New Zealand has not proclaimed aloud her Spiritual heritage with great pyramids, wonderful temples and famous stone circles. She had kept her Sacred knowledge to herself , that is until an astrological alignment in 1992 signaled to a Maori leader and Tohunga (shaman) that the time has now come for her wisdom to be revealed. A call was put out, to all those who’s path it was to travel to New Zealand, and unbeknown to my conscious mind I answered. In the late 19 century I had been a Tohunga and healer on a Marae on the banks of the Whanganui River and in 2002 I was taken there to remember. Yes in the fall of that year I jumped off my personal cliff. I sold my business (a healing clinic in the UK) rented out my house and packed a rucksack. But this is not the time for me to tell my story - it’s the time for New Zealand to tell hers.

Many Maori’s are keepers of ancient Lemurian sites - both within the land and in the etheric. Quietly the land holds the keys to remind us who we are and where we came from. New Zealand holds the energy of the life blood of the earth pulsing life into all her Chakras. I have travelled around the world and never felt the pulse of the land and the presence of the Devic Kingdoms so present, pure and vibrant.

You, by reading this, are now hearing the call to give and receive the blessings of the ancient land of New Zealand. If you feel the excitement of this call, come with me, meet the Maori Tohunga (Shamans) and walk on their sacred sites.

I am very happy to be contributing to this newsletter for the first time as a member of the 1Spirit family.

I have just returned from a trip to Egypt after being prompted by spirit to take this trip for many years. We visited many of the sacred sites there including the Great Pyramid, Luxor and Karnac. We were affected very deeply, however, by the total lack of reverence for these sacred places. These sites are viewed and advertised as archaeological, without reference to the fact that all civilisations in our ancient and modern world are based on the knowledge and wisdom created there. The first civilisation that was founded after the fall of Atlantis was in the Land of Khem or Egypt, and was based on the teachings brought out of Atlantis.

These teachings were the knowledge of the Cycles and Forces of Creation. The temples in Egypt were positioned on the Nile to represent the different chakras in the human body, and each temple was aligned with a specific star system to draw on the energy of that star system. On many of the hieroglyphs that we saw were representation of faces and forms that were not human, always close to what appeared to be a ship. The Pharaoh was the representative on Earth of the greater Galactic Family and administered the law based on Cosmic Principle. Indeed one of the Pharaoh's was an ET, and in the Egyptian Museum, in Cairo, are two beautiful statues of Akonaton, showing him as 8 to 9 feet tall, with extended abdomen and abnormally wide hips. His face has the characteristic oval eyes and prominent cheekbones of an extraterrestrial race.

There has always been much speculation about curses and such like surrounding the tombs of the Pharaoh's, with Hollywood creating many movies based on rampaging mummy's. This however is not too far from the truth. The rituals practiced in the temples of Egypt were designed to harness the very forces of the Universe under the will of the priests of that time. The most sacred practice and teaching was the journey through death into the higher dimensions. That knowledge was passed to the Tibetans who are the present guardians.

These rituals, in their diluted form, are the system we know in the west as Magic. The Order of the Golden Dawn at the turn of the 20th Century and the Freemasons all used the rituals practised in the temples of Egypt. The Tarot cards that we all know (including normal playing cards) have their roots in this system.

On the passing of a Pharaoh, or powerful and respected personage, through the veil of death, elaborate rituals were performed to ensure a smooth transition of the Bardos. These personages were afforded the honour of mummification. As their earthly bodies were bound elaborate incantations were weaved as part of this process to protect the transition to the higher dimensions. These incantations were also performed at their places of burial.

In the Egyptian Museum, in Cairo, is a gallery, which you can pay to enter. In this gallery, in glass coffins are laid the mummies of the most powerful of Egypt's Pharaohs. I felt so much sorrow as I entered this place that I cannot begin to describe it. The tourists were leaning over the coffins and peering at these great kings and queens. There was no reverence, no hushed silences, just chatter and mild curiosity. What became very apparent then and later is that the spells of binding and protection are very much in place now as then. Both my son and I started to feel very ill and soon left the building. This continued for 2 days after.

