TRUSTING IN THE SPIRITUAL MESSAGES
By Marian Carol

When people ask me why I moved to Arizona, I simply reply that I received spiritual guidance. I was born in Illinois and spent the majority of my life there. Yet, as early as five years of age, I remember feeling that someday I would move out west.

Eight years ago, Spirit began to whisper to my heart, "Soon, it will be time." I was being guided to move to Arizona, yet at that time I had never even visited the state. Amazingly, I did not question it. I simply delved deeper into my own heart and explored the spiritual journey that was unique to me. As I prayed and meditated, I had a heightened awareness of my intuitive skills. They were stronger and more easily accessible. I was trusting myself, my abilities, and my God more.

I regularly connected to all four of my intuitive powers (feeling, knowing, seeing, and hearing). I could feel when something wasn't right. I was able to distinguish my inner-monologue from the angel voices I heard who were guiding me. I literally saw signs as large as billboards helping me make my decisions. And I knew, without a doubt, I was to move to Arizona.

Intuition is a tool. We can choose to use it for our highest good or we can choose to ignore it and struggle alone, trying to find answers using our head instead of our heart. Intuition is a gift from God to light our way along our spiritual journey. Are you listening to your angels and spirit guides? Do you know what needs to be done and are you acting upon it without questions and self-doubt? Are you trusting your intuition? I assure you, it will make your journey so much easier!

WE ARE ACTIVATED: MI-CHA-EL
By Bobbie Bowden

In 1981 I had what Jungians call a Big Dream that foretold a period of blossoming.

I was walking somewhere in a neighborhood. . . All of a sudden there was an atmospheric blip – the light changed in the sky, and we all knew that the time of the New Age had come. The Great Being for whom we had been waiting had arrived, and we were all ready to shift into gear. We formed circles and danced in the streets, hugging and kissing: The Time was here!

People, gathered together, said, "Look!" They’d scratch the earth away with their fingers, stretch out their hands to the earth, and make little in-gathering movements with their hands. Soon green things began coming up out of the earth. I tried it, and they came out and grew. Then a woman with one arm – someone who wasn’t whole - tried it, and it also worked for her. We knew that this force was ready to be activated, and wherever it was evoked, it would perform, or come into being.

We ran, leaping over obstacles, knowing it was time to do that which we were here to do. I planted some seeds and watched as they sprouted into young men whose name was David – rows and rows of beautiful young men named for Love.

This spring, I saw the physical blip in broad daylight, just as I had dreamed it.

In the ensuing months, I have seen clearly that we are the Great Being. We have been activated.

Mi-cha-el is a question: Who is like God? We are the answer. Do not doubt it, but joyfully stretch out your hands and create the world you’ve ached for. Please see how beautiful we are on my site. Back to T of C.
DIVINATION TOOLS
By Janny E. Adkins

This article is about how and why tools such as the wisdom of the heart cards work. They are considered to be a divination tool. To divine is to predict or to know in advance that event or a response will occur. Divination Tools work because we find a way to bypass the rational intellect/ego.

The Wisdom of the Heart Cards are specific sayings that allow that part of yourself that is all knowing to speak to you. This becomes a method by which your Higher Self may pass on daily advice or guidance. Sometimes we do not like the advice, but nevertheless it is there.

Recently, Tara and I traveled to Menomine, Wisconsin for a Mind, Body, and Spirit Conference. We were encouraging people who came into our booth to draw a Wisdom of the Heart card. One women was very skeptical about how these cards could give her any advice that would be pertinent. But being the open person that she was, she agreed to draw a card. Of course, I encouraged her to ask for only the highest and most perfect good to come to her through the cards. She drew a card, and as I recall the card was about when you hold onto anger is like a ball and chain tying you to the object of your anger. She looked at the card, and I could tell by her face that she didn't like it. She walked away leaving for her next workshop.

GATHERING PIECES OF THE MIRROR
by Debra White Burch

With the season - Fall, the days - All Saint's Day, All Soul's Day, and recent events, etc. I have been asked to clarify some matters.

Do you ever think - "I know that person." or "This seems so familiar." or "Why am I afraid of this?" Understand, time is not a line, it is in all directions, ALWAYS. "Past lives" affect who we are today. Issues and individuals, continue to come forward, until we fully accept, understand and allow for them.

Those, who perished physically, in recent events, are in different phases of passage. Some have gone to the Light, some are in a suspended state - not fully accepting or understanding what has occurred, and some have remained to assist others. The saying "each in his own time." is appropriate.

We can remember who and what we truly are, by connecting with our own past pieces, as well as with others', as we ask and allow. It is all available, all of the time - we have but to access it.

Sometimes we need assistance in tapping the flow. I am often called upon to aid others in clearing issues, connecting with passed-over ones, or in communicating with animals. When we are too close to something, we cannot hear or see with clarity, what is being shown to us.

Yes, even the animals look to us to understand and assist them in their issues. More and more they speak to us and expect that we hear. The communication barriers are coming down one by one as each and everyone of us remembers our interconnectedness - that we truly are All One.

So I have been asked to remind everyone to: Ask, Remember, Accept and Allow - to Allow All Love and So It Shall Be. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me at my website. Back to T of C.

BALANCED RELATIONSHIPS
by Ken Page

It is important to understand why we have drawn certain individuals into our lives. We usually have attracted others to allow ourselves the opportunity to grow and to give us more information about who we are. The idea is not to become like each other. The idea is to allow each individual to be the strongest, healthiest, most balanced individual they can be. Sometimes we might forget this because we think unity is the product of conformity. Unity is the product of granting and allowing equality to uniqueness and diversity. In a balanced relationship, we do not lose our individuality -- just the opposite occurs. We each become stronger reflections for each other of all that is possible for each of us. The purpose of any relationship is to allow us to be more of who we choose to be. Our relationships are a reflection of what the two of us have agreed to learn and teach each other.

