While you pursue your spiritual journey on earth, you are living your own divinity in your physical body. Your body is the third dimensional manifestation of the spirit of who you really are. It is as important to care for this physical body as much as it is your spirit growth. Many have found it easy to pursue spiritual activities like meditation, spiritual reading, retreats, and learning spiritual healing techniques. But how are you caring for your physical body during this transition of higher energy frequencies and expanded consciousness? Is it easy to do or ignore?

The importance of caring for your physical body is to assist with the transmutation of the new energy into your cells and DNA. This new light energy is moving into your dense body to change your frequencies, increasing your vibrations and consciousness. When the physical body is out of balance, or sick, the new light energy becomes blocked and cannot transmute into the physical body as well. Treat your imbalances with a Whole Foods Diet, foods high in chlorophyll (which, by the way converts sun energy for plant growth, a great clue from nature!), plenty of good water, and elimination of chemicals in your food plan (pesticides, herbicides, additives and preservatives). The new light energy does not move through old (synthetically produced) food chemicals. Foods that block the new light energy or slow your vibrations are alcohol, sugar, and processed foods. The physical body is an important part of your spiritual expression.

Clear a path for the new light energy in your body this spring with a slow gentle purification or detoxification program. Spring is the natural time of year the earth does its cleansing, preparing for anew! Listen to your body to follow the universal energy flow of expanded consciousness. Your spiritual journey must be your physical journey also.

I was a child of seven, very innocent and confused as to why my father would act so strange, and also had little awareness of how babies came into this world. Yet, I had seen my mother getting large in her tummy. It was December 3, 1933, about seven in the evening when I heard my mother crying. As I went into her bedroom I found my mother kneeling down and holding on to the knees of my father, begging him not to leave her alone with all the children. He pushed my mother away gently and left without even saying good-bye to us.

We went to bed hearing my mother crying. About eleven that same night my mother loudly called me. I rushed to her side and was told to put on my clothes and walk to the corner where a police officer was stationed. My instructions were to tell him to come to the home immediately. I was proud of the responsibility. Somehow I had the courage to do what my mother asked because I knew she was in great pain. He came back with me to the house.

Through the windows of my bedroom I saw the police officer run and I had an uneasy feeling that something was wrong. A few minutes later he came with a midwife. At two in the morning my sister was born prematurely at seven months. She was very, very tiny and would cry constantly. Later we learned my father had left the country.

Life became very difficult for us, especially for my mother holding about three jobs to be able to feed the five of us.We managed, however, the best we could with what we had. It taught me to value things other than material things, and to be positive facing adversity. Slowly but surely we started to balance our lives as it became less difficult to make ends meet.

I married a diplomat and on one occasion had a phone call from a stranger asking me to allow him to visit me while visiting my husband's country. He did. I recognized immediately that I was in front of my biological father. He looked quite different.. He asked me to help him to be forgiven by all of us somehow. I became his embassy facing rejection from my family. I am persistent and finally they agreed to a meeting with him. My father invited my little sister and mother to Mexico where he lived. The joy of my mother and my sister when forgiving him cannot be described. Later on my little sister died of cancer at the age of 36. She made it just in time. It took time for the others to do the same, but finally they all did. and rejoiced in being able to forgive him.

It was truly a miracle brought about by many Angels and one daughter who was able to see a "greater picture". Before father had the courage to come to me, there was almost no hope of having this wonderful family reconciliation. I truly feel that spirit was working through me.

As the years passed, father reached the age of ninety. He was still mentally alert but very crippled and knew his time of transition was at hand. He asked my mother to go to be at his bedside, and for three days and nights she did until he passed away in peace. He looked totally at rest with smile in his face.

This powerful lesson taught our whole family how even those who have been unforgiving for decades can redeem themselves by forgiving and giving joy and understanding to someone in need. We trust that someday you may be the one receiving or giving this forgiveness. It is never too late. Our sense of pride is difficult to describe. We leave it to your imagination. If you have issues unresolved in your life, please take the first step to forgive. This will enrich your life with many blessings from the Universe.

This initiative speaks to so many of us who are now spirit guided. Our personal growth and connection to spirit have brought us to the place where we recognize that we're here to do spirit's work rather than follow a personal agenda. At this critical time we have the collective power to create the world we want to live in.

Each of us moves through life with some sense of purpose (most of the time anyway). As personalities, we set our goals, then go about fulfilling them. But today, with the Aquarian Age dawning, people are waking up to the fact that the Soul has Its own purpose -- one that may have nothing directly to do with the personality's goals -- and they want to know what that Soul purpose is.

To some degree, we all share a common set of Soul purposes: to perfect our consciousness, to learn how to be happy, and to grow in love, wisdom and experience. Beyond that, it's an individual thing, because each new incarnation is an opportunity for a Soul to correct past mistakes and to grow Godward.

My work as a Life Purpose Psychic involves putting people in touch with their Soul purpose (purposeS, actually, we come here for multiple reasons). While most psychics look into the future, I look into the past -- to that pre-embodiment time when the client's spirit guides assisted him or her in formulating a "Soul Agenda." This lesson plan, or Sacred Contract, comprises specific purposes outlined in broad strokes, with room for exercising free will. Usually, it includes things like learning important lessons (often by reaping the consequences of actions sown in previous lifetimes); acquiring new abilities and awareness or building on existing ones; perfecting spiritual virtues (like patience or compassion); and sometimes serving others.

