Many of my friends seem to be going through profound physical, mental or emotional crisis in their lives at this time. These people have for years been aiding others in their health issues with much success and now find it hard to believe that they are experiencing such issues in rather dramatic terms. When the most recent case evolved, I began to wonder what was involved. I asked the Universe to shed some light on the issue and the following is what I received.

It is time for people to understand that we are not bodies and minds with a spirit, but rather, that we are Spirit with a body and mind. Sounds like mere semantics, but when you look beyond the words the concept is profound.

Spirit resides in this creation within a sacred temple - the body. Spirit moves through the body, not vice versa. The mind serves as a bridge between the two. Spirit is here, now, through choice, to work on particular lessons at this time. Lessons involve healing and all three areas must be involved to achieve wholeness. The traditional medical field is now realizing this more and more.

Healers have known this, so why are so many experiencing their own, sometimes immense problems, in this area now? The answer I received was that Spirit makes great use of the conscious as well as subconscious senses to gather its wisdom in this creation. The sense of touch is of great significance to wholeness.

While aromatherapy may involve training and in-depth knowledge of the properties and effects of essential oils, it may also be practiced simply and safely to add beautiful aromas to our environment each day.

Many people are not aware that there are several grades of essential oils, and that less than 1% of the oils that come into the U.S. can be considered of the highest grade, or therapeutic grade for the use of aromatherapy. The lower grades are used for industrial purpose (fragrance (including most candles!), food, laundry detergents, toiletry). They can have an appealing fragrance, but they are synthetic and usually cut with toxic solvents. However, they will not produce the beneficial biochemical and electromagnetic effects that therapeutic grade essential oils will. In fact, if they have been adulterated, they can be harmful instead of beneficial!

A therapeutic grade oil must use a state of the art distillation process which must be at low pressure, and therefore takes much more time. It is done with natural spring water and exclusively in stainless steel distiller. Then the oil is stored to age from 2 weeks to five months in a cool dark place to gain its full aroma. The therapeutic grade lavender would distill for at least two hours to extract the various molecules.

Most reports I am getting seem to say that this is a time of stress that change causes. So expect fatigue, some confusion, wanting to get things done but perhaps not being in the mood to do it, or just plain not sure what to do and if you did it would it work anyway.

So your writing will be showing more "angles" and "heavier pressure" telling of anger, frustration, resistance, feeling pushed and pulled in too many directions and not enough time to do what you think needs to be done.

So some people will hunker down and try to keep everything the way it was. What I suggest is to let your writing change. Spend some time doodling. Just be sure you are making nice easy flowing circles and rounded lines. Tight, controlled doodles and writing reflect trying to maintain control of life/Life. Life is much bigger than us and like a river It will guide us where we need to be. You can fight the current but that causes unhealthy stress.

Try writing a style that is opposite of your usual style. Remember that as you change your writing you are changing your life. And Life is constantly changing. It doesn't care about all your beliefs about how Life or writing "should be".

And most people "know" how their writing and living "should look" because they learned from churches and schools what is "good". Chaos is actually good for you and refreshens your tired old beliefs on life so you can really live Life.

After about 40 years as a therapist and 25 as a Graphologist it is my opinion that most people are trying to fight the River of Life. The signs of this are very evident in writing - but only your favorite Handwriting Analyst can tell you what your writing really says.

During the last workshop I discovered that people were more interested in knowing HOW I got started in my work with Animals. I have learned some things that perhaps can help you on your journey.

1. First identify what it is you want to do. This is the hardest part for people, but when you ask yourself, "What do I Love, what brings me Joy, Peace, and helps the world be a better place?"

2. Be willing to devote at least 15 minutes a day to your goals - whether you are writing about it in your journal or researching your interest. Once when I was living in a place where I was unhappy and working 12 hour shifts at the hospital, I had little free time between the job (up at 5:30 am & home at 7:30 pm) plus many other responsibilities. When I complained to one of my spiritual mentors that I was too tired and had no time to work on my goals - She said: "Get up 15 minutes earlier!" Whew! (But I did).

