Because of the awesome opportunity for change being presented to every person on Earth in 2007, Mother Mary is intensifying her service to the Sons and Daughters of God. She is creating the circumstances that will allow each of us to expand the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame within our hearts.

As the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame within our hearts expands, it dissolves the shadows and the effluvia of our past human miscreations. This purification creates the environment for the Transfiguration of the lower consciousness into the I AM Presence. This is a vitally important step in our preparation for the Divine Plan that is unfolding this year.

In Japan, within and above Mt. Fuji, pulsates the sacred, multidimensional Temple of Divine Alchemy. The Hierarch of this focus of Light is the Ascended Being Kamacura. Divine Alchemy is a potent quality of the Violet Flame, and it is a critical element in the Transfiguration of our carbon-based planetary bodies into the infinite perfection of our 5th-Dimensional crystalline-based Solar Light Bodies.

The Symphony of Peace Prayers gathering of approximately 10,000 people will take place at the base of Mt. Fuji May 19-20, 2007, Mother Mary will join with Kamacura and the entire Company of Heaven to expand the Heart Flame within every man, woman and child on Earth. As the Prayers for Peace flood the Earth, a shift will take place within the Divinity of each heart.

This is a global opportunity for every person on Earth no matter where we are on the planet. Those of us who are aware of this opportunity have the ability to serve as surrogates on behalf of all Humanity. All we have to do is focus on this Cosmic Moment and ask that as the Light of God expands our Heart Flames and Transfigures our Earthly Bodies, it does so for all Life evolving on this precious planet.

This past April and May has been a rollercoaster ride of energy. The waves of energy have risen up to an entirely new level. How long can you tread the wave without drowning? We are now having global warming of the Spirit, and it's getting HOT! We have finally gone from feeling stuck on the edge the abyss (2004-2005), to feeling pushed off (2006), to full on jumping into the next reality (2007!). Even if we don't feel ready for the journey, we are on our way. It has been a high and powerful time for us all. It is almost too much for a body to come to terms with.

All around us the signs are getting clearer. The heightened energy is bringing up anything and everything we have hidden inside. The ugly monsters are coming out of the closet, and they are not happy about it. If you have done your spiritual homework, you might be simply feeling wound up, scattered, dizzy, lightheaded, overwhelmed, and life seems to be skipping around a bit. If you have not done your homework, then you are most likely not reading this, and are busy sharpening pointed objects because you feel so agitated that you want to hurt someone. This is just as the Star Elders predicted some time ago.

I was in Mt. Shasta the first week of May for the WESAK full moon Celebrations. I was feeling like I was going to spontaneously combust on the energy in the weeks leading up to this event. At this point on my path, I have learned to not take these things personally, as I seem to be a barometer for the planet. Oh it is great fun : ) Just as full moon peaked, it shifted into a deep feeling of sadness that felt similar to a day when you have to attend the funeral of a loved one. The sadness came from very deep place inside. At the conference, I spoke about this and many in the group were feeling this also. It was a relief because so many people just wanted to feel good, and they didn't want to admit that there was something going on. You know . . . the old "it's all love and light" program (also known as New Age denial).

By the evening of May 5th, it ALL suddenly shifted! I was so high and full of LOVE, and I felt like I was glowing from the inside out : ) That evening when I turned out the light to go to sleep, I could see a white-purple light coming from behind me . . . it was ME! I could see this glow around my peripheral vision.

It had been a day of extreme duality going from death to resurrection in one day. I know if this happened to me, many of you felt this also. I think we got a week or so of vacation after that blast.

FYI . . . you and I are not going crazy, but this was the greatest abyss we have jumped thus far. The Star Elders said we took a GIANT LEAP into unknown worlds, and the door quickly slammed behind us. In dimensional travel, there are three steps to shifting. I think we just went through the first door.

If planetary ascension is similar to a person shifting dimensions, then the next step could be quite scary. Step One . . . you get shoved out of your comfort zone (things feel uncomfortable). Second Step . . . you forget this world; it just disappears (this is the scary part). Third Step . . . you watch the new world emerge in front of you (This is the amazing part). I have gone through these three steps a couple of times . . . only briefly, that is why I know a little bit about this. But . . . I could be completely wrong about what we go through as the planet ascends. We have never done this before. I am just paying attention to the clues. So . . . there is no going back now. If you are still wishing for the good ol' days . . . give them up. They are not coming back. But the Star Elders say we can create something even better. Are you game?