I spent most of the last weeks thinking about where we are at as a human race and what I felt about it. All I could tune into was feeling numb, empty and so weirdly neutral. I couldn't come up with any inspiration for myself that I already haven't said in past writings. It is like humanity is holding it's breath.... wondering where all the tension, hate and revenge is gong to take us. Will we wake up and discover the value in peace and harmony ..... or will we enter even deeper into hate and fear.... or will we take duality to the extreme and just split in two, them against us.

Maybe my numbness is just plan grief. Grief for all those who harbor hate in their hearts. How awful that must feel. Grief for all those innocents who will be hurt by the hate. They don't deserve it. I wake in the morning feeling surreal like I woke into an ancient barbaric world. I watch all my friends and family take sides and get caught in the drama by fighting it, or supporting it. It is splitting them apart. "I was once asked why I don't participate in anti-war demonstrations. I said that I will never do that, but as soon as you have a pro-peace rally, I'll be there." - Mother Teresa

It feels like everything that needed to be said has been said. Masters and Angels have spoken and great teachers have taught a different path to peace, love and all those hippie ideals that we have yet to see come to pass. Yet I feel that something is missing. What didn't we get? What didn't we hear to that would cause humanity to be so torn? .....

Do you know that at any given time, there is at least a minimum of three possible realities that could be playing out in your existence?

If someone tells you your future looks a certain way, ask what the other realities look like. All the psychic or intuitive is reading/seeing is the one reality that you are giving the most energy to - the one that has the most charge and color.

If you change your ideas, or put your focus on another reality, your future will change. You should never believe what another person says about your future. It is only their truth based upon your energy at that moment.

If anyone says something bad or detrimental about your future, ask them to give you ways of easily changing your energy patterns or vibrations to change the outcome of your future! This should not cost you. It is their responsibility to give you tools to heal yourself. You merely need to change the vibration and the focus. That alone can open up a new possibility - a new potential for your future.

It is a time to claim our personal power and unite this power into a spiritual community. We are giving rebirth of an ancient ideal. Our spiritual memories of Atlantis have come back to recreate the best of who we were-living in peace, in respect and honor. These are not fantasies, but real memories of how we lived, memories we are meant to revive and carry to a successful fruition.

The new world is gestating as we speak, know that we are successfully giving birth to a new Atlantis. This time we will get it right.

Uranus moves into of Pisces on 10 March, back into Aquarius on 15 September and again into Pisces on 30 December of this year of 2003. The sign Uranus “is in” indicates swift, sometimes surprising, changes in society during that seven year period.

What can you expect with Uranus now stirring up Pisces? Pisces is associated with the movies, TV and computers, medical imaging, the imagination, the traditional religions of the past 2,000 years and “cradle to the grave” benefits. Look for the portents of change between 10 March and 15 September when Uranus dips his jar into the water of Pisces. Uranus ends 2003 with sudden attention to the portent between 10 March and 15 September, with these changes continuing through August 2010. There will be freedom from institutionalized systems that are restricting and unfair. Pisces also rules the arts, such as music, and we are seeing how the music industry is being transformed by the Internet (Uranus).

Interesting that fundamentalism and fanaticism is Pisces related, and radicalism is Uranus related; the radical, fundamentalist groups are trying to change the world to their beliefs, as are the radical white racist groups. We are currently seeing stubborn resistance to change from the traditional religions (Pisces organizations). As Uranus continues through the sign of Pisces, traditional ways that are out of date will be replaced with freedom.

Greetings and goodness to you, my dear ones. You are my precious children. Before I address the issue of peace, I will address more personal topics.

I understand well of our troubles lately and also your pain. Take heart and know that it does serve a purpose. All of you here have shown that you are committed to a path of service and your lessons and experiences are a reflection of that. I understand that there has been a depression, heaviness, and dis-heartening of your spirits. Know that all is well despite appearances. If you know how precious each and every one of you is, you would never worry again!

This pain, the crying, is cleansing you…purifying you all the way to your cells. You have asked to be the bearers of more light and so you shall, but the way must be made clear first. Master Buddha has said it is the attachment that causes suffering and pain. You might be surprised what you are still attached to. Perhaps it is a person or thing that no longer serves your greater purpose? This new moon is a powerful time to reassess your priorities and purpose. This is why I come to you on this day.

Regarding Peace:
There is an exercise that this one will share with you. There are many good slogans on your planet now such as “War is not the answer” and “May Peace prevail on earth.” We say to you an even more effective one is “Peace NOW prevails on earth!” You see the difference, yes?

This political situation (impending war) is a very good opportunity for you lightworkers to work your magic! It is the nature of humans to not strongly believe in something that they do not see. You will SEE the effect of prayer work, of your strong intention in this situation.

You must KNOW that peace is as real as your next breath. You do not fret about it, you just know it is there for you. You can apply this knowing to anything in your life (i.e. employment, a partner/mate, abundance, etc.)

I love you dear ones, always. Be at peace. May my words today heal, inspire you and fill you with love. You are my ears, eyes and hands in the world. I am so proud of you.

Associated with the highest spiritual aspirations, Frankincense, (in French, the real incense) is used to uplift and create a meditative state; it has the ability to deepen and slow the breath which helps bring body and mind into meditative state. Hello, Friends! This summer I met Judith Moore, an interpreter of crop circles and co-author of the beautiful new book Crop Circles Revealed. Judith has become a friend, and I find her work steeped in truth. She received a channeling recently, from a great being, which I feel is relevant to us all. It includes a profound process for our own ascension and that of the Earth, bringing prana from the heart of all that is into our own bodies, and thence through all the planet. Though I am a teacher of ascension, I have never seen a process like this one, and I believe you would find it greatly beneficial.