3. Become aware of how your spend your time - time is energy, waiting for you to fill it.

4. Affirmations have their place - but to succeed with your dreams - Action is necessary. Do not sit around and just expect your situation to just magically change, instead "Ask" in your prayers that you are able to recognize the opportunities that come your way.

I have just returned from three months on my small island in the South Pacific. It was a special spiritual experience to be with some of the local people on the balmy evening of New Year's Eve. Everyone had brought bottles of champagne, and we sat on the beach, a few feet from the calm ocean, under a glorious night of stars. The lively discussion dealt with the tremendous changes that had occurred this last century. Then, we acknowledged that the new century will bring unheard of changes, with stunning biological and technological innovations, as well as immense changes in religions.

You can feel the presence of someone in a room even though you can't see them. You can just as easily feel the Presence of God.

"One with God is a majority."

This can be taken two ways - one person with God is a majority or one or more persons feeling their "oneness" with God is a majority. A group of people who are closely tuned into God, or who feel the Presence of God close enough can make a big, tangible difference in this world.

"Since I Am life I am in ye. Since ye are life ye are in me. Since we are all life we are all together in the Father."

The fact that we are all together in the Father gives us the ability to feel the presence of God, not only in ourselves, but in every person, place, condition or thing that we are conscious of.

If enough people would feel the Presence of God in any government of the world, it would enable the government officials to reach a higher consciousness and therefore have higher ideals for the people and country.

As you expand your consciousness of kindness, you create a more spiritual life. Your kindness and compassion for the Creator's children is an expression of your love for our Father, our King, Creator and Sustainer of the universe.

With your kindness and compassion you emulate God. As you help others, you create an inner light that illuminates your entire being.

Greetings in the Love and Light of the Source! I wish to give you a great technique to link you consciously to our Earth and the two main celestial bodies essential to its functioning. This connecting will expand your awareness, facilitate self-empowerment and a deep alignment with our Creator.

The great beings assisting earth into the age of light--ascended masters and those working with us from cosmic levels--regard the festival of Wesak as the most important spiritual event of the year. It takes place on the full moon of Taurus each year, and represents the Buddha's birth, enlightenment and mahasamadi. But the festival goes far beyond the Buddha.

Much has been written about this in the Alice Bailey material, given to her by the master Djwal Khul. Here in a nutshell is what he says.

Three great beings join their forces of love and light together for the most powerful upliftment of humanity of the year. These beings are the Buddha, representing divine Light and Wisdom; the Christ, representing divine Love; and the Lord of the World, Sanat Kumara, who has been overlighting Earth for millions of years. Their purpose is to link, more strongly than ever before, the trinity of humanity, the "hierarchy" of ascended and cosmic masters, and the Godhead, divine Mother/Father of all.

Every year, thousands of people make their way to Wesak Valley in Tibet, and wait with bated breath for the rising of the full moon. It is said that the Buddha then descends, and a sacred ceremony of blessing and drinking water takes place.

The changes that have been occurring internally are about to manifest externally. Each of us has been going through a spiritual tune-up that has caused sleeplessness, nightmares, agitation, and depression. These feelings have been intense. Depression has been a major difficulty. It is important to have concrete plans about what will work for us to be happy. Depression leaves when you are able to stop negative thinking and take positive action.

A powerful method to accelerate letting go of depression is meditation using a crystal. Holding a crystal over the heart, see yourself in the middle of the crystal. Meditate on clear light going from the bottom of your feet to the top of you head. The light readjusts you at a cellular level. It changes dark thoughts and feelings as it clears away any old programs (people, events, and problems). New solutions are made available. You can see the solutions unfolding in do-able stages-you can see yourself enjoying the stages, taking all actions necessary to accomplish any goals that are toward your happiness and well being. See yourself and the crystal glowing.

Do this meditation twice daily (a few minutes) and you will manifest your dreams while releasing depression. You can also use the crystal and/or the visualization during times of stress.

Chinese Astrology depicts the Dragon as a sign that is bold, straightforward, and full of energy. It symbolizes good health, luck and great riches.