Well, I am happy to say that I survived these last 2 months, and if you are reading this, you survived too! So the question is . . . "Who or what died?" Did more of our old programs die? Could it be that we have to die to this world in order to enter into the next one? My Peruvian guide, Willaru Huayta, says that attachments to this world keep us from moving into other dimensions. One of Jeshua's disciples, Paul, said "I die daily". So . . . are we finally giving up, letting go and going all the way with total surrender? Are we beginning to build a new life, a new reality, and a new world? Oh yes we are, and this is how I arrived at this conclusion.

The Ascended Masters and the Star Elders say this most clearly now. It is time to finish up the hard work that we started. It is time to begin to materialize, manifest, create, etc… the next world. This will take building bridges between this one and the next. They don't mean energy connections mind you. They are talking about building real, physical, tangible bridges between this one and the next one so we can cross over… ascend… anchor heaven on earth… what ever you what to call it. This is the time WE are going to attract the new world into this reality! So how do we do this? I will share a few clues I have been collecting. I know this is just the beginning of something GRANDER and BIGGER than I can conceive. If you think you know what is going on . . . well, you probably don't.

EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED . . .
By remembering that what is ahead of us is huge and bigger than we are in this moment, it helps us to stay open so we will be able to see the new world emerging in front of us. Be open . . . expect the unexpected. Assume that you are going to come to a place that you have not been to before. It is like if I tried to explain to you what chocolate tasted like, but you had never tasted it before. It is hard to explain yes? This new place is something you have not tasted yet.

My book, "Living the New Song" tells how angelic music and higher realm music changes the soul and the environment. The following is from the chapter, "Be Love Now."

"My music always seems to be like wordless waves from the cosmos chanting, "Be. Love. Now." These inner sounds of light feed the flames of earthly rhythms with the power of celestial music from God in the Highest. This kind of auditory harmonious music lifts performers and listeners to the portals of their souls to interact with all life from the basic harmony of all that is rather than from a separate sense of self."

I was up on Mt. Shasta, the great sacred vortex in far northern California. With me was a woman receiving ascension training.

On the second day, we were ready for rejuvenation. I had heard, and received inner confirmation, that the pituitary gland produces a "death hormone" in response to our belief that our body must age and die. I believe this information came from the master Ramtha. (The pituitary is the "master gland", located two or three inches down from the top of the head.) But I had never done anything with that information.

When we began this day, a door to new consciousness suddenly sprang open. In it I saw to directly and passionately address our pituitary glands. After locating it in the head and asking it to “light up” for us, the words went approximately so:

"My beloved pituitary gland! I thank you and acknowledge you for having produced the death hormone in the past. That was exactly what I commanded you to do, and you have served me perfectly!

I want you to know that I have remembered who I am. I Am an unlimited god-being who has absolute choice to determine all my life experiences! I have chosen to rejuvenate this beloved body. Therefore, it is time for you to cease producing the death hormone, and begin producing a life hormone. I ask you to do this now!”

The top of my head felt like it flipped off! Light began pouring in through my crown chakra, and my pituitary gland felt in ecstasy! As clearly as if it could speak aloud, I heard it say, “Thank you!! Thank you for freeing me from a job I hated, and letting me to do my real work, helping this body to be more alive and strong and beautiful every day!"

Related discoveries came rapidly. I learned to call alive and awake the other ductless glands of the body, associated with the seven major chakras, and initiate their participation in the rejuvenation process.

It is early morning, the air is filled with birdsong and the garden is a blaze of flowers. I have invoked the spirit of the Dolphins to come and give us commentary on what our focus should be at this time:

"The focus should always be the essence of Joy. Note the single minded purpose of the birds within your garden, they know exactly what it is that they must do, and they do it with dedication and devotion and pure joy. Singing, toning their notes, their own personal vibratory notes of joy and clarity of intent into the ethers, unto their Creator. And all who may shall benefit and raise their own tone or note of joy by simply experiencing and being in the presence of this exaltation. By the expression of your own joy do you create joy for others.

