The rocks of the Andes, literally the stones along the foot paths and those that make the magnificent ruins of towns and ancient structures, are seen as the 'bones' of the Pachamama, Mother Earth. The Natives believe certain stones at these ancient sites can help us heal, by imparting light energy or absorbing dense energies, from the fabric of our energetic light body.

This was my ninth time to the Land of the Ancient Inca, and by my own admission, it was to be my last. I had gone in journey's past as neophyte, as student, as teacher and as p'aqo. What had brought me there the first time was a repetitious dream from childhood; and the encouragement, if not down right insistence by one of my long time Indigenous 'Grandmothers', my Seneca mentor Gram Twylah, to 'seek further'.

What was bringing me this "last" time was the repeated prodding of some of my students for them to have their own opportunity to seek further. I perceived this journey to be a "full circle" of studies with my various Andean teachers over the past fourteen years on the Andean Mystical Path. One of my dear Peruvian mentors, a brother and teacher/kurak of this path, a man of great knowledge and integrity, Juan Nunez del Prado was to guide this expedition with me.

My immersion into the Andean Mystical tradition on past journeys was a vehicle for me to continue to heal, to grow and learn personally and spiritually about my Self. My introduction to the 'Native' Path had begun years prior through books and workshops, out of interest and curiosity. In part perhaps because I had been mistakenly "advised" by my high school guidance counselor, that anthropology and archeology were things "girls just didn't do" and my need to rebel against that concept.

Later in my very early thirties, it became a way to reconnect with life itself, understanding a plan larger and more connected to God, life and Self as I experienced the loss of my first daughter. My feet were put to 'a path' by a series of female Native American mentors who sought me out, and guided me through my profound grief, bringing me out the other side with a fuller, more meaningful respect for, and belief in, Great Mystery (there are many ways to express the 'essence of God'); the healing world of nature; energy in it's ever changing, ever manifesting forms; and the ability to heal, and in fact grow, from deep personal wounded ness.

This would lay a foundation over many years, for me to use these 'lessons' as workshop facilitator, psychotherapist, healer & p'aqo (a person who has been initiated into, and practices the Andean mystical path)--offering to others, what had been offered to me. In the Andean tradition this 'giving back' is referred to as ayni. What I had experienced with the grace and gentleness of all my mentors, as well as their tougher lessons and directives to, "look within", was spirit healing.

Ayni is reciprocity, or the exchange of energy, teacher to student, person to person. The goal of any p'aqo, medicine person, shaman is to walk with perfect ayni through all your relationships: relationships to Nature and the cosmos; family relationships (both biological and global); and in its utmost simplicity and most profoundly difficult, relationship with the true Self--both its light & dark sides.

Spirit Healing, from the perspective of my teachers, is not necessarily curing disease or preserving life in some specific form; it is living your life fully, in alignment with the spiritual & unexplainable, as well as where you find yourself in your every day life--utilizing compassion, awareness and personal responsibility. To be a p'aqo is to live in service, not in servitude; to take responsibility but not to be responsible for everything; to be grateful for the awareness that life brings you; and to let your 'heart work' connect you to and guide you down your Earthpath.

Consciousness is energy. All matter is energy. Energy is consciousness.

DNA activation in its true form stimulates an integrated flow or exchange of millions of genetic energetic, or "ener-genetic," signatures that form the unique identity that is the individual's consciousness. These individualized "energy signatures" can be found in "partiki phasing," defined as the creational breath of Source that gives rise to space-time and the experience of "reality." These generative in- and out-breaths, or "fission" and "fusion," of the Creator manifest in polarization of anti-particle and particle units of consciousness.

As DNA activates, matter units "flash on" during fission into bi-polar particle and anti-particle manifestations constructed from scalar waves (white radiation), then "flash off" through fusion into omni-polar anti-matter sound vibration, continuously cycling higher-dimensional energy between manifest and non-manifest states, being and nonbeing. The perception of space and time, including their interrelationship, is created through variance in rates of partiki phasing.

