I think everyone on a spiritual path has asked themselves at one time or another "what is my purpose" or "why am I here?" Most people have a built in "I want to go home" tape or an "I don't belong here" program running in the background most of the time. Some of us take on illnesses or other hardships because subconsciously we want to release this body and return to the realms of spirit we so fondly remember.

I was one of those people who wanted to get rid of my body and fly back to spirit—a part of me that wanted to destroy my physical vehicle just to "go home." Recently though, I had one of those moments when everything became clear, and I realized, "Hey, I'm in a body for a reason!"

This was good news! You see, I believe that our soul is comprised of complete love, and if we had no body and no physical reality, we would have no way to spread this love, there would be no focusing our unique facet of love into the universe, because we would be completely consumed by love. When we come into a body and this physical realm, we are able to find the contrast to love; without a body there is no duality game.

As we stand here at the helm of a new reality, with the Golden Age in view. In every moment, we find ourselves "co-creating" the fifth Realm, with all beings and all sentience. In every view of duality or less-than-love energies and belief systems, we are gifted with an opportunity to expand our Soul, our love consciousness. Without the physical realm providing a point of focus, we have no way to expand.

The Soul is already perfect, whole and complete. As you know, it is a facet of the Creator. When we emerge into the physical plane, we are gifted with the divine mission of manifesting our own spirit through our physical body and to expand outwardly into physical existence.

We do this as we raise the vibration of our physical body and our energy fields, through allowing our bodies to heal disease or imbalance and awakening the divinity (or the light) stored deep within our very cells. We do this by awakening our unique spiritual and psychic gifts encoded within our DNA and energy fields. We also do this by deepening our expression to love and allowing ourselves to be loved in every moment.

I decided that it is a joy to be here in a physical body at this time and that it is our purpose to manifest our Soul through the physical vehicle. I also realized that it was a part of my personal mission to help others manifest THEIR Soul and their Soul's potential into physical reality. I am now offering "Mastery, Enlightenment and Ascension Coaching" to help all remembering Masters release the illusions, negative beliefs and energy holding them back from manifesting their Soul on a deeper and more profound level. Part of this includes releasing illness, imbalance, confusion, doubt, poverty and drama from your life and to begin walking in the light of your soul—in the here and now.

Good tidings to all of you, much joy and many smiles to you all, I would like to say that I am taking this opportunity to come to you, I have chosen this opportunity to come to you and speak through this vessel as a way of transmitting to you the energies that surround us here in the spirit realms. The energies around me are resonating at an extremely high vibration.

I want to explain to you today how we manage to come close to you and once we have made the journey, what we actually do and how things are, and how our energies mingle. There are many wise men and women who are on your Earth plane, those of you who are seeking spiritual enlightenment have probably come across one or two, maybe more of them, but there are many hidden. Some that make no noise at all, some that keep very quiet. To some of you they may appear quiet unimportant. Yet there are many masters among you... who are the silent ones. The ones that keep hush, yet the energies among them resonate at an extremely high level and these energies help your world, so do not underestimate anyone.

The past few months my web site and writing has been quiet. I was privileged to serve in the Delaware State Senate as a page. Pages in the Delaware Assembly are not young as is generally thought, they are mature and experienced and have been there twenty years and more. The young do arrive for one month when college is out about the end of May, and they serve through the end of June or the first of July. A page gets coffee, sends messages to the Representatives, runs errands and whatever else the senators need during their sessions. We also help anyone who needs help with tasks. Delaware General Assembly is in session from January through the end of June. In between legislative sessions, when it seems the legislators are not working, they hold public hearings for the finance committees where I worked as a secretary and received an education in how our state government works. It was exhilarating, consuming and exhausting with no time for much else.

Delaware is one of the last states to allow visitors to sit on the Senate and House floors during session. It is awesome to hear the debates, listen to people testify and watch the voting procedure. People would visit to hear their bill being debated and passed, or not.

When I was asked to serve at the bottom of the positions at Legislative Hall, I wondered what I would learn and how I would contribute. What I learned is how the Senate works with the House of Representatives to create and pass laws. Edgar Cayce’s first lesson in spiritual growth is “Cooperation.” The Delaware Assembly practices cooperation, sometimes with animated discussions but in the end, cooperation reigns.

If you live anywhere but planet earth, you know how polarized the country seems to be (according to the press) and how nasty political rhetoric can be during election season. The first thing I learned was in the Delaware Assembly everyone got along, cooperated, respected each other and forgot which party one belongs to. Politics was not discussed, how to get things accomplished harmoniously was. The staff, from pages up to the financial wizards, is valuable and important, and all are respected by the elected officials and cabinet members. The purpose of the Assembly is to govern, and they did. The democratic way of government can be lengthy and messy, but it is the best the world has and is fascinating.

It was exciting and revelatory to have witnessed the public hearings when the divisions of government presented their cases to be funded for the upcoming year. Each division, or cabinet, had to report what they had accomplished the past year, what they planned and why they wanted money, which is appropriated by the General Assembly. The General Assembly is both houses of government, which must pass the financial bills in identical form, not an easy task. It was especially exciting to have been present during the open hearings for controversial bills which were emotional, complicated and have profound consequences, some unintended.

