Humanity is in the midst of an unprecedented shift of energy, vibration, and consciousness. Planetary and celestial events are causing the frequency of vibration to be greatly accelerated within every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of Life on Earth. This shift of vibration is tangibly affecting every man, woman, and child at a cellular level. Even if people do not understand exactly what is happening to them, everyone seems to be aware that something very unusual is taking place in their physical bodies, their emotions, and their thinking processes.

People around the world are experiencing all kinds of unusual things due to this accelerated vibration. Millions of people feel like they are in a blender or riding an emotional roller coaster as they go about their daily activities. People are having dramatic mood swings, which are very out of character from their usual behavior patterns. Other people are having abnormal bouts with fear, anxiety, stress, and even panic attacks. I know there are a lot of stressful things taking place in people's lives due to the collapse of the economy, the housing debacle, and the loss of jobs, et cetera, but at some level, this phenomenon is happening to everyone regardless of whether or not they are personally affected by outer-world circumstances.

People are experiencing all kinds of unusual physical symptoms, which they have not suffered in the past. Many are having headaches for the first time or painful back problems. Others may not be able to focus their thoughts or their short-term memory may seem to be failing. People are experiencing unexplained flu-like symptoms, allergies, excessive fatigue, sleepiness or insomnia, joint and muscle pain, digestive problems, dizziness or lightheadedness, and every other physical, mental, and emotional malady under the Sun.

It is important for all of us to realize that the acceleration process we are going through is a necessary part of the purging and rebirth that needs to take place in order for us to physically manifest the patterns of perfection for the New Earth. Fortunately, the Company of Heaven has revealed important information and given us very powerful tools that will assist us to complete this process quickly with fewer painful symptoms.

There are a few very easy things we can do in addition to using the tools and techniques that have been given to us by our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven. We can raise our vibrations by eating more organic raw fruits and vegetables and by drinking pure water. We can also raise our vibrations by listening to uplifting music, thinking positive thoughts, walking in nature, relaxing in water, reading inspirational books, playing, loving, laughing, and anything else that opens our hearts and fills us with joy.

As we move through this Ascension process, we must KNOW that it is not the intent of our Father-Mother God for us to stay stuck in the pain and suffering that is being pushed to the surface to be transmuted and transformed into Light. Quite the contrary. It is Their desire that we utilize the precious tools and techniques that They have given to us, so that we can Ascend quickly into the 5th-Dimensional frequencies of harmony and balance. In the higher frequencies into which we are Ascending, we will gratefully experience the vibrant health, eternal youth, abundance, peace, love, and abounding joy that is awaiting each of us.

The Smithsonian magazine tells of the hellfire preachers who describe in detail the horrors of hell. They preach one of the joys of being in Heaven would be to look down and watch sinners twisting and suffering agony at the hands of the Devil.

Think about that intolerance! It shows that some “religious” people feel justified in despising others and actually hoping they spend eternity screaming in torture forever. As long as one believes some people will be tortured forever by God Himself, one becomes more likely to join in mob thinking against those for whom God apparently shows no love.

For a better world, we need love, forgiveness and compassion for all.

In what is being seen and experienced as a tremendous time of change on our great planet, it is most important that you open to the infinite cosmic consciousness of the Divine within to assist you in navigating through these great changes. Many of you are feeling overwhelm as time continues to speed up and the portals of cosmic energy available to you increase daily. Some days you have a hard time knowing or feeling where your sense of home actually is. You are rapidly expanding and transforming and your current situation may feel unsettling. A part of you knows that there is something much more. Many of you are seeking ways to stay grounded and ways to access the Divinity and wisdom within to guide you during these turbulent times. However, many of you cannot seem to get out of your own way.

Let’s look at your inner structure. You know that you are not just a physical being. A larger part of you exists in consciousness and energy on many realms in spirit form. Within you are many rooms containing access and information to the different realms. Your purpose here in your human form is to learn, assimilate your lessons into wisdom and to embody love (love for yourself and others) so that you can continually ascend in consciousness. Each person on your planet is walking an ascension path. At any one time, you have a myriad of resources available to you. Nevertheless, when we visit your inner structure and look at the rooms we see a lot of clutter and chaos. You cannot reach the rooms filled with treasures because they are hidden by the tremendous amounts of mental and emotional clutter. They are blocked by your out of control egoic demands and archaic beliefs that keep you in doubt or fear. You fear that clearing this old stuff out may threaten your existence. Of course it is threatening your old existence, which is not allowing you to see the Divine within and to be supported by it or to move forward beyond your fears into realms where you know love and peace. Of course the ego does not want you to be directed from a place of knowing and faith.

The alternative is extraordinarily magnificent. It once was beyond your access. Only a few who had dedicated their lives to their inner world of discovery and alignment were able to enter. The increased energies coming into your planet are allowing humanity to see and experience the Divine on levels that have never before been previously accessed.

