The words “We are ALL One” have reverberated through the hearts and minds of Humanity in one form or another since the beginning of time. They do not express a lofty platitude or a sweet cliche even though our lower human egos have often perceived them as such. They profess a profound Truth.

Never, since we were first breathed into manifestation from the Heart of our Father-Mother God as individualized Sons and Daughters of God, has it been more imperative that we grasp the full magnitude of that profound Truth.

Daily and hourly, we witness myriad atrocities appearing on the screen of life. It seems as though in every conceivable corner of the World people are inflicting pain, suffering, injustice and even death on their fellow Human Beings. The only way that behavior could possibly make sense or be justified in anyone’s mind is through their ignorance of the profound Truth that we are all One.

To inflict harm on another Human Being is totally and completely ludicrous in the face of that Truth. It is self-destructive and suicidal. It is unconscionable and uncivilized.

All life-forms pulsate as a cell in the Body of God. Therefore, what affects one part of life affects the rest of life. Every thought, word, action or feeling we have changes the dynamics of the whole Universe. At any given moment, depending on our frame of mind, we are either adding to the Light of the World or adding to the shadows. How is that for an awesome responsibility?

Over the past several weeks, the same underlying theme has been brought to me from numerous people in various locations across the globe. Each individual was having problems with getting their life, relationships or job to be acceptable and possibly even enjoyable.

It breaks down to the idea that the Universe will bring you what you put energy into. If you concentrate on what you really don't want in your life, that is exactly what you will keep getting, because that is what your attention, time and energy are all concentrating on. Like it or not, YOU ARE A CO-CREATOR!

The Universe can't bring you what you want if you don't know what you want. Start with something simple. Formulate your desire, ask for Divine guidance and assitance and put it out to the Universe and then wait to see what comes. Be grateful for whatever occurs.

Remember, you can't see the whole picture - only part of it, so there is the chance you may not understand or like what is presented to you. It is however, just that - a PRESENT - a gift - not a mistake - so be grateful and understanding will follow. Figuring out what you want, letting go, allowing and accepting with gratitude are all hard parts of the formula. The more you put these steps into your everyday life, the easier the manifestation becomes - so BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ASK FOR.

If you don't like the results, then put in a new request. There is no limit to the number of requests that you can make. So stop blaming others, wishing "they" would change or grumbling about what you don't like in your life and get busy making your life exactly what you do want. Be CREATIVE and have fun doing it.

I give thanks for the glory of this morning - the glory of this day. I am one with the birds, their song - they sing within my cells. My cells are singing with the birdsongs sound. My breath expands, encompassing the garden and all it holds. I am one with the trees, their silent strength - is mine. I am alive through nature - all is well.

Many of us have been passing through the darkness as much negativity and darkness has been pushed to the surface these past several months.

By repeating mantras I have been working to forgive myself and each and all of the organizations and individuals contributing to the darkness in the world around us.

Just yesterday, July 11th, the first Break in the Clouds appeared for me. After all those months I had about given up that things would ever change. Now, it seems I can move forward again. My Lightwork is changing also as the world changes. There is a move in progress and a new business on the horizon.

You’re not going to like the new teacher. They will ask you questions instead of giving you the answers. They won't tell you how to think, they won't tell you which path you should be on, and they won't tell you what to do. They will tell stories instead of preach, and let you arrive at the answer that is right for you.

The new teacher will not make your choices for you. The new teacher isn't here to carry your weight on the path either. The new teacher inspires you to gain strength and confidence, so you can walk that path on your own. They want you to be independent; not dependent. They want to walk with you . . . not have you follow behind them.

The new teacher will not limit your possibilities for the new teacher knows that there are a multitude of paths all going to the same destination. For this reason, the new teacher will never say “my way is the only way”. The new teacher wants you to awaken to the God power you have inside. The new teacher will never offer a student a spiritual shortcut. The new teacher is a hard core realist. They know that spiritual progress usually comes step-by-step over time and with dedication, but they are also open to the magical fact that spontaneous awakenings happen, and do.