And the flowers also express themselves through joy. They sing their song in silence, but their joy is present, ever present, the joy is always there. The silence of a heart at peace is the Sound of Joy. For joy is indication that your soul is in alignment and singing through your feeling tones. Joy is the unconditional expression of your soul toning its Love through your manifested form. We are the Dolphin Ones. We are the Sound of Silence expressed through Joy."

We hear so often following the death of an animal friend, that they have "gone to the Light" so much that the mere sound of those words leaves us either accepting that truth or in a state of confusion. We hear from others that "they live on." But where did my animal friend go, we wonder. And how can we know that they actually do live on in another realm of consciousness, without us having the personal experience of knowing that.

I hope to provide some insight that has come through my own personal experience, that will assist you. It may help you to know of my background. I have been a Respiratory Care Practitioner for 27 years. I have worked in Emergency Room situations, critical care and nursing homes. I have also worked with Hospice patients. For 15 years I mentored under Daniel Kirkland, the rider/trainer for Dave Jones, author of Practical Western Horseman and saddle maker. In the 80's I spent my time with Stefan Forsman learning Natural horsemanship and continued that study with Dan at the Dave Jones Training Stable. I have also given readings all over the world, featured in many media outlets and magazines, radio and TV. I was the Keynote speaker for the Florida women's show on "Women and Pets."

It might be difficult for our mentally oriented minds to fathom some of the things I will describe to you here, however, as we open up to other realms of possibilities that exist within us, we can come to understand that what is sometimes described as psychic, ESP or mediumship, is nothing more than our own evolution, and is quite normal. In fact, we come to understand that often purely mental thinking can be limiting. When we open our hearts and discover this sacred truth for ourselves, we start to come into a closer relationship with those parts of us that contain a deep and innate Wisdom. Our dreams become more real, our thoughts become more important than spoken language, our feelings become a system we rely on more than what is being told or said to us. In other words, it is from our open hearts that we communicate with our loved ones who have passed on. We simply need to learn to trust what comes to us in our thoughts and feelings, dreams and visions.

To begin to understand this process referred to as death we need to consider a few things. One is the possibility of the electronic body, referred to as the aura or electromagnetic field. All living things are made up of electromagnetic energy and to understand that better I suggest a brief study of Kirlian photography or read the popular book: Messages from Water. I want to say here that I feel it is very important that people access their own truth and that just because I say something, does not mean it may be true for you. This song always makes me cry. I weep tears of anticipation, desire, joy, of hope and faith. We are the dreamers and we are waking the nations. Do we, will we believe in ourselves enough to know that “We're coming to the edge, running on the water, coming through the fog, Your sons and daughters!”

Are you ready to know that we are coming to the edge of our evolution from human to divine? Can you feel the freedom, the exaltation, the experience of being so light, so filled with Light that you are empowered to run on the water? Can you feel yourself, as you shed your human ego, coming through the fog of mass consciousness into the Light of the Living God? The New Jerusalem is not a place in time and space. It is about en-LIGHT-ened consciousness, about re-union with God and the realization of our interdependent unity with each other as cells in one body – the body of Christ.

The current issue of What is Enlightenment? magazine is dedicated to the idea of utopia. There are high-minded philosophical discussions about various historical utopian visions, but little practicality. Three articles are devoted to Damanhur, a utopian “village” of about a thousand souls in the Alps of Northern Italy. The Damanhurians have, following the vision of their leader, created incredibly gorgeous temples inside a mountain and, even more important, have created a thriving community of enlightened souls. Damanhur seemed to get the magazine’s vote as #1 utopian spot on the earth today. It does, indeed, appear to be a highly creative, very beautiful, peaceful place. But now the word is out, and we can take tours and apply for membership. Will the Damanhurians be able to keep the rest of us away? What they have resisted (the outside world) will persist - how long will they remain peaceful and happy in their quiet existence, away from the rest of the world? Uh-oh, too late.

Damanhur, ultimately, will succeed or fail as a "utopia," and it matters, but not much.