Later we went to Luxor and visited the Valley of the Kings were the tombs of the Pharaoh's are located. On entering the first tomb I encountered what I now termed 'mummy energy' and knew there was a mummy further in. Sure enough, half way in was the mummy of a priest who had elected to be buried with his Pharaoh. Again tourists were leaning over staring in at the spectacle. We went down to the end of the corridor where the sarcophagus lay, still feeling decidedly ill at ease. Whilst here a party of French tourists entered the tomb and started to file down to where we were. Never have I experienced such an immediate build up of energy in such a confined space before. I left forthwith.

Outside again I asked for guidance and was told that the protection placed on these beings and these places is as active now as then. The Egyptian System worked predominantly astrally and they placed very powerful barriers of astral force in these places. People who break these barriers can expect to feel very ill, reporting bad dreams, out of the body experiences, upset tummy and or emotional trauma. Indeed as I sat watching people come and go from this same tomb I saw at least 3 people emerge worse for the experience.

I would recommend that anybody drawn to go to Egypt do so. It is a truly magical experience, but go in full reverence at the work that was done in this place. Christine, my partner, asked permission to enter each tomb and felt the acceptance of her personal reverence. The knowledge of Egypt is reawakening as we come full circle again.

In April 2005 Christine and myself will be returning to Egypt to teach the most secret and sacred of all the Egypt Mystery School teachings, the Merkabah. We will teach this workshop over 7 days on the banks of the Nile in Luxor, and on the temple sites of Luxor, Karnac and Dendarah.

Moving on in our lives can be a great challenge. Making changes entails interior work and willingness to take right action. Negative feelings or circumstances can be viewed as obstacles to our progress. When this happens, the natural inclination is to stop, and go no further. Yet obstacles often conceal hidden opportunities for growth and development. Sometimes obstacles are merely the product of circumstance, and are there simply to provide exercise in right use of will. Whatever their purpose, obstacles actually represent a challenge to dig deeper, try harder, and think more creatively. This often produces surprising results that take us far further than we imagine ourselves capable of going.

We often feel overwhelmed at the prospect of making changes, and get stuck in the decision-making or planning stages, mid-way point or even right at the finish line. Old fears and programs can play endlessly in our heads, listing all the reasons why it’s pointless to try to move forward. When we’re really feeling creative, we can drag up old memories of past attempts to make changes, and the interesting results of our efforts that we deem failures. Nothing could be further from the truth, yet in an effort to support our decision to do nothing rather than make a change, we view our past unsuccessful efforts as negative experiences, and allow that to weigh our judgment about the future.

The courage of your convictions and persistence in your efforts can take you far. When you feel something is right for you, and that it will bring you positive results, it is worth whatever hard work it takes to get there. Many famous people achieved their greatest accomplishments by trying repeatedly to do so. Edison executed over 14,000 experiments to invent the light bulb. When asked by a reporter after the first 2,000 tries how he felt about failing 2,000 times, he responded that he hadn’t failed, he had found 2,000 way not to invent the process he believed in. He persisted, kept a positive attitude, and forever revolutionized the way we live.

Know what you want. Believe it is possible. Begin a plan, take some steps -- even baby ones -- forward, and correct your path as necessary to continue on towards your goal. View obstacles as opportunities for creative thinking and growth. Be flexible in your thinking and dreaming. Release your attachment to a specific outcome, and open yourself to whatever the universe has in store for you. Be willing to go back to the drawing board when things don’t go as planned, and redesign your future. Keep going. If you do nothing, nothing changes. When you begin to move forward, new opportunities will cross your path.

Most people in the New Age / Mind-Body-Spirit / Metaphysical community feel comfortable calling themselves Lightworkers. And rightfully so. There's a very high probability, if you gravitate to websites such as this one, you are one. At present, more than 70 million highly evolved souls are incarnate on Earth, having come here from different dimensions to serve our planet during the current transition into the next paradigm.

