This is the time you have waited for, the reason you incarnated, the time for you to rise to the occasion and BE WHO YOU ARE, that Glorious Divine Being from the Heart of God! It is time to fulfill your chosen MISSION.

Please be very kind, gentle and patient with yourself and others during these times. Please stay calm, peaceful, joyous, blissful and IN LOVE with Life and Yourself, no matter what goes on around you or even to you. All these events that you view as problems are merely illusions. We are standing by you, with every step, and every breath you take. You are never alone or without help. You merely need to ask and We shall be there.

Please be the BRIGHT LIGHT that YOU ARE by standing strong and offering assistance whenever is it needed to ALL of life around you. Please also offer help and support to other Lightworkers who might be involved in their own personal challenges. As death has knocked on the door for my beloved this spring we have spent a lot of time trying to get a real feel for the process. For those with Spiritual knowledge and a Spiritual perspective we know the theory. Kevin and I can reflect on the times when we have totally been in the knowledge of the truth and held a place of celebration at the time of death for a close one - but not too close.

It feels that there are two positions that people take. One is in ignorance, that of fear and dread of death, the other, perhaps also in ignorance, is the new age perspective that says I can face death, I know it isn't who I really am that is dying, I never wanted to be here anyway etc. I would like to offer a warning against both these stands, because it is our experience that all the wisdom, knowledge and spiritual understanding does not prepare you. In a way it is a very schizophrenic experience, the Spiritual versus the Human.

From our research and personal experience (research from Dion Fortune, Alice Bailey and Elizabeth Kubler-Ross) there seems to be an archetypal pattern that inevitably plays out. For a spiritual person to die is a very similar experience to awakening, and it is commonly known that as the personality drops away a grieving process arises. Thus it is with death. The personality has its way, and it is as if nothing will appease it. It is as if in our very cells and DNA the program of grief at the loss of personality is written and inevitably plays out . We even perceived a grieving and resistance to letting go of the Devic kingdom that through our consciousness formed the physical body. They do not want to let go either.

To not be prepared for, to deny or to feel one should not be experiencing the human emotions is a great disservice.

Death should be prepared for more thoroughly than a birth or a marriage or any other significant life events, and yet we may plan the funeral but never rehearse our passage from this dense physical realm, to the expanded state of the disincarnate soul.

Many traditional cultures, especially those of ancient Egypt, understood and respected the deathing process, and did many initiations and rituals to prepare them for the process. I really believe that we need to do the same. It is the ignorance of death, both by the person guiding and the loved ones around that causes confusion and pain.

It is all so sad to realize how many practitioners and healers who in the course of their work may come across death are so ill informed as to the process. To anyone interested, and in truth we all should be, I really recommend the works of the authors tired mentioned above.

In essence, ascension is returning to who and what and how we really are, to how we were created “in the beginning,” but we’re new and improved versions of the original, as well.

In the beginning, we were created “good,” and every created thing was good, good and very good. We had no perception of bad, wrong, evil, lack. We lived, moved and had our beingness in a unitive consciousness of good – one with the entire creation, one with God. We did not and could not conceive of ourselves as separate. Duality was not. The “fall” happened, and we became conscious of good and evil - consciousness was split, and we began to see the dual nature of things. We became “like God,” (Genesis 3:22 “Then the Lord God said, ‘behold, the man has become like one of us, knowing good and evil’”) but we were still babies. We weren’t ready to be like God – duality freaked us out, and we’ve been freaked out, scared and separate ever since.

Ascension is reaching the conscious readiness to be like God, knowing good and evil, but choosing to live, move and have our beingness in the unitive consciousness of good. Ascension is seeing the dual nature of created things and knowing that all is still good, still God, just like it was in the beginning, and we’ve been freaking out because of an illusion. Many of us on planet Earth are not ready. Many of us are still babies, living in the survival, sexual and emotional chakras, but many of us are ready to move on to our evolution. Ascension is the restoration of the Edenic state of being, unity, while retaining the knowledge of good and evil, or duality. Ascension is seeing with eyes that encompass a wide, compassionate view; with a consciousness lifted above the fray of ordinary human belief in duality to the clear Light of God-mind, peaceful beyond understanding.

Jubilation is a word that keeps returning to my mind when I seek to describe how ascension consciousness feels. The Encarta dictionary defines jubilation as “rejoicing and celebration; uninhibited rejoicing in the celebration of a victory or success.” It is fullness of joy without opposite. That is not to say that sadness does not affect the ascended consciousness, no, but underneath all feelings, even the “bad” ones, is a sense of rejoicing because of the victory of true enlightenment: oneness with God, knowing and being all of who you were created to be, and rest in the knowing. Ascension is finding all that you have been seeking, lifetime after lifetime – your own Divine Self.

Ascension is about the returning to Origin. It is about climbing out of the muck of survival consciousness, working through sexual and emotional issues, becoming a compassionate heart, opening to and being a vessel of Truth, seeing all the world through the eyes of Christ, and finally, becoming fully identified with the One, while remaining individual. The same human you have always been, made new and infinitely improved by the conscious choice to live, fully human and fully divine.

As I write, I am bathed in the feelings of hope that are generated around a major healing center. I am here in Abadiania, Brazil where the Casa of Dom Ignacio has ancient healers incorporating through Joao de Deus, a full trance medium. People come from all over the world to be healed and many return without their cancers or other ailments.