It matters because it is a great effort to create heaven on earth. It is an example of what humans are capable of and we need examples to follow because we aren’t sure of our own brilliance. Damanhur matters because the approach to building the temples inside the mountain is symbolic of what we all must do to truly rebuild our own utopia, our own little patch of the Garden of Eden within and out of our own lives. First we must build it within, and only then are we able to remember and envision and recreate our inner Eden in the outer world. What is the inner becomes the outer: as within, so without.

Come, the New Jerusalem!

When you apply yourself to the inner work of fully remembering God/Self, the resultant inner knowing and peace overflows and guides all the “doing” of your outer life, reshaping it into that of the avatar/saint/bodhisattva/Christ (whatever you call it). The outer life becomes like the inner, tranquil and still, surrendered to and directed by the greater heart/mind of the Higher Self (Christ self, Buddha nature, again, whatever you call it). I know this to be true. My inner life and outer life are not in opposition but flow peacefully together as one - my Divine life.

I would like to share with you a profound meditation that we were guided to do when Kevin and I first taught our "The 13 Dimensions of New Shamballa" workshop together in Texas about 18 months ago.

Life, as it is expressed on the second dimension is what we know as the Devic and Elemental Kingdoms. The elemental kingdom is everything that is listed on the "Periodic Table" and indeed is the chemistry of our body and the minerals of the earth. Humans have abused this kingdom and created what we have aptly called "synthetics" ( sin thetics!). Through other forms of miss use we have created pollution. Synthetics mainly come from the petrochemical industries. We find them as plastics, also cosmetics and pharmaceutical drugs. In the atmosphere we experience miss used elementals as pollution and in our food as preservatives. There are other substances that we find in our body notably lead (car exhaust fumes), mercury (dentistry) and aluminium (antiperspirants). One of the problems we are facing is that having taken them into our bodies we have no natural way of eliminating them using our natural biological system.

As we did the meditation in the workshop to merge consciousness with the second dimension, the divic and elemental kingdoms, we were guided to do a cleansing process that effectively eliminated all of these toxins from our bodies. There was a young woman, an indigo child, who had been put on the drug Ritalin, during her teens, to help her conform at school, and now in her early 20s, had decided to come off the drug a few weeks before the workshop. As we did this meditation she felt all the residue of chemicals in her brain drain down through her body and back into the earth. We have had a similar report from a woman who was considering major dental work to get rid of mercury fillings that we compromising her health. Everyone that has done the meditation with us has experienced some level of cleansing. So this is a process that can clear our physical bodies of substances that are extremely difficult to eliminate in any other way and I would like to share it with you. I am not going to present it here as a meditation but to give you the process so that you can use it in your own way. Feedback would be very welcome.

First of all it is important to recognise that our physical bodies are comprised of the elemental kingdom and, although very simple, have a consciousness. These elementals are in service to us in creating our physical bodies and everything that dwells within it will respond to our conscious intention. Another important factor in the effectiveness of this meditation is the use of what we call "the feeling body". The 11/ 11 portal of 2005 opened up an opportunity for us to connect with and use our feeling bodies in a more profound way.

Everyone is already using their feeling bodies as it is the mechanism by which we pick up information around us like the atmosphere in a room or the chaos of a hypermarket. But as we tune into our feeling bodies more we can start to pick up subtler vibrations and through intention connect in consciousness with other beings.

The process of the meditation is to firstly scan the body with the intention of connecting to all the elemental intelligences of which it is made. Then to extend our awareness into the feeling body that is around us in all directions. Call in and acknowledge the four directions and their associated elements. Air in the East governed by the devic Lord Paralda; water in the West, governed by the devic Lord Nixa: Fire in the South, governed by the devic Lord Djin: earth in the North, governed by the devic Lord Gob.

Feel these elementals and openly and lovingly connect with their presence. Become aware now of your own Antakarana and in consciousness travel down it, exploring with the feeling body the elemental kingdom of the earth. Let your feeling consciousness merge with sand and soil, stone and rock, underground lakes and rivers, crystals and lava. Through this feeling perception, receive the impression of their nature. If they were to relay to you a sense of colour, texture, sound or smell: what would that be. Having deeply merged your feeling awareness with the elemental realms within the earth, retaining part of your perception within the earth and, travel back up your Antakarana and reconnect in consciousness with the elemental kingdom of your body. Scan your body and perceive all the pockets of elementals, usually referred to as toxins, that should not be in the body.

