THE GRID OF DIVINE LOVE
by Patricia Diane Cota-Robles

During the Autumn Equinox of this year, a miraculous event took place that will greatly assist every evolving soul to realize the Oneness of ALL Life and to reclaim the path of Love that is destined for the Children of Earth. On that sacred day, the I AM Presence of every person on the planet joined forces with the Company of Heaven and created a 5th-Dimensional Grid of Transfiguring Divine Love that unites the hearts of all Humanity. This Grid of Love flows from Heart Flame to Heart Flame through Humanity's open, 5th-Dimensional Solar Heart Chakras. As it does, it envelops every person in the invincible, cohesive power of God's Love.

This Grid of Divine Love is a 5th-Dimensional grid, which means that only the highest frequencies of God's Limitless Perfection can flow through it. Consequently, only the Light of God will flow from Heart Flame to Heart Flame through this grid. If anyone is expressing anything less than that, their miscreations will drop below the grid into denser dimensions. No one will be able to use the Grid of Love to adversely affect Humanity or any other part of Life in any way.

The Divine Intent of the Grid of Love is to empower the Children of Earth to uplift every person, place, condition or thing on the planet. Now, when we witness or experience people not outpicturing their highest Divine Potential, we have the ability to easily blaze the Flame of Divine Love and Reverence for All Life through our Grid of Love into their Heart Flames. As this 5th-Dimensional frequency of Transfiguring Divine Love flows into their hearts and expands into their minds, it will lift them out of the fear and confusion of their human egos, so they can perceive the Divine Wisdom and Clarity of their I AM Presence.

ELECTING A LIGHT HEART
By Joanna Cherry

The light of spirit, growing with such intensity in recent years, convinced me that we would elect the most light-filled presidential candidate to office. I felt, as did many of us, shocked and depressed when the opposite happened.

What I’ve learned from spirit is that Bush may have won because of the growing light. People are at least unconsciously aware of this light, and it is so frightening that many are digging in, holding on to what they know. Even if there was election skullduggery, I believe now that it could only have succeeded if the majority of the populace was willing.

So let us accept it. Whatever is present, the invitation from spirit is to be lighthearted—that is the truth of our divinity. We are beings of light and joy, wisdom and love. To judge anything brings down our frequency, and it certainly does no good for the world. George is doing his best and so are his puppeteers. We will survive it. The damage which has been done will be reversed. Whatever we go through, we will eventually know a world of ascended masters.

So let us be upbeat, and keep giving our gifts of earth service, calling the violet purifying flame, blessing the planet and humanity and all life, until we are free. Let us act passionately for the causes we believe in, or at least support them monetarily. Let us know that these inner and outer actions, based in love, will do untold good for all.

The light of God never fails. So be it. Blessings to you upon your path!

THE 12 PRACTICES FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH
By Cathy Chapman, Ph.D.

The following is from Amma, the Divine Mother of the divine mothers. She comes through me regularly. I wanted to share with everyone her "formula" for handling the times we are going through. Have a wonderful holy-day season.

Dear Ones,
I will give you a list of daily, weekly and monthly practices you can do to prepare you for what comes in life and to help you to handle life with more joy and ease. If you are already satisfied with your life, these practices will make it possible for you to experience your life with even more joy, ease, balance, and love. If there are things about your life you are not happy about, doing these practices will bring positive changes.

DAILY
1. As you awaken, enter your heart center from the back. Breathe deeply in and out, beginning your day by connecting to the energy of love, your essence. As you do this, repeat any invocations meaningful to you.

2. Ask for a word, image, sentence, etc. to hold in your mind for that day--something to be aware of, something to attend to, something you can watch for or learn from.

3. Image your day happening as you wish it to happen. See your drive to work the way you want it to be--smoothly flowing through traffic. See the people who come to you or interact with you as there to teach you something or there to learn something from you. You are preparing the energy of your day. Picture yourself being open and fill each scene with love.

4. During your day, with each person you see, say, "Ah, there is love incarnate." Do the same thing with yourself. When you look in the mirror say, "Ah, there is love incarnate."

5. Learn how to be conscious, how to be aware, awake, mindful. Give your full attention to what you are doing.

6. Bless your food and drink before you place it in your mouth. Thank the essence of that food or drink for giving itself to you. If you forget to bless it before you place it in your mouth, thank it after you have taken it. Everything has life, has consciousness.

7. When you are having a difficult time with an individual--as soon as you realize it is happening--pause and ask for healing for yourself and for that other person. If you have animosity, disconnect from that animosity and say, "Here is love incarnate who has come to teach me something."

8. At the end of your day, give thanks for everything. Give thanks for the people, things, and events that made up your day. If it was a car accident, the loss of a loved one, a trauma or a joy, give thanks for the gift it holds. Everything is a gift. You just have to unwrap it and look inside to find it.

9. Before you go to sleep, ask for blessings on your family members and those you live with. Ask that your children, parents, roommates, spouses, etc. be filled with all the love they needed that day but didn't receive. Then ask that YOU be filled with all the love you needed that day but didn't receive.