One of the things learned is the Senators listen to those who speak up. When people visited the Senators and the postcards and letters arrived, the Senators listened, answered and responded. So, speak up to your elected officials, they listen. If they do not vote the way you want, perhaps more people than you – this is called the majority – asked them to vote otherwise. Silence is assent, so please let your voice be heard on the issues that matter to you. Your voice need not be shrill, but needs to be heard.

How did I contribute? I provided basic tasks to those who needed them. Plus, my enthusiasm for this new adventure inspired others to actually take interest instead of seeing their job only being mundane. One secretary told me I must be a light to those on the senate floor, too. When we “little staff” talked, we learned we knew many of the same people. Delaware is a small state (the second smallest). We natives went to school and socialized together years ago. One of the senators remembered me, and after figuring it out, we used to go to the same Friday after-work “watering hole” and she shopped in my dress shop before she was a senator.

Something to note about unintended consequences: a few years ago there was controversy over “double-dipping,” which is any state employee receiving two or more paychecks from the State. A law was passed preventing any state employee from double-dipping. Now, who works for the state? Legislators, judges, the governor… and school teachers, university employees, policemen, counselors, servers in the cafeteria and people who work for motor vehicle department, to name a few. It may be that whomever pushed for the law wanted the legislators to not work for a state agency and receive a paycheck as a legislator. There was a misperceived notion they received two retirements and two benefits packages. One of the consequences of this law was that foster parenting came to a screeching halt. Why? The best foster parents seemed to be school teachers, counselors, etc. Since a schoolteacher or counselor received a paycheck from the state, and a foster parent received a check from the state, it was ruled to be double-dipping. So, if you worked for the state and were a foster parent, they had to decide to be either a foster parent or have a job. This past session, 2007, the law was amended to correct this situation. So it is wise to consider the consequences of our actions.

To me, some of the most emotional and controversial issues in the press are moot, meaning the law is already a law and upheld by the Supreme Court. At the state level, some issues are federal issues where the legislators cannot vote on issues anyway, but people get excited and create controversy.

Many people are politically asleep or do not think their opinion or vote matters. You do matter. Not voting means you are allowing others to say how your life will be legislated, whether your taxes go up or down, and even what roads will be going through your neighborhood.

It is important for you to be interested in your world and your legislators, what laws are being passed and how they can affect your everyday life. We are lucky this year to have many running for President and more presidential primaries than usual. I urge you to pay attention to what the candidates say they will do. If they are or have been in office, check out their voting record which is public information on the internet. Does your favorite candidate truly reflect your values or Ideals? If so, vote, if not check out the others and vote for the person who apparently will legislate or rule according to your ideals.

The following is a message from St. Germain that came through me on August 16th.

“As you open your heart center and allow the purest of light energy and love to flow through, your vibration -- your beingness -- begins to shift the planetary grid. You each walk as miniature God Lights extending this incredible power and energy to all that is around you. It creates an impact on the energy around us at the earth level. Heaven, through our collective work, meets and blesses earth.

Know that you are the change that is needed. Just be and allow this extension of the Highest Love to flow through you endlessly. Feel it flow out of your heart and kiss the earth and fill the space upward around you. Feel this blessed energy connecting with the other energy that is flowing through other Lightworkers. See and feel this energy connecting and forming a grid of Heavenly Light. This Light blesses and purifies without a need for anyone to consciously know. It shifts and all is different.

You see, feel and know from a different level of being. You then think and act in accordance with this Higher form which is feeding the pure Love energy into your field. The more you allow this to become your reality of knowing and use this energy to permeate the world, Heaven on earth becomes the reality. That which is less than light cannot exist in the vibration that we are grounding into the planetary grid. It cannot exist in the essence of Heaven.

Your role is to be aware of your Light and to consciously extend God’s unconditional love into every situation, every thought, and to every individual you meet. Not to control or get back some type of recognition. You give this love because that is what the Lightworkers’/ Healers’ role is in offering true healing to individuals and to the planet.

We are setting a precedence in history.The energy that we have access to is the highest that humankind has ever been sanctioned to embody or utilize. Together, through the collective influence of the incredible sphere where our energies are united, humanity will shift the darkness out and create the sacred once more. Through your dedication to the path and your love that is greater then your ego, you have already created a sacred temple within your heart center. Through this sacred doorway, humanity is transformed and the entire earth and humanity will ascend and once again birth Heaven on Earth. The time is now, dear ones. Listen to your heart. Listen with your heart. Enter the temple and join me in establishing a world that can only be conceived and birthed from the sanctuaries of your Blessed heart overflowing with love.”

As this message was coming through my body, I could see how our collective energies were extending into and onto our planet. I could see a beautiful grid of transforming energies moving around each individual and connecting to raise the energy for Heaven to be realized. This transformation and ascension is being done through the work we are doing on healing our own hearts and plugging them back into the Source within. This love, as it flows out from each of us, is reshaping humanity and how we choose to be on this planet. This love pulsating through the grid at the earth level will create peace and bring more Light into our planet. War and destruction will become outdated forms of control. Love will lift us into perfection and create perfection around us.