Those who want to see and know the experience of the Divine can actually align and intend for their energies to access this place of sheer beauty and delight. In order to access the hidden realms/rooms of treasures you must clear out the clutter, which can include longstanding issues that keep you mired in anger, beliefs that diminish your self esteem or make you feel superior to others, resentment and unhappiness or the pile of doubt, restlessness, and distractions. Access the clutter. Ask what emotions or thoughts do I reside in each day? Pay attention to these. Your awareness is the key to removing that which blocks your entrance into the treasure house of the Divine.

Begin to address these repeated behaviors, thoughts, or emotions that keep you bound. Rebalance your being each time they surface by taking your mind into a higher awareness of your true spiritual nature. Center yourself into new thought patterns and connect these thoughts with your heart center. What feelings support the new thoughts? Align with these higher vibrational feelings.

Every day align with affirmations that center you in the higher realms. The Ascended Masters truly want to work with your energies and to communicate our love and support for you. But you will experience this when you remain mired within your cluttered existence. Affirm “I AM standing in the Light Divine. I AM centered in Love. I AM love responding to Life. I AM a sacred vessel of God’s Love extending in Service to the Light within. I AM centered and guided by the Divine spark within.” Align your body, mind, emotions and energy with these affirmations. Add more if you feel the need. When you align in this space, you are no longer constrained by the delusions that the clutter created. You are able to step out of the limitations, release the illusions of bondage, and step toward the upper rooms that exist in your inner mansion. The Kingdom is truly within you.

When you begin your work of creating balance and releasing the clutter, you will begin to notice that you feel different – lighter, experience more times feeling peace filled, have moments of pure clarity, increased energy, and experience a sense of expansion. As you align with the higher vibrations you will be lifted into the realms of the infinite. The clutter will vanish and you will see Light and know Truth. The rooms containing the true jewels will be revealed. You will see them and know that they were there all along but your vibration resulting from the clutter keep you too low energetically to be able to experience these higher realms.

Many of you are so very close to opening to the Kingdom and accessing the Divine. Do not give up. You at times feel very overwhelmed. This does not mean that you are very far off. For many it just means that you are wrestling with old issues that have had a hold of you for a long time and you are ready to bring that energy back into balance and to finally release the hold that it has had over you. You know that you cannot not address it and that is where the feelings of anxiety and overwhelm come from. When this occurs center your mind and heart on radiating streams of violet and golden rays moving and pulsating through the core of your body. This will help to calm and center you. Then work with your affirmations. They will elevate your vibration and open your field to accepting the Divinity that you are. This will facilitate you to release the old restrictive energies.

We are celebrating the work that you are doing. And we celebrate your arrival home in the Light, blessed by Love. We honor your efforts. Continue to release and center, release and center in your I AM Presence. The doors to Truth, Beauty and Love are opening to you. Clean house, and open you heart and mind to grounding in your true home of Light, Life and Love.

If you are confused about the energy that you are feeling these days, trust me, you are not alone. The Star Elders say that we are immersed in the process of building the bridge from the world that we are leaving behind to the world that we are creating. We are presently smack dab in the middle of the shift of the ages. This is causing some very frustrating and interesting side effects.

One of these side effects is how we manifest. In the last few weeks, since solstice, we are noticing that when we begin a project, we also find that at each step of the way we have to change direction or even start over. It feels like we have to do everything twice. Nothing seems to be working smoothly right now. The energy for manifesting flows in . . . and then to our utter frustration, the energy flows back out like receding tidal waves. It feels like we hit temporary walls along the way. It is like the "flow" is all of a sudden cut off. We feel like we have become yo-yo's, or feel like a hamster continually spinning on a wheel. This vacillation is leaving us feeling pulled in two directions at the same time. It is really hard to decide which way to go. We feel quite stuck, confused . . . and lets face it…. downright annoyed.

The reason for this yo-yo side effect is that the energy we used for creating is vacillating between the past and the future. At this time, we are not completely present in either world. We are on the bridge between the two worlds. The energy of creation is still working in the past world, but it is also now beginning to work in the future also. In other words, we are manifesting on both sides of the bridge at the same time. This vacillating energy will eventually quicken and shorten in duration to the point where we will be creating from a single point in reality. I can hardly wait for this!

This yo-yo energy does not stop us from creating, but we do have to focus more intently to get a job done. The Star Elders say 50% of our intentions right now are in the past and are difficult, but not impossible, to complete. It is important that you keep living and creating. Yet it is up to you to decide if you want to take an extra effort to manifest, or finish a project. You might just want to throw in the towel. The Star Elders also say that the other 50% of our intentions are being created out in the future somewhere. Because we are only 50% present in either world. Again, we have to focus intently to get these jobs done. We also have the option to let the intent or project go until the creative flow returns. Your intents which are based in the past will be increasingly harder to complete. Whereas your intents based on the future will become increasingly easier to manifest.

Just to make things a little more confusing for you all . . . The Star Elders say there is no past . . . or future.

