Today more people than ever are interested in knowing about their past lives. Clients approach me with all kinds of questions about their previous incarnations. They are curious to know who they were, what they did, whether loved ones from former lives are with them now, why they are especially attracted to or repelled by someone, or even why they repeatedly choose the wrong kinds of relationships.

Some people might argue that our former lives are over and done with, and that all the power exists in the here-and-now of this life, not in our personal history. But currents of energy from our previous incarnations feed our present lives in all sorts of interesting and mysterious ways. A sense of deja vue some people experience can be a manifestation of this. It’s fascinating for me to show clients the patterns of past and present that show themselves during readings. Knowing some of my own past life events and personalities has helped me understand why I am experiencing certain strong trends in my lifetimes, and has given me many valuable insights that have allowed me to make wiser choices.

This life we are now living is only one step in a long journey, and as such represents only a small part of the totality of who we really are. This means that the self we think we know is really only the tip of the iceberg. It's therefore natural to want to know our totality. Exploring our past lives can help us experience this larger sense of self. As we gain greater understanding of our spiritual unfolding, we move forward in our quest for self-mastery.

For many years I have had a good relation with the Andromeda Galaxy. There is an entity in Andromeda, very special to me, that has the form of an ET, exactly the same as the one shown in the movie "ET". His name is Agnar, who is at the same level of consciousness that I am.

Anyhow, on one occasion while attending a meditation at a spiritual center in the area, being presided by a good friend of mine named Rose, something funny happened that day. Rose prefers to do a guided meditation and afterwards everyone is invited to share what they have received. I had seen Agnar participating and attending the meditation giving his lovely energies to everyone in the group as they were needed for healing. For some reason, I feel that it was through affinity and perfect communion with the soul of Rose that she was presented with quite an experience.

Rose recounted to the group that while guiding the meditation for some reason she started to feel the long fingers of an ET, her neck started stretching, almost transforming herself to the form of an ET. When se was telling the story, I laughed in the spirit on account of her experience, and went ahead to explain to Rose and the group all about Agnar and his presence. Rose was delighted to hear about Agnar as she felt his love but it was a question of acceptance. To me his contact has been a common occurrence and had not mentioned it yet to any one. He claims he likes to visit me because I do not have that chatter going on in my mind that is disturbing to them at times. Agnar finds my thoughts very positive.

Like Agnar I have had the visitations of many entities in different forms from different galaxies and star systems. What I have learned is to pay attention to the love vibration enfolding them. This is really our passport to identify their energies when they visit. I reciprocate their love, and become aware that they have been sent on a mission to visit me, and take me with them to various dimensions or to be on board the mothership.

When I am in these dimensions, I receive adjustments in my vibrational frequency restoring me to perfect balance. We are going at present through many necerssary attuntements to prepare our LIGHT BODY to receive the new powerful energies of the GODDESS. These visits also afford me the opportunity to be in communion with the Ascended Masters and parts or aspects of Self, the I AM PRESENCE. Sometimes the purpose of all this is to further our education as far as spiritual teachings are concerned, and also teach us how to increase our healing power.

When we go through the process of receiving healing and adjustments in our vibrational frequency we receive a perfect adjustment to balance our energies. These entities are dedicated to helps us in every way to evolve, if we accept their assistance. They respect our FREE WILL.

As I was working with a client a few weeks ago a tool I hadn’t used in a number of years came to mind. It is called the Doing/Being chart. I’d like to share it with you and then give you a way you can use it to discover how to grow and develop.

At the top of a piece of paper write "Doing" on the left side and "Being" just to the right of center. Draw a line extending across the page under the two words. Draw another line down the center of the page so that you have two columns one headed by "Doing" and the other by "Being."

Under "Doing" write down one thing you do well. It could be teaching, researching, being a friend, playing sports, etc. In the next column write down 10 characteristics of yourself that make you good at that one thing you do. Look at those 10 characteristics. They are part of your "being" even when you are not "doing" the activity.

Now for the exercise to growth. Pick just one of those characteristics and "be" it for a week. My client picked "patience." She reports discovering a great deal of herself as she is "being" patience. What will you pick?

Years ago the traditional book publishers employed armies of editors who read all incoming manuscripts to separate out the ready from the not-ready. In the economic downturn and publishing company consolidations of the early 1990s publishing houses eliminated this army and turned to Literary Agents to do the job of weeding out manuscripts. That is why many large publishing houses accept "Agented Only" manuscripts.

The ancient peoples had to depend on a relationship with nature in order to survive. That need for survival resulted in a deep understanding of the circle of life and resulted in communication with the animal and elemental kingdom. These ideas seem almost extinct in our modern culture.

They had to stay connected to the feel of the weather and the sounds of the animals to know, for example, when a storm was coming in. In today's world, we have machines that do that for us. It is not wonder that so many people walk around in nature, but not feeling a part of it. We have so many gadgets that talk with nature for us. It is easy to become disconnected from her with our feelings more attuned to a radio dial than to listen to the wind. When we see an animal in the wild we can view it as just a coincidence or we can see it as a coincidence with significance for our life. If we are seeing life as a map, and we read the signs, we can read the messages from the animals also.