When I was in Singapore a year ago, I was looking at some beautiful art work in the Kings Summer Palace. When I asked about the significance of the beautiful Dragons etched in gold, I was told the Dragon has the power to connect Heaven and Earth.

Legend also has it that the Dragon has another side to his nature. He can be an illusion and cause you to trust in his shinny and glittery surface. That is when he can cause misfortune and ruin.

I can think of no greater time to celebrate the Chinese Year of the Dragon than now, a time when seven planets, the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn come together in the sign of Taurus while forming a squared aspects at various times to Uranus and Neptune. This will occur at the time of the New Moon on May 4, 2000,

Already, I watch my clients, several venturing out to try their skills on new horizons; others declare bankruptcy, some get divorced, a few even get married. The one thing that seems to hold true is that the Dragon has arrived. Be ambitious and enterprising this year and push your way to the front. Don't be surprised if it's an exhausting year, an exciting year, or a spectacular one (perhaps one of defeat). If burdens have weighed you down in the past, it is time to make creative changes. At the same time, if you have wanted to do something different, now may be the time to do it.

This past week I have received tons of e-mails concerning the planetary lineup for May 3-5. This is a very important energy infusion for the planet that most astrologers are focused upon. However, in the Mayan culture, the focus was greater than our present day astrologers are aware of in their work.

The Ancient Mayans were interested in the Galactic astronomy and the origins of Creation. As their Long count signifies, they were aware of time going back beyond billions of years, into figures that our calculators can't comprehend.

This month is one of the most important events in the Galactic Cosmology of the Ancient Mayans. On May 21, 2000 the Sun and the Pleiades will conjunct in the Zenith over the Yucatan on the latitude of the energy grid at 190 40'N. The planets of Mars, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter and Saturn will align from West to East with the Sun for this conjunction.

Why is this important? The early Toltec system also involved this rare alignment in the Zenith, which occurred in the 9th century AD, when the Mayan civilization disappeared with no traces. This same alignment will happen again on May 21, 2012. In the long count, the Maya conceived of a 13 baktun cycle of 5200 years as a World Age. On May 21, 2012, we will witness the last World Event of this present 5200 year World Age. The idea of periodically shifting World Ages is found in the myths of many cultures. To ancient societies, the sky was understood, to be intimately linked, with the changing modes of human culture. The Galactic Cosmology shows us the Cosmic Center of creation in the Milky Way which is identified by a Celestial Cross which was the symbol of the first Solar Zenith Sun. This movement signals the re-birth of the world and the return of Quetzelcoatl. This cosmology reveals a progressive worldview that recognizes the underlying spiritual realm as primary to the realm of physical, material manifestations. The Long Count calendar attests to the importance of this phenomena and points to the Galactic center as the center of our Milky Way Galaxy, and the source and origin of everything in our Galaxy, including us. This womb of All will renew the world in AD 2012. The Maya World Age philosophy is based on change, and gives an insight into the nature of time and reality, such that the world is perceived to periodically renew itself. Hence, the nine recurring cycles within cycles, so accurate, they mystify our scholars.

I've been to over 50 different web sites and read numerous articles recently that are about all types of healing modalities. ALL of them that I visited had what I call "I" disease!

The good news is that "I" disease can be cured. "I" disease is where we spend all of our efforts focusing on ourselves and what we do instead of how we can help or benefit someone else.

Take a look at all of your sales materials. Look at your letterhead, business cards, promotional flyers for upcoming events,book or audio tape covers, book or articles, web sites--everything. Does it say something about you or what you do or does it give a clear presentation of the benefits that someone will receive as a result of buying your book, attending your seminar or calling you for a healing treatment.

Unless it clearly articulates benefits that someone will receive by working with or doing business with you then your marketing message has failed.

If you want to sell more, make more money and have a bigger impact on the world with your talents and abilities then focus on the people you want to help in your messages and not you.

The words "How to" are a magic two-word crutch that will help you create powerful headlines. All you have to do is stress the benefits you offer after the words "How to" and your powerful headline virtually writes itself!