There is another side effect from not being completely present in either world. We get clumsy. Have you been bumping into walls, stubbing your toe, bumping her head, and feeling generally wobbly and out of it? Yeah, this is part of this shifting also. Your body's equilibrium is working hard to adapt to the new world. Your internal gyroscope is re-orienting to the new world that is emerging. This is causing you to become ungrounded. This can also cause nausea and headaches. These symptoms have been going on for a few months but will begin to fade by the end of the year. The Star Elders say to be careful with your body right now, as we could be accident prone. (I learned this the hard way)

There is a huge wave of people passing out of this dimension, as they are in a hurry to get to that next one. Unfortunately these ones are going to miss out experiencing the show of the ages! There are many that are on the fence, trying to decide which direction they want to go. It is time for you to decide! There are many brave ones, that make up a multitude of light workers that are committed to riding out what is left of this fading dimension. These ones will experience what the Star Elders say is the wildest ride in the universe and a huge evolutionary jump for the soul. Why do I get the feeling this could be one of those roller coaster rides you wish you had never gotten on . . . but once you arrive at the destination you want to do it all over again. PS … any way that you choose to transfer yourself to the new world is the right way for you! There is no right or wrong here, only what your soul has decided to do.

So in a nut shell… you are not losing IT … you are getting IT! But to get IT you will have to loose IT. So you see why we are feeling like Yo-Yo's.

Inside the great lone Mount Shasta, in far northern California, there exists a city called Telos. The inhabitants, who are exactly like us in DNA but are immortal, are from the ancient and now mostly sunken continent of Lemuria or Mu. This is my understanding of the facts about Telos.

Twenty-five thousand years ago, there were two major civilizations of Earth. One was based in the continent of Lemuria, or Mu, which included the area of much of the Pacific Ocean, the western United States, and parts of Asia. The other was Atlantis, over much of what is now the Atlantic Ocean and parts of Africa and Europe.

There was a disagreement between these two civilizations concerning the social and political evolution of the rest of the human race: Lemuria wanted the less advanced civilizations of Earth to remain free, and Atlantis wanted to govern or control them. A lengthy war broke out between the two. These wars became so severe--they even included thermo-nuclear warheads--that karmic energies were set in motion that would eventually sink both continents. Evidence for these thermo-nuclear battles seen today are the Gobi Desert and the Sahara Desert, to name just two.

After the war, about 12,000 years ago, many of the Melchizedek priests and priestesses of Lemuria saw into the future and foretold the sinking of the continent. They began to look for a place to move. They settled on Mt. Shasta in the eastern part of Lemuria, a great mountain already considered sacred, and which they understood would be safe in the coming cataclysm. They decided to build underground, partly because of the shocks Earth would sustain from the sinking of two continents, and partly because the original atmospheric mantle of Earth had gone, subjecting life on the surface to harmful ultra-violet rays.

In deciding where to build their city, they came upon a great domed cavern within Mt. Shasta, several square miles in area and hundreds of feet high. This became the top level of the city.

The whole southwestern United States was then called Telos, which means "union with spirit", so that name was chosen for the city. Four levels were built under the top level, five levels in all, and the city was built to house up to two million people. They began with twenty five thousand people, but now it is home to one and a half million.

The Mayan Calendar created the 2012 Phenomenon which led to much speculation and debate. What will happen in 2012? What is its impact now with our lives and environment? The debate of doom/gloom versus the new Dimensional Shift to endless possibilities. The time for preparation is NOW!

Rosewood facilitates spiritual flow to the body, and gives strength and courage to our hearts without fear.

White Spruce is excellent for anxiety or tension. It frees emotional block, uplifts your mood and makes others happier. It is also used to calm and reduce stress, and encourages communication.

White Pine helps people come together in joy and friendship and facilitates group nurturing.

Rosemary helps men integrate their feminine aspect. Its vibration supports loyalty towards others and oneself. It is also liberating and breaks the bonds of co-dependence.

White Angelica helps user be more open to angelic energies and being more in tune with our higher selves.

Cinnamon helps us shift to self love, attracts love, compassion and wealth into the heart center and radiate to all sentient beings.

“We teach the importance of motion and continuity, and though things change, life must continue. You are immersed now in the changes, and it is imperative that you halt not nor falter. Stand back and view with inner eye the whole, and you will see where the future lies, where there is open space, and where the river flows more smoothly. Stand back from the turbulence, breathe deeply from the current of awareness on which you stand, and return with renewed heart, renewed vigor to the life you chose and the undertakings you would support.

The Dolphins know that one form is no more meaningful than another. And so we ask you to remember to view things ever from a higher vantage point. Feel with your heart and serve with compassion, but let your greater Self command the way you act and interpret the situation you think you see. For your world touches upon the worlds of others, and you may not remain in isolation. It is for you to expand the borders of your world and share your worlds with those whose worlds have become congested and fallen into disrepute.

You do not have to wallow in their mire, you may stand back and offer them your hand. But offer them your hand you must, for to remain in comfort and seclusion within the peace you have created for yourself can also lead to stagnation. Think to the dolphins of the ocean who bring their joy and freedom of expression to your polluted shores, to your contaminated waters, to your net filled oceans, and observe the upliftment to spirit, the surge of joy we bring to hearts care filled and longing to go home.
