature. In Christianity, enlightened denominations include Unity, Universalist-Unitarian, Religious Science, and Christian Science. Reformed, Kabalistic, and Mystical Judaism all believe in reincarnation, as does the Sufism sect of Islam. Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, and Native Spirituality have always taught that all paths lead to God, that all life is interconnected.

NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCES
Near-death experiences (NDEs) and out-of-body experiences (OBEs) comprise the most scientifically validated cases demonstrating a continuation of consciousness beyond the body. During resuscitative efforts, the soul or conscious awareness of a clinically dead patient may observe events occurring in and around the hospital. Afterwards, hospital staff members verify these observations. Such confirmatory stories number in the thousands and constitute powerful proof that life does not end with physical death.

In OBEs, subjects are not near death but nevertheless experience non-localized consciousness that allows observations impossible with only the five senses. Especially impressive are NDEs and OBEs that occur with blind persons as described in Mindsight by Ken Ring, Ph.D., and Sharon Cooper, Ph.D. Other research has verified prenatal vision—a true “double blind” study since fetal eyes are closed inside the uterus. Taken together, these studies point to a reality that surpasses the five-sense world. Now, what is your response to that old saying, “What would you do with your life if you knew you couldn’t fail? Then do it!” Because your Real Self does not die and cannot fail! Bank on it.

I have spent close to three months in the jungle with my partner. Our level of intimacy has hightened and grown to a more deeper level within these months. It reminds me of the growth and stages of mankind- from child to adolecence to adult to maturity then repeating the cycle through birthing another, yet this time on a higher level of understanding or frequency. As each generation has evolved there has always been a glimpse of the heavenly realms, yet within this Earth-our human ways still gravitate towards greed, wars and the obstruction of Spiritual Evolution as a mass. Imagine what the next three to five generations of Spirited Humans will be like and focus on the imaginable talents that will be common amongst the younger population, that now is only a dream glimpsed and lived by the few.

We have considered most realms invisible to us as places of high consciousness. But there's quite a bit of darkness in these lighter realms. Here's a personal healing which may catalyze a healing for you.

On Sirius, all we knew was peace, beauty, love. Exploring the surrounding space alone one day, I spied a barren planet and lit down on its surface. I felt an ominous energy, but my curiosity got the better of me. (I later learned that I was given warnings on the inner, but didn't hear them.) I was attacked and captured by spider-like beings who had been created not whole. I, and others they had captured, were tortured to find the source of the light we carried, as these spider beings did not have it and wanted it. I constantly sent cries for help to my telepathic friends on Sirius, but the messages were of a far slower frequency than they were able to receive. Though I was finally freed, I felt so lost, so unloved, abandoned, dishonored and ashamed that I felt unable to go back home. It took me a very great while to recover even partially from the experience. The healing was completed for me only recently, with the help of a hypnotherapy session from my friend Eileen.