During true DNA activation the inherent bond between the strands of DNA and consciousness is strengthened, facilitating our personal relationship to ourselves, to each other, to our community, and to our reality. As we genetically activate, we "reunite" what scientists have termed "junk" DNA: chromosomal segments that are not genes and that do not "code" whose purpose mainstream science has failed to understand. As much as 98% of DNA, according to biophysicist and father of "wave-genetics" Peter Gariaev, falls into this category. "Junk" in this case is highly misleading, as such potential DNA (an alternative term proposed by Sol Luckman, developer of the Regenetics Method of DNA activation ) appears to have other important functions, such as regulating genes during development.

Currently, there are many theories as to why this 98% of our DNA is untapped. Most involve the notion that this part of DNA holds some sort of transformational potential. Such transformation can impact both the individual and society. As we move closer to the year 2012, which has been marked by many indigenous cultures worldwide as a time when humanity will opt for cooperation and sharing, as opposed to self-interest, the necessity of exploring the malleable nature of what we have considered the immutable "real" becomes a natural evolution in our spiritual development.

In the activation of DNA's higher potentials, we experience a greater expansion not only of consciousness but of how we define reality. We come to understand, quite simply, that we make real what we think is real. Or as Luckman phrases it in Conscious Healing, one of few scientifically grounded studies in existence on the emerging field of DNA activation: "consciousness creates." Once we are stimulated, or stimulate ourselves, to understand this basic truth at a fundamental level--that of DNA--we become empowered to change our experience of reality, which in a quantum universe boils down to projected holograms of intentional patterns.

It has been said by many in many ways that "love is all there is." This is absolutely true. As our DNA becomes reunited or "rebundled," to use Barbara Marciniak's term, our capacity to both give and receive unconditional love (including unconditional love of self) exponentially increases. This flings wide open the doorway to the realization of our dreams and desires of creating a world based on unity, cooperation, and compassion.

As we literally "be-come" a Being of Unconditional Love, our vibrational frequency increases dramatically, further activating the transformational potential of our DNA. Potential DNA holds the encodments of many latent abilities that we have forgotten and sealed in the corners of our subconscious pockets (a process that has been termed "subconscious folding") until the moment we are consciously ready to activate them again.

These abilities include not just clairaudience, clairsentience and similar "paranormal" abilities, but also, and more importantly, the power to realize the Avatar Archetype, the Ascended Master Archetype, and the Solar Rishi Gateway. These very real--and in many cases, factually documented--possibilities are all carried in the matrix of our latent DNA code.

The first time I heard the word "ascension" and connected the possibility with ME, I was hooked. For a long time, I thought ascension would be a moment, a particular stupendous moment of spiritual achievement with a ceremonial feast in heaven, just for me! But it isn"t, and yet it is. It is every moment, and no particular moment, because we are on a continuously ascending spiral of being. Indeed, to ascend in full consciousness is a stupendous spiritual achievement. The Kryon teachings discuss the nature of an ascended human, a human who is personally real yet filled with Divinity. Someone who is realized. Someone who has, by her own willingness, embraced the full truth of who she is, and continually grows in realization, in wonder, in agape. This is a person who is beloved by others, someone who is sought out, someone in whose presence you feel safe and loved without condition or prejudice of any kind. This is someone who flows with Life.

Ascension is what all of us have been up to in our spiritual journeys: rising in consciousness through the progressive realization and experience of God. Ascension is as simple as growing in realization, and as complex as being willing to grow in realization! Ascension occurs and builds through loving as God loves; through living a life of active forgiveness; through compassionate caring and sharing with all; through resonance with all creation.

Jesus said "&and I, if I be lifted up, will draw all humankind to me." We have plenty of evidence that He and all the other masters are unfailingly lifting us up, drawing us into the consciousness of the Living Christ that is our inheritance as the children of God. Conscious ascension is the act of allowing yourself to be lifted into the Christ consciousness, into the heart of Christ, into a life of Christed beingness.

Ascension need no longer be a mystery. Ascension is our evolution! It is our next step, and is the process every person on earth is currently undergoing. Every person has the choice to ignore the process (and slow it) or ignite the process and embrace it in full consciousness. Ascension is opening and clearing and thereby ascending the chakras, one by one. We progress from survival consciousness in the base chakra (Sanskrit "muladhara") to absolute bliss consciousness in the crown chakra (Sanskrit "sahasrara"), a process that has taken many lifetimes for most of us.