But I am not going to talk about the Casa itself. I want to talk about the atmosphere and psychology of hope. Right now, many people are in despair throughout the world and disease is rampant (and that includes depression). Because we see the faults of government, ecology, and personal relationships, we have given up hope.

Hope is the vehicle which delivers the healing that we need right now. Hope is the medicine that can begin true cures for our current set of problems.

We are rediscovering old ways of healing and inventing new ways to heal. This is being forced to happen because so many people are affected by the changes happening on earth. It can be done, we can heal and adapt and give full term birth to a new day. This must be done with hope, otherwise the exploration and actions needed to produce these cures will not be facilitated.

Here at the Casa in a vortex of healing energy, it is easier to have this food of hope. Wherever you are, it is necessary to tune into the attitude and feelings of hope and begin to nourish the parts of you that can carry forward the hope needed so we can give full term birth to a new day. Meditate on being in an area that has hope (like here) or remember times in your own life when hope lead to fruition and light. If you have trouble remembering a hopeful time, then read about successful examples of hope in other people's lives. Focus on hope, breath it into your body. Follow any intuitions or images generated by hope. Exhale despair or dissolve negative images replacing them with positive outcomes and feelings.

We are moving into the dimension of instantaneous creation and preparing for a major shift in our consciousness. Much of the preparation for these changes is happening in our dream state. The dream state is another dimension. Through our dreams, we can create and explore new realities and dimensions of consciousness. Lucid dreaming is a technique that can help us prepare for this shift.

Lucid dreaming is a powerful creative state and can be used for understanding and creating our lives. It’s one of the most important techniques I practice. Research at Stanford University indicates lucid dreaming occurs during REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. Since most REM sleep takes place in the later part of the night, mornings are likely to be the most favorable time for lucid dreaming. I have a simple and effective exercise to improve your ability to lucid dream. In this exercise you will discover if any hidden programs or ideas in your subconscious mind are keeping you from having what you desire in this life. After you’ve perfected your ability to lucid dream, and have a good understanding of the subconscious patterns affecting your ability to create in the third dimension, you can go a step further and use lucid dreaming to explore other dimensions and realities.

To begin the lucid dreaming exercise, first think of a question about your life. Your question may concern a special relationship, spiritual goals, your health, or your job. Whatever it is, write it down. Keep your questions simple and use as few words as possible. Complicated questions will create complicated dreams filled with too much information to easily understand.

After choosing a simple question, set your alarm clock for half an hour earlier than you would normally get up in the morning. Use the type of clock with a snooze alarm that goes off every ten minutes. When the alarm goes off, press the snooze alarm button, focus on your question, and fall back to sleep. In the following dream, your subconscious mind will show you stories representing the ideas or programs you subconsciously carry that are related to your question. These stories will help you understand the programs that are keeping you from having what you want. After ten minutes, the alarm will go off again. Notice briefly what you were dreaming, ask the same question, and fall back to sleep. Continue doing this for thirty minutes.

After thirty minutes either tape record or write down the information you received while it is still clear in your mind. Since dreams can slip away so quickly, have a recorder or pad and pencil ready by your bed. You do not have to record the complete dream, just the main ideas and images.

The more you practice lucid dreaming, the easier it becomes. Keep asking the same question until you get a clear, understandable answer and then ask another question. Within two weeks you should uncover and understand the subconscious programs you have that are interfering with your creations.

One of the first questions I explored though lucid dreaming was “How do I become a good healer and teacher?” Through lucid dreaming I discovered my subconscious mind held the idea that if I became popular as a healer I would lose my freedom because I’d attract attention. I was surprised at this information. My freedom is important to me, but I did not think my need for freedom would interfere with being of service to others. My subconscious mind was doing everything it could to keep me from being as successful as I was capable of being because it did not want me to lose my freedom. By becoming conscious of my subconscious program, I was able to change it. I now understand what personal freedom means to me, and I know it is safe to become popular without loosing my freedom. By exploring the dimension of lucid dreaming, I was able to become conscious of the hidden, subconscious programs affecting my success.

My dream state now feels as real to me as my waking physical state. If I don’t understand what is going on in my dreams or they contain problems and conflicts, I continue to replay the same dream over and over until I do understand and the conflicts are resolved. My dream becomes real to me when I become conscious of what it reveals. If I create perfection in my dreams by understanding and resolving any conflicts, I can use this insight to create a more balanced and healthy physical reality for myself. I first create and experience perfection within my dream reality and then I recreate that perfection in my physical reality.

Lucid dreaming is a powerful technique because it assists us in understanding our subconscious mind. By practicing lucid dreaming we can be sure our subconscious mind fully supports our conscious mind in creating what we want in our lives.

I believe our dream state is the next dimension because that is where we can experience instantaneous creation. With lucid dreaming, we can perfect living and being in the dimension of instantaneous creation and then we can bring that mastery to our three dimensional lives. Lucid dreaming is one of the most important exercises we can do—it allows us a greater understanding of our lives and our universe.

In looking back 25 years plus, the diversity of people who ask for readings is amazing. When it first began, I was newly divorced, in emotional pain and on a new life adventure. Not surprisingly, the first to ask for help were newly divorced women who had young children to raise. It was a difficult life transition for them. Reading their horoscopes helped them discover who they were, why there were here, and how to go through their current situation, giving hope. Everybody is fascinating, with rich life stories and exciting potential. Interestingly, no one asks if or how the earth changes will affect them, or should they move because of dire sensational warnings.