The new teacher will never make negative prophecies, because they understand that in their position that they can influence many people. If they influence others into a state of fear, they also know that they block them from their ability to access truth from Spirit. The new teacher also understands the power of the collective consciousness. They know that by putting out negative predictions that it will influence the entire collective fabric and create limitations; thus making our work at this time unnecessarily harder. They know fear stops you from hearing inner truth.

The new teacher won't be impressed by gifts or compliments. They’re not acting as teacher to boost their egos, or to prove how enlightened they are, or to create a following. In fact, many teachers don't want to be teachers at all. You might find them in the most unusual places. A teacher might be a downtrodden character sitting next to you in a little café, or you might find the teacher in a place you might expect, like a conference. The new teacher will be every where, or could be anybody. God works through all people and in countless ways.

The new teacher will not try to win you over by promising you spiritual phenomena or with grandiose visions. Spiritual phenomena is a form of metaphysical entertainment. It might be fun, but it doesn't get you very far on the path. Spiritual phenomena may or may not show up around your spiritual teacher, or you. If spiritual phenomena does enter your path, enjoy the journey. If it doesn't show up, enjoy the journey anyway!

The new teachers are not status oriented. Status, or titles, means one person is better than another and creates a separation. Status or title empowers one, while it dis-empowers another, and this is not acceptable. The new teacher, won't be impressed by who you were in the past, the experiences you have had, or how much you know unless they are relevant to the present situation. They won't be much impressed with your degrees, titles, and exalted positions. They don't care about your genetic heritage, how much education you've had, or who you have worked with. All they care about is who you are right now. The new teacher will be real with you, and hope that you will be real back. After all, who we were in the past is just that . . . the past. That was then, this is now. All they care about is where your heart is now, because nothing else matters but NOW.

This universe is a trinity and this is made of name, form, and action. The source of all actions is the body, for it is by the body that all actions are done. The body is behind all actions, even as the Eternal is behind the body.

Immediately I said: Stop it. Cathy, you will not go there. I asked for healing. I went into my heart center.

This simple process changed my mood immediately and strengthened my immune system. I don’t have time to explain how that works, but my special report goes into detail.

For a moment, turn your attention from your external world and focus on your inner world. Be as silent as you can for the next 15 seconds.

Now what did you hear? You probably heard a voice inside your head that may have said, “What’s this supposed to be? Oh, another one of those woo-woo things.”

That dialog that you heard is what I call “The Radio Voice.” It’s okay, we all have a Radio Voice inside our heads. It’s been with us for as long as we can remember. Actually, so long a time that we think it is who we are.

I call the voice “The Radio Voice” because it often plays like a radio station. We have commentary, editorials, pop music, talk radio phone-in calls, music jingles, news stories, crime stories, fiction stories, romance stories, commercials, and a lot of ranting and raving. The noise inside our head is a like talk radio station playing all day long inside of our head. The good, the bad, the noble, and the horrible.

This awareness is largely unknown in the western world, however, in the eastern world, they have been aware of this for a long time. In the Far-East they call it “the drunken monkey” because the voice chitter-chatters non-stop like a monkey who’s gotten into the saki bottle!

The funny thing about The Radio Voice is that as soon as someone draws your attention to it, you can’t miss it. Right now, I’m sure you are acutely aware of what I have been describing. Prior to having someone draw your attention to The Radio Voice, it just ran on in the background. All of this noise wouldn’t be so bad, except for the fact that there is a dark aspect at work in there.

The Radio Voice has total access to everything in your subconscious mind. Not good. Consequently, your Radio Voice pulls up a lot of bad, negative feelings, and plays then out as negative self-talk. Like much of the fluff that floats around inside our head, we often say terrible things to ourselves. We say things to ourselves that we wouldn’t put up with for a moment from anyone else. It is the mechanism of low self-estem that nearly all of us struggle with.