Upon reaching the consciousness of the throat chakra "visuddha," we are able to manifest our mastery. "Visuddha" means purified, sanctified, or freed from doubt. Speak the truth and the truth will set you free! Visuddha is the chakra of miracles, for when the Truth is the spoken word expressed from an open, cleansed and whole throat chakra, that word will be fulfilled. An open third-eye chakra (Sanskrit "ajna") consciousness brings about the mystical marriage, the unification of masculine and feminine, and from this marriage are born celestial perception, clairvoyance, seeing auras, channeling, revelation, visions and prophecy. And it gets better!

After the third eye, ajna, is awakened, the soul must choose to open the crown chakra, "sahasrara." If full awakening is desired, the energy bridge from ajna (pituitary gland) to sahasrara (pineal gland) must be created. This is called the "antakarana," or Rainbow Bridge. This connection completes the cycle of energetic awakening, so the pineal gland releases the "nectar of immortality" (manifested in the physical as rejuvenating, revivifying hormones), and the soul is fully illuminated.

"Beyond form, beyond thought, beyond concepts of being or non-being, our individual consciousness plunges into the fathomless sea of the Clear Light of the Ascendant through the Golden Doors of Being in the crown chakra. As we integrate this ultimate experience, we begin to identify with the whole, living through its myriad parts. The individual body-mind recognizes that it is a conscious hologram of the entire Universe. There is nothing left to do but Be, allowing the flow of creation to pass through us unobstructed. This is the doorway to immortality, for the individual has become an incarnate expression of All-That-Is. A life of service and cooperation with Cosmic Forces begins and continues forever." - MSI, "Enlightenment: the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali"

The body, by now cleared of emotional and karmic wounds, responds to the direction of the mind, and the process of physical ascension can really begin, but only if physical ascension is the will of the illumined soul. Alas, in the infinite Universal Humor, the ascending individual is now completely unattached and unconcerned as to whether or not the body physically ascends! There is no longer any doubt of continuous, eternal Life in the mind of the individual, so "death" of the body is not perceived as a discontinuation of Life.

When physical ascension is the desire of the soul, guidance for rejuvenating, revivifying foods, supplements, appropriate exercise and other forms of cellular renewal will be made available to the individual, usually beginning with the opening of the throat chakra. Still, no person can know the day or the hour of physical ascension -- the "final step" promised by God in "A Course in Miracles," and only God really knows our true readiness. Even for this highest of human attainments, though, all we need to offer God is our willingness. Are you willing?

On March 2 at 3:30 pm Eastern Time, the communication planet Mercury went retrograde with a spark! He goes direct,or forward, on March 25 at 8:43 am Eastern Time. Mercury is associated with e-mail, the internet and anything electrical or electronic.

So many people have called to ask what in the world happened that I calculated the horoscope. Mercury is going backwards in the sign of Pisces and on the March 2 was in a challenging relationship with Pluto, the planet of hidden things. During challenges, Pluto brings hidden things to the surface, revealing mistakes and stealthy dealings. Mistakes made during the previous Mercury retrograde, which was between November 14 and December 3, 2005, return to be corrected.

Mercury does not like the sign of Pisces, which is too creative and vague for the sharp, precise thinking of Mercury. What this means to you is be very careful with all your written contracts and even verbal agreements; communication is fuzzy and you could be misunderstood and misunderstand others.

E-mail is especially troublesome right now, with accounts disappearing, mail boxes filling up with nonsense and even web names being stolen! Electricity goes out, mail is misdelivered, and even your keyboard could type characters that you did not type. This is what people are telling me is happening.

In addition to the vagueness of Mercury going in reverse, there is another challenging planetary relationship that indicates over idealism, expecting too much and disappointments.

BALANCING THE MALE-FEMALE ASPECTS OF OURSELVES
Which of us hasn't dreamt of finally finding and keeping our perfect relationship? What if we are in a partnership that is confusing and always changing? How do we cope with the loss and heartache relationships can sometimes bring? What if we don't seem to be attracting any kind of intimate interactions at all?