Each party in a relationship has strong, natural attributes that can assist the other in their growth. If our support is aimed at creating a space for our partners or friends to grow in their own self-support, the relationships will be happy and flourish. If we are in relationships where we are always giving, it sends out the message to our partners that we do not believe they have the ability to be complete themselves. Offer support to others as long as it does not represent the idea that we are taking on responsibility for them.

OUR BEST PROTECTION
By Catherine Ceci

As we move into this new period (see Patricia Diane Cota Robles, The Bigger Picture) there are some things we can do to bring a sense of well being and peace in our own lives and in the lives of our animal companions. Since the animals absorb emotions like a sponge, this would be a good time to connect with them through meditation to help calm any anxieties they may have over a changing world and environment. By doing some simple deep breathing exercises with a hand upon them, will help calm both human and animal.

We build inner strength this way and connect with our innate wisdom. A wisdom that will tell us where to go, what to do and how to respond to the questions in our lives. We have so often heard, "life is about change." Now more than ever we are hearing of so many changes - from friends and family who have been laid off from their jobs to down right fear about "what is going to happen tomorrow."

If we really think about the concept of being a sailing boat on the ocean, we can see that often times it is just a matter of resetting our sails. The wind changes frequently on the sea and on the sea of life. We would not set out in a sailing boat without expecting some wind changes to come along and we would be prepared, we would be ready to adjust our course as needed. But first we must know which way the wind is blowing in order to do that. Meditation/contemplation time affords us the opportunity to connect with that deep inner knowing, the inner knowing that helps up navigate our wind sails and will guide us in the Divine direction of our lives. It helps us reset our sails and chart another course in our life. It is our best protection.

SPIRITUAL "MASH" UNIT AND LIVING WITH AND WITHOUT TERROR
by Dr. Barbara LaRocca

The troops of spiritual reserves have been called into action. Due to recent events, many of you have been recalled to active duty working with souls departing and people recognizing their vulnerability as humans.

I've been fascinated with the energy portrayed in the television shows, "Mash" and "China Beach." In each of these shows, the doctors, nurses and helpers all lived with death standing over them while they treated war casualties. They all lived intensely and recognized that their roles were important-and they all bonded in this intensity with love and respect in the face of pain. We are the healers entering a new level of active service similar to these medical field units.

When the terrorists attacked the United States, they activated many of us in a way that is both energizing and exciting. How could I say that it is exciting? It is because any stagnation has been wiped away. We are called upon to be totally and truly alive for our clients, our friends, our relatives and ourselves. We are in a active zone working on Spiritual Triage and Treatment, helping people to cope, being guides to lost souls, and re-establishing commitment to spiritual work.

The recent events have energized us to re-claim our responsibility to live. We are called upon to live with intense feeling-turning fear or anger into of love and aliveness. There is no excuse to live as if tomorrow doesn't matter, or to only half live the day. It is time to live, to risk, and to heal. THE HEALING POWER OF ESSENTIAL OILS
by Marie Allizon

Fear is the greatest disease producing factor. It releases hormones and electro-chemical reactions that lower the immune system. Fear (both yours and that of the mass consciousness) literally makes you weak and susceptible to disease causing agents. Gregg Braden also added anger, frustration and stress as causing the same effect as fear!

To help deal with the heightened anxiety over ANTHRAX, and potential exposure to it, Mikael Zayat, Alchemist and Clinical Aromatherapist for the past 20 years, recommends using the following essential oils:

FEARLESS, a blend of Black Spruce, Canadian Tsuga and St. John's Wort, as it helps alleviate fear and anxiety, stimulates mental grounding, helps calm overwrought nerves and adjust to changes during difficult times. Put 2 to 3 drops on the wrists so it enters the bloodstream immediately, or gently massage a few drops on your solar plexus (3rd Chakra).

IMMUNE UP, a blend of Black Spruce, Ravensara, Rosewood, Niaouli, Linalol Thyme to help strengthen the immune system. Massage 3 to 4 drops on your wrists once or twice daily for one month. Stop for one week and repeat if necessary.

The following SINGLE oils can also be used:

If affected, PURE THYME (or OREGANO or CLOVE), natural antibiotics, can be taken INTERNALLY by putting one drop into a teaspoon of honey, OR you can mix 2 to 3 drops in a teaspoon of St John’s Wort and massage the soles of your feet, twice a day for ten days. All three have wonderful antibacterial properties, but use caution as they are dermo-caustic.

In addition, Mikael recommends the following blends: HEALING, RECOVERY, ANGER OUT, PROTECTION, PEACE, DEPRESSION OUT, JOY AND LOVE. For details on contents of these oils, check our list on our website. Back to T of C.
SHARE FEELINGS
by SIRROM

The new field of evolutionary psychology tells us that in our modern cities we have lost the intimate daily social contacts that humans enjoyed in primitive villages or even rural small towns.

Sharing your unsettling feelings with people you trust is the first step toward resolving your stress. Stay in touch with those friends and hug them occasionally. The power of touch is great. Talk about your feelings. Solitude puts you at risk of heart disease and serious psychological disorders and depression.

Peace! Please visit my web site. Back to T of C.
If ever there is a tomorrow
when we're not together,
there is something you must always remember.

You are braver than you believe.
Stronger than you seem,
and smarter than you think.

But the most important thing is,
even if we're apart,
I'll always be with you.