They knew beforehand that as they passed through the Veil and took human form they would be blocked from knowing who they are and why they came. Last August, St. Germain finally revealed to me his famous Elixir. I had been asking, no make that begging, him for the formula for the past 25 years. This is the mysterious elixir that he drank for 300 years, which made it possible for him to never age a day past 35. If you have been suffering from low energy recently, you are among the old souls who have had a complete energy matrix rewire. This rewiring is a result of a higher energy field being installed, a different level and type than previously experienced.

In the recent past, there has been a lot of energy upheaval, many people have left the planet, and many of you have experienced a wide variety of unusual life changes. This is part of a greater plan to bring many people to maturity, more spiritual and psychic awareness, and more power. There is a need for us to unite our forces to bring more good into the world, and for this, there was a drastic increase of power.

Whenever you run more energy through your circuits, it takes a while for the system to change and adapt to the levels. This required re-wiring that also means that the system was sometime more "down" for repairs and upgrading. Nothing is wrong, you are doing better than you ever have been-and it will continue to get better.

It is important to rest, take time to do spiritual practices no matter how busy you are, and to keep your thoughts clean-clear of self-criticism and negativity. Regularly feed your mind and soul with beauty of any kind-nature, internal pictures of joy, music, etc.

In addition, do a meditation in which you extend your central column of light-the tube like energy that runs through the middle of your body-to the core of the earth, making sure it has no kinks or clogs. Nourishing an interest in knowing more about shamanism, I recently read Martin Prechtel’s Secrets of the Talking Jaguar and feasted on the beauty and spiritual abundance of his writings about the Maya among whom he lived.

The people in his village lived in a weave of family and community, as I believe people in most non-industrialized societies do. What moved me particularly was what he wrote about the mechanism for caring for the elderly: the elderly were the only ones who could feed the gods, and if you didn’t feed the gods, everything would die. So you had to give food to the elders. It wasn’t being nice, kind, or unusually generous. People weren’t volunteering. It was necessary. The Mayan elders had a purpose and filled a necessary role in their society – unlike ours.

If we are judged by our treatment of our elders, we fall far short of the idea of living the spiritual life that web sites such as this and those of us who present our ideas here strive for and encourage.

There are many ways for us to walk our talk. I urge you to start thinking about yourself and those you love when you will be 70, 80, 90. If you need some encouragement, volunteer in a nursing home.

There are no easy answers – and maybe that’s an overstatement – maybe there are no answers. But it’s up to us to create them. And we’re very good at that. We’re the ones who’ve talked about manifesting abundance, manifesting the life we want. It is time for us to manifest a long-term care system that works, and we must put ourselves to this task.

If you don’t know where to start, here are some suggestions: Lobby your legislators to make sure that the professional caregivers we will all be relying on are paid a decent wage. Begin to re-examine how and where you live. Could you quit your job to take care of your mother or father, or your spouse? Few could, and fewer would want to.

But we need to start thinking about this now, individually and as a society. What would our society look like where the very old – and the very young – were properly cared for? Let’s start sharing our pictures.

When people you do not know greet you, you think first about their personality if you are a psychologist. All others look at strangers and wonder what they are doing then and how to get to know them if they are attracted by their light.

The Light or The Glow, as some of you already know, is the aura of those who give love and get back love in great abundance. If you are loved and you love others much, you can stumble, fumble, get carried away, even take a tumble from time to time, but you will not fall from grace. You are carried, too, when it is your time to go.

Humanity is not able to sense yet who or what will be waiting on the other side, but it is an ability that more and more are able to learn by always appealing with humility to each and every individual you meet. Angels seek and greet those who are devoted to what is best for this time and place. Angels do not appear and then disappear. They are given work that enables everyone to see what they are here to be. You and others--me, too--everyone who is of God, cannot understand the panic some display whenever you say you ‘will meditate on it,’ but some become distraught because they do not know how to connect to God of All and use that power here.

Today is a good time to connect to your inner mind--take the time to connect to time! Yes, time is not of this plane and state of mind, but what is and what keeps us all in this place.