The working dynamics of good relationships are for many of us one of the greatest mysteries of life. It is a secret each of us seeks to unravel from the day we are aware there is more than one of us around. Why do interpersonal interactions -- something we are all engaged in every day, every minute, every second of our lives -- sometimes seem so challenging, complicated, confusing, difficult, and mysterious?

The quality of our partnerships with others actually reflects the quality of the relationships we have with ourselves. Do we know who we are, and do we like who that is? Do we believe we are worthy and deserve unconditional love? While we may know how we would like someone to love us, do we love ourselves that way already? Do we trust and accept all parts of ourselves? The bottom line for most all of us is we simply would like to be loved and accepted for who we are, for our real selves.

MALE AND FEMALE TEMPLATES
As we change our inner definition or template of our male and female selves to a place of balance and self-acceptance, we are able to attract someone who is more reflective of our true counterpart. Even if we are balanced with our inner masculine reflection, if we do not like our own femininity, we would be unable to create a truly balanced relationship for ourselves.

One aspect many people do not give much thought to is that we look to our partners to reflect aspects of ourselves back to us. For example, if we are a woman, our partner is holding a place for us so we can better understand the feminine part of ourselves. If we are a male, our partner is holding a place for us to understand the masculine part of ourselves. Although this may be the opposite way most people view their relationships, how, if we were a woman, would we be better able to understand what type of woman we were unless someone could reflect it back to us as we interact with them?

THE TASK OF ANY RELATIONSHIP
The task of any relationship is always to find ourselves, to understand ourselves, to be the complete and natural selves we already are. The only true relationship we ever really have is the one we have with ourselves. Everything else, every other interaction, whether we might realize it or not, is simply a reflection. As long as we resist being our natural, balanced selves, the real us, we continue to always attract relationships that will serve to remind us of what and who we are not. Resisting who we are will, therefore, usually attracts relationships that are unfulfilling, or ones where we have to work very hard. By being fully and completely who we are, we then attract relationships that reflect back to us the fullness of our creative being. It is the age old adage: What we put out is what we get back.

FUNCTIONING HALF COMPLETE
Many of us function as if we are only half complete. If we project the vibration of half of an individual, looking around for someone else to complete us, we attract an incomplete relationship. The resulting interaction with anyone attracted in this manner will usually come up short of what we ideally desire. Entering into any interaction from the viewpoint we need the relationship to feel complete, results in the relationship continuing to reflect and remind us of our belief in our incompleteness. What we will have is a partnership made up of two half people, truly satisfying to neither person. When we know we are a relationship unto ourselves, complete and sufficient within ourselves, we set up a vibration that attracts someone with those same qualities and assurance. Too many times people make out long, wonderful lists of all the attributes they wish their perfect partner to have. The question to ask is, are we all those things? Do we have all those attributes? We have come into a period of time where we can run a higher levels of energy. The challenge is that there have been surges of joy and surges of depression!

It is chaotic and somewhat uncomfortable--yet we are called to this new place of union with Spirit and working to clear the negativities of the planet. This means we need to clear our own negativities with more speed and less thought.

Yes, we need to think less (which can cause depression and reduce energy) and run energy (the brighter the better) more. We need to continuously clear and cleanse and thought impedes this. The past must be put aside and the future must be imaged as brighter and more joyful. Thought can confuse and delay this way of being.

You might question the way things are going&thinking that nothing has changed. Everything is changed and preparing to manifest in our lives. Now is the time we simply keep it clean enough and clear enough to show us the path.

If you feel clueless, just relax into the chaos and be ready to act on signs. If you have signs, simply act with faith and love in the mystery and take a risk or going into the unknown. Break old habits daily, even if only small ones at first. Be curious about your reactions and other"s reactions rather than reactive.

This is all about creating a new reality. If you are having trouble imaging or feeling your own new reality, hold the image or the feeling for another person. Energize that which you want to manifest--be demanding that the manifestation occur (with the greatest good for all concerned of course). Dare to see a different future for yourself and the planet.

Especially from March 12 to March 29th, from full moon eclipse to new moon eclipse, create and hold your manifest dreams--energize them with sunlight (real and visualized) and remember you are one with Spirit.