Connecting in consciousness with them, thank them for being part of you but acknowledge that this relationship is now over and convey to them the message that you now release them so that they can return to whence they belong. Then perceive something similar to an egg timer, with the upper part being your consciousness linked to the elementals of your body and the lower part merging with the earth, with the elementals of that kingdom.

Hold your connection with your body and your deep connection with the elemental kingdom of the earth through your feeling awareness until you feel that the process is complete.

You may find that afterwards your body experiences cleansing symptoms and it is important to look after yourself in the appropriate way, drinking plenty of water etc. Please pass this technique on to anyone who has taken pharmaceutical drugs for any extended period, especially those used for hyperactivity, depression, stress and similar emotional conditions.

Roaring, whooshing over rocks and riddles, the way of the heart leads us into the fullness of the divine as no other path can, for the heart of the divine is the true home, and in it I am in the lap of the One to whom I belong, the One who I am, with no substitutions for vowels, nouns, or verbs. I am that which I have sought all my life, that which I tore myself from as I took form and which I practiced being separate from.

In the beginning I envisioned a place in which I could see Myself as no other had ever seen me – as no other had placed a mirror to myself so I could check the angles of emotions, torturous separations and devices of torture.

And so I took form in this plane, tricking others, hiding myself from myself, hiding myself from possibility and love, pretending I didn’t know that all along there could be no illness, no torture, playing the human game, playing the game of limits.

There are no limits and only the human heart knows this as its modus operandi. The heart with all its wisdom beats in answer to the love and desire of the blood’s messages for the body. Quick! Bring me everywhere, let me spread my message of love and nourishment everywhere all at once! Let me see every cell thrive. The heart responds, yes my love, I will work to make this happen, I will pump and squeeze, pump and squeeze, thinking of myself as the physical mechanism tat allows the messages and nourishment of the blood to reach and be sucked, devoured, welcomed beyond welcome, into the whole unfettered being.

And what is the message that the non-physical heart sends in its perfect form to the whole being? For one thing, the whole being is the wholeness of all Being, all creation, all Unity without limit. The message is, love. Love. Love. Love is the active verb and the succour that loving brings.

Every insect, every smallest portion of being lives because of the blessing of love. Through love we climb to the stars, to the blessings and blessers that inspire our hearts and minds with memories and promises for the future. Through love we climb into each others’ pathways of knowing, so intimately and so connected that we have no idea where I stop and you begin. Through love we know self as other and other as self, not caring who gets more than whom.

The heart has been attributed through the ages of symbolizing caring and knowing. Let the Egyptian idea now become operant in your being. Let the center of being be not the mind but the heart. Let the heart rule the day with its schedules, making only one appointment every day: Love, Nourish, Nurture. This is the agenda.

See yourself as the light flooding your own being, as the light bursting through this illusion of your skin, your eyes, they are no more eyes that belong to you but only eyes that serve the one who you are, seeking the vision of wholeness for all being, See with they eyes that see everything all at once.

Love is the answer to everything and in love can the answer be made real.

Let the heart have its way all ways. Let the heart pave the way always; let the heart pave all ways.

Finishing the job means making sure it is imbued – filled to bursting – with love. We are not meant to contain anything but the physical fluids that keep our bodies alive in order to carry the message of love.

We are made as porous beings, with semi-porous membranes.

I see myself now shining with the light so intensely that we do not see our bodies, we se only the light, and we can hear the movement of the blood like tinkling bells and chimes, We can hear and intuitively see the rays of the eyes moving over the bits and pieces of the landscape, acknowledging with little sounds the fact of the visions, houses, trees, other people’s eyes, hands and other body parts, pieces of paper, toys and Christmas trees and Hanukkah menorahs, all these things our eyes see, traffic accidents… all these things our eyes see and as they see them, in the act of seeing, there is a soft, light musical scraping noise, lighter and less intrusive than the sound of a child’s finger on a toy piano or the strings of a harp. These are small sounds that pass through our heart’s perception, passing through the screen to play in the vectors and light waves pouring through our beings, registering their moments in our hearts which record each . . .