You find yourself questioning who you are and why you are here with a renewed vengeance.

Now before you get all twisted up in this energy, like a slice of sour lemon you drop in your glass of summer iced tea, remember you are not alone in this.....

We have been eating energy and our entire energy gird has changed. This is a personal statement and one by Mother Earth.

New pathways have been opened inside of each of us while simultaneously, there are opening on the earth grid unlike anything since Atlantis and Lemuria. We are capable of using massive amounts of spiritual energy and we will need to be able to channel it, handle it, clear it and keep it. This is spiritual hygiene.

The main elements of spiritual hygiene include:
Acknowledging the oneness with Spirit A thought diet-only thinking good about yourself always Be willing to be uncomfortable with new levels of awareness and energy.

Taking the time to connect, sort, and channel these energies Taking time for the body and keeping tuned and clear in the physical Being able to get the help necessary when needed Tolerating and enjoying human emotion Being willing to live in joy and share it.

It is especially important to the action whenever possible. I don't mean that you need to start something new, just be willing to take action to heal the body, mind, or spirit; to take action in environmental ways like getting rid of old things; take action in spiritual progress like taking classes or extending yourself to do more or your work.

This will help us and Mother Earth digest the new energies-which are like Lemurian and Atlantian times but are an upgraded healed version.

In a previous Spirit Voice issue, I wrote about an issue that arises frequently in the Life Purpose Readings I do, that of learning how to work with detachment. Today I'd like to discuss a close relation, if you will, of detachment, which is patience. Like detachment, the need to learn patience is "written" on the sacred contracts of many, many souls who incarnate on this Earth.

Just what is patience? It isn't passivity, laziness or a "whatever" attitude. We know this because many people who have what it takes to succeed -- drive, enthusiasm, the ability to devise a plan and put it motion, the willingness to risk and that vital sense of urgency -- also possess patience.

Everyone knows what Patience Manifest Human looks like. You can probably name at least one person you've known in your life who epitomizes patience, someone others admiringly refer to as having "the patience of Job." No doubt you are also well acquainted with his or her opposite, Impatience Incarnate. This person is often angry, stressed out, volatile and domineering, the kind others often refer to as -- well, this is a family newsletter.

Most of us fall somewhere in between these two extremes. Lessons in patience sneak up on us and typically play out something like this: We set reasonable goals, make realistic plans, line everything up just right, maybe even factor in extra time just in case, then give it our best. But along the way, Significant High Impact Trauma happens, maybe several times, bringing everything to a crawl, if not a stop. We wonder if we'll ever manage to write the novel, teach that kid to clean his room, get the house remodeled properly. We get tense, discouraged, or even depressed. And we may stay that way until we get inspired to try again. Or we may just give up.

For those of us who are on the spiritual path, what often happens at this juncture is we too late recognize the lesson, realize that we've failed it and wonder with dismay if we'll ever become enlightened. It seems so hopeless. We do have another option here: we can decide to take it upon ourselves to actively cultivate patience. But how does one go about this? We can resolve to "do better" next time, of course, but this resolution is far too general to have much value. In the next issue of SpiritVoice, we will look at some exciting methods for cultivating patience, techniques that are specific, engaging and genuinely effective.

To formulate a spiritual blend, concentrate and contact your deep inner soul, that place where you are connected with the Creator. It’s like the Internet on the spiritual level. Then, find the oils that are appropriate to your current needs and mix them in proportions that allow them to play together in the same manner that the different musicians play in an orchestra. Then, thank the Creator for bringing the healing, joy, love and peace in our hearts and seal it with a kiss. Of course, each blend is unique, so each time, start from the beginning. The most effective oils are those prepared by joyful and conscientious people.

Follow your feelings while you create. Align yourself with the Divine and wait for guidance. We carry lots of spiritual essential oils in a variety of sets : Chakra, Spiritual, Native American, and Emotion.

I have recently been working to clear the gnarliest past life I’ve known. Briefly, about 1500 years ago in Korea, my parents sold me to a brothel when I was eleven. Shortly after my father abandoned me there, I was cruelly raped by the brothel’s bouncer. I survived in misery for six years and died at seventeen.

The knowledge of all this unfolded only gradually. As I cleared layers of suffering, spirit showed me that I could change some things. First, I was able to contact myself from the future and give love and comfort. Then I was shown that I could actually be rescued, after only two weeks! And this happened! My rescuer and his wife were kind, wealthy and childless, and they adopted me.

The rape was the hardest to clear and forgive. The guys who came after him were innocents compared to this brutal man. I worked with the “Geteven Process” spirit had given me, to express my anger—still no forgiveness. Finally, spirit told me he had been miserable for many lifetimes, caught in a cycle of victimhood and abuse, and he is miserable still. My forgiveness would be of significant benefit to him. My heart began to melt. I forgave him. As a result, now I was able to erase the rape itself. It never took place.

If you are working with your past, ask your spirit what can be changed. If the weight of a difficult time can leave you, you are much lighter and clearer.