In Hebrew, Raphael means "God has healed". Other sources say that the name Raphael signifies "Shining Being who heals". Archangel Raphael is credited with healing the earth and its inhabitants indeed, but he is also associated with the planet Mercury and the Egyptian Hermes who brought Sacred Geometry and Alchemy to mankind.

Our lives are now more challenging than ever, which means that we have to go through more healing movement than ever. The alchemy of transformation takes place inside of us at the moment when we can bring the light of God in our soul, when we can bring more of pure love into matter.

That is Alchemy in its most spiritual sense. If you are going through a difficult period of change, invoke the name of Raphael without hesitation.

If beauty, health and fitness are your concerns, you can be supported by the force of Raphael. Under his loving wings, you will powerfully feel how much your body is holy. If your body is in pain, call upon Raphael's wisdom to help you create the alchemical bridge between your mind, body and spirit.

In the old days, singles used to invoke him to meet their spiritual companion. And I am sure it is relevant today too.

It has been a great learning experience for us since we moved to Luxor, Egypt in December, 2005.

For the first month we both went through a process of letting go. We saw very clearly that living in the West has many problems attached although we feel it supports us in our perception of comfort. When we moved here we let go of all of our possessions in England bringing only the very basics of clothes and office stuff. All furniture etc we sold. What we did not realise is that we brought with us a very big package of Western Ideals that burdened us, and is burdening you.

We noticed that we were working in our office here still in "western mode". What is this? Well it is the perception that there is always something to do. There is a deadline to be met (and if a deadline does not exist we create one). We kept on going into Luxor to find things to do. To go for a coffee in a coffee shop, to go for lunch, to find somebody to talk to and interact with. To find something to do! There was no post so no bills to consider so worry set in if everything was ok. No post to ask us to buy insurance, to tell us that we were at risk from whatever.

There are two perceptions of time here. One is Western Time, where you turn up on time, serious, ready to do a deal, to get down to the nitty-gritty, and there is Egyptian Time, where you arrange to meet somebody and they may turn up in the next hour while you wait and drink tea. What a burden we carry around every day in the West.

We are glad to say that we have decided to now let all of that go. We get up and watch the Nile flow past, we have breakfast and watch the Nile flow past. We meditate and then watch the Nile flow past -- you get the picture. As we watched the Nile flow past it took with it all of our attachments to the Western Ideal so that we are both finally at peace.

We also have had another realisation that is best illustrated with a little story.

Since we arrived in Egypt we have had nothing but trouble with Internet Connections. We bought a satellite broadband system which has proven to be wildly expensive costing us £600 to send e-mails over the first month. We have had to rely therefore on dial-up which can range from 40kbps on a good day to 7kbps on a bad day. This again has brought up issues of survival, of making it work, of getting out the message to you all, etc. After struggling with this for a month we decided to treat ourselves to a cruise up the Nile on a 5 Star Cruise Boat to Aswan. This trip took us to the Temple of Horus at Edfu, the Temple of the Crocodiles at Abu Simbel, and to the Temple of Isis at Philae in Aswan. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences Christine and I have shared together.

As we cruised up the Nile, with the countryside floating by on either side, all of the people of the fields would rush down to the banks of the Nile to wave at us. In Egypt there are as many as 200 cruise boats plying the Nile at any one time. We saw that the people were sat in the fields, or working. That the children were always playing games, laughing and shouting. These people live in simple houses made of mud bricks that broach onto their fields. We saw that these people had deep connections to the land and to nature and that this brought them happiness. They wanted for nothing for nature gave them everything they needed. We have never seen one starving person here.

We also became aware that our fellow passengers were not seeing this. They were feeling pity for these "poor people", not because they were not happy, quite the reverse, but because they lived in simple houses, did not have TV's or cars, did not have all the trappings of the West. THEY WERE IN POVERTY. But wait a minute, we realised! Who is it that is really in poverty? Is it these people who interact with the abundance of Nature every day? or is it us in the West who separate ourselves from the Beauty of Nature in our concrete jungles, sit in our metal box cars in traffic jams listening to manic rap music extolling the virtues of gang violence.

We are conditioned to think that the Western Ideal is the norm, where the entire World is going, and indeed this ideal is being sold here in Egypt bigtime. Lucky for us it has not established itself here yet and we find ourselves in a land of mystical beauty, abundance and magic.