Who is ready for the Big Shift? No one I know, including myself. Isn't the process of Ascension about instantaneous creation? About loving everything and everybody and becoming creators, gods and goddesses? How can you become a master if you don't trust yourself to know your own answers, if you don't love yourself for who you are now? Until we have mastered these ideas and lessons, are we ready for anything else?

There are many ideas about how to create personal transformation. But maybe it's already happening. Are your relationships different? Is the way you create and feel different? Are you and others changing? Do you feel like you don't fit in with others or family or even the planet? Yes, I would say things are changing already.

Learning to trust ourselves and having discernment is an important step in our spiritual growth. If someone is sharing something that doesn't feel right, let it go. Look at your teachers. Are they happy and kind? Are they in harmony with what they teach and how they live their own spiritual path? Do they accept your questions about their ideas without feeling threatened? Is their teaching based on fear or separation? Can it only be one way? Do they withhold information and ideas, saying others are not ready? If these things are true, run as fast as you can the other way.

Our spiritual paths are taking us into uncharted territory -- there is nothing familiar that we can trust, and it sometimes feels uncomfortable. We cannot return to how we were. Our old patterns, however, are what other people in our lives are comfortable with. Our change and growth affects everyone around us. We may not be there for them like we were before. We may be on our own.

Learning to love ourselves is also an important step in our spiritual journey. So many people that I work with are bound up in self loathing. Where did all this self hatred come from? How is it possible to change, shift, or transcend, if we hate who we are? If we don't recognize that we are the perfect angels of God? Don't judge yourself so harshly. Our lives are a journey. It's not about winning or losing. There is no report card we have to worry about. Our mistakes help us learn, grow, and evolve.

Did you know that you can clear old energy from your body, relax, be in the moment, be in your body, and love yourself - all in the space of thirty seconds? Well, it is that simple. It's done each time you use the toilet. As you sit in the bathroom, think clear, pull your etheric fields in toward yourself, hold your hands on your belly and love yourself -- including the list of what you don't like about yourself. If you have a hard time loving yourself, or you don't know what this means - just begin with a really good feeling (like a warm bath, walking in the woods, watching a sunset). Hold this very beautiful feeling and you will have the vibration of love enter into your body. This only takes a few seconds to do. We call it the energetic clearing technique.

Anything you do all day long will become a state of mind -- to be clear, to be present, to love yourself. This simple exercise will change your vibration within three days. The next thing to do is to re-center yourself from your heart center to your pineal gland. This will allow you to move away from your emotional center (the third chakra), become more sensitive, and yet you will become less reactive to energy in the way you have experienced in the past. It will be easier for you to stay in your body. Remember, when you fell in love in the past, you went to the base chakra and began looping from there. By changing your center to your pineal, you can move back to your heart in a whole new way. Feeling everything full body can be very exciting and will allow you to open in ways you have never felt safe to do before. This is the Living Light Breath.

We are living in a challenging and thrilling times. By trusting and loving ourselves and the divine natures we were gifted with, we can follow our spiritual paths with joyful hearts, knowing that we are loved, cherished, safe, and whole. We give that gift to ourselves.

We are warriors of creation, standing at the juncture of death and rebirth feeling the stress of dying while rebirth is taking place. It feels like we are standing still in one place but we are in a proactive space of creation that is the culmination of years of self work and participating in working with the universe to give rebirth to the golden energy of love and healing.

First, I address this feeling of death and dying that surrounds us. The energy feels raw, bruised and strange. We have been going through a birth canal full of pain and change. There has been no let up of the movement and now we are standing in it. The death energy is part of this tremendous change; the death energy is part of the biggest power being given to us. It is the death of an old way of being, of old methods of coping and being spiritual. Depression for no apparent reason is occurring.

It is important to ride out the different feelings, being present to them as a parent would be to the changing expressions of a child. Accept the feelings of death, not as personal or dangerous, but as a warrior of creation seeing the necessity of the death in order to allow rebirth. If someone decides to transition during this time, rejoice in the fact that they are on a mission to assist these giant changes that are happening and they will be welcomed into light as a triumphant warrior.

Use your power now to assist you in being a warrior in your own world. Notice that you are creating. Especially turn toward your spiritual helpers (of all realms and religions) and your crystal friends. If you have a Master Healing Crystal, use it to mediate and generate energy for healing and adaptation to the rebirth (especially important is the new 9 sided Dream Crystal, the 88 sided, and the 108 sided Vogels). Hold hematite or galena for grounding and carnelian or rose quartz for life affirmation.

Isis is the most famous Egyptian goddess. Her fame comes from the legend of Osiris who is the God of the invisible world. Being his wife and his sister, she became pregnant after his death and gave birth to their son Horus who is considered the first human being.

Isis is often represented as a woman with two horns with the sun in the middle to connect with sun spirit inside. It is important to understand that the sun in Native American, Semetic and Arabic traditions, is considered a feminine energy.