However, The Radio Voice has a noble cause, but its programming is a little off. Some of the negative inner dialog serves as a protective system. The Radio Voice compares current experiences with past unhappy experiences. The actual negative experience aren’t served up, but the bad feeling are. Then The Radio Voice adds commentary such as, “WATCH OUT! This is going to be bad! I’m going to get a raw deal again!” And on and on.

It all boils down to is this. The Radio Voice serves up fear. As Master Yoda said in one of the Star Wars films, “Fear leads to anger. And anger leads to hate, And hate leads to suffering.” Even if we are directing our fear-anger-hate on to someone else, on the way out, it gets on us as well.

But fortunately, everything has a balancing opposite force. Under all of The Radio Voice noise there is The Deep Inner Voice. It is what the Quakers call, “the still, small voice within.” You could call it your spirit, your God-self, your higher self, or the real you. There are many expressions for this quiet voice. . . . Thuja occidentalis, is called arborvitae or “tree of life” by Native Americans because of its purifying and healing properties. Some people also call it White Cedar. Thuya occidentalis is a conifer that belongs to the same botanical group as the cypresses. They both have scale-like leaves. In many Canadian and French villages, this tree is used to make hedges. When they are trimmed in the Spring, the clippings are collected and steam distilled to produce the essential oil. This essential oil is wrongly referred to as Cedar Leaf oil, which causes great confusion between this Thuya oil and the cedar oils like the Virginia cedar (Juniperus virginiana), the Texas cedar (Juniperus mexicana) the atlantic or Atlas cedar (Cedrus atlantica), the Himalayan cedar (Cedrus deodora).

According to Dr Daniel Pénoel, M.D., this essential oil should be called Aborvitae because of its life supporting actions. He recommends it to fight arthritis, as an antiviral, and as an excellent cicatrizant because it assists the body in mending cuts and wounds. For this use, it can replace Helicrysum, thus helping save this scarce and expensive oil.

Dr Richard Wirtanen, M.A., D.C., uses it to eliminate nail fungus and warts, to fight skin parasites and to help soothe muscle aches and body joints. This oil also helps harmonize the energy field and expel negativity. It is also good in case of accidents or severe trauma.

Before using Arborvitae, create a sacred space by purifying your heart, putting yourself in a positive state of mind and thanking the universe for this wonderful gift.

Application: Massage 5 to 10 drops as needed for a short period of time (2 to 3 weeks). Because of its high content of thujone, Arborvitae oil must be used wisely and never internally.

Though my private difficulties with men are pretty much cleared, recently I recognized a deeper need for forgiveness: the “faceless mass” of men who have felt arrogantly superior to women or have abused or raped women and children. These I have long viewed with contempt and fear, grief and rage. I’ve realized I have an emotional fear that men really are superior to women (mentally my knowing is of equality), and this has made forgiving a lot harder.

A number of realizations are helping me:
1. Both dark forces and governments have exploited men’s need to be strongest, toughest, hardest—by sending them to war and encouraging rape. At least in older times, conquered lands were routinely pillaged, the women raped and the men enslaved. The hearts of millions of men have been thus hardened.

2. Men have been encouraged by various cultures and religions, and father to son, to consider themselves superior to women and to set themselves up as lord of the household, ruler of country, holder of property, wealth and power. Though this is weakening, there is still vast holdover of these energies.

3. Many women have had a propensity to be over-adaptable, willing to be led and bossed by men, when women’s greater receptivity to divine guidance should lead both relationship and society.

4. Many women have also, in reaction to abuse, become vengeful. Men in fear (or judgment) of relationship with a woman may look to children.

5. Most men have been women in some lives and have suffered the kind of abuse they had dished out as men.

6. A “faceless mass” does not exist. There are only individuals, each with a face, a name and a particular soul history. Each is doing his best with what he has been able to learn.

7. Remorse for abusive behavior has helped many men to wake up and become kind and loving, respectful individuals.

The ice of my own hard heart toward these men is melting. Thank you God.