10. Before you close your eyes, ask to be wrapped in love throughout the night.

WEEKLY
11. Set aside an hour of "spiritual" time for yourself each week. Devote this time to nurturing your spiritual connection in whatever way is meaningful for you. Review your week and identify areas where you could improve. See the areas of your life where you are not happy and take a few moments to imagine two or three options for how you might handle these differently. There are always options. Look at what you can learn from these experiences.

MONTHLY
12. Take one day a month for yourself, and fill it with whatever connects you most with joy and life. This may be a ball game; it may be quiet journal writing; it may be time with your children or family. Whatever it is will be unique to you--whatever fills you with that feeling of joy.

FOR LILLY AND LORNA
WITH LOVE FROM SANANJALEEN

Monday was 'Visit Grandmother' dog day, and the three little miniature long haired dachshunds bounded out of the car and raced around the side of the house to the big glass sliding doors where their 'grandmother' waited with treats, and more treats. And then, Candace sat in her lap while I did a few quick errands and Lorna and Lilly were free to case the joint. What fun they had. I would return 40 minutes later to find cobwebs all over their noses, and whatever trash we had failed to re-locate upside down and shredded. Precious Lorna was sixteen years and three months, a fun-filled angel, in excellent health. Lilly was her darling and precocious nine year old daughter. How Lilly adored her mother.

On this day, Josephine was sitting outside so she did not see or hear Lilly jump onto the chair, rummage around on the table top - and tip the brand new box of Birthday Chocolates onto the floor to share with her beloved mummy. For thirty minutes what glorious fun they had. But chocolate is deadly poison for dogs, and before too long - Lilly was in a coma with an oxygen mask over her little nose and eventually, Lorna just stopped breathing.

They are buried with darling Tiggy beneath the pine trees, with much love and a beautiful ceremony from their human friends. Candace stayed on lap duty and did not eat any chocolates, she is being very brave and loving. Please visit Lilly's Aunt Loreli. Back to T of C.

The flu shot is not the only way to avoid winter health problems. Here are some alternative solutions. These essential oils blends are ready to help.

Immune Up: Black Spruce, Rosemary, Niaouli
Support and restore the immune system. Super successful oil. Could be a preventive for many childhood diseases. --- Apply 2-3 drops on the wrists and rub them, or rub the soles of your feet, three times per day.

Flu Out: Ravensara, Black Spruce, Eucalyptus
4-6 drops to rub on your chest, front and back.

Sinus: Eucalyptus, Ravensara, Niaouli, White Spruce
Give instant relief to clear head and sinus. One of the BIG favorites. It can also stop a runny nose within minutes. --- Inhale the oil deeply; apply 1 drop to sinus or on the tongue.

Personal Experience: "I used to have a sinusitis every winter for years, until I came across Sinus Out from MZ 4 years ago. My French doctor can't believe how fast it works. So now I can't live without my bottle. Thank You." Francoise

Virus: Ravensara, Black Spruce, Clove
Great to protect against viruses.--- Apply 5-10 drops on wrists, stomach, lower back and solar plexus.

Personal Experience: “ Kids and adults often suffer from flu, colds, cough etc. Elena had a hole on top of her foot that was very infected and carried a bad odor. Virus Out is helping a lot and Elena comes often to the school to get that "miracle oil", as she calls it.” Dominica

MIDSTREAM COURSE CORRECTIONS
By Sabra Jenny

There you are: you’ve made a decision, charted a course of action, and you’re rolling along in your new direction. Suddenly, you hit a big obstacle, you’re thrown off course, and you don’t know what to do. Is the universe telling you not to go that way? Are you supposed to do something different? Your resolve to change begins to lose steam and momentum, you find yourself perilously close to grinding to a halt altogether, and that dark edge of fear is lurking closer and closer. What do you do?

This is the point where many people give up and decide maybe they were wrong to think they could change themselves and their lives. If there’s an obstacle in the way, maybe the universe is telling them to turn back, go back to the way things were, go back to the safety of the known world they lived in.

Other people recognize a challenge when they see one, and know that the universe is really telling them to find a way around the obstacle, and gain more in doing so. A wise person once said, “It’s the hard that makes it good. If it was easy, everyone could do it.”

The lessons we remember the best are the ones we’ve worked the hardest to learn. If you give up easily, you gain nothing. If you persevere and find your way around obstacles in your path, you learn about your own resilience and creativity in problem solving. You learn to trust yourself no matter what is thrown in front of you. You learn that you can continue on because you believe in yourself.

Psychic readings can help you chart your path, and overcome obstacles. I do readings that help people move on with their lives. To learn more about the work that I do, please visit my website. Back to T of C.
THE COMFORT ZONE
by Debra White Burch

As the year draws to an end and a new year begins, it is often beneficial to pause, review and reflect. It is a creative period in which to question old patterns that have not worked and perhaps look for new paths to explore.

It starts with looking inward and discovering who we really are and accepting, allowing and loving that being totally. We are not humans trying to be spiritual, we are Spirit in human form. You will only pass through this particular life but once. Take any irritations found and turn them into your unique pearls of wisdom. Move your dance of acceptance, allowance and love from inside of you to the world around you. If you do not venture outward, then you really do not live, you vegetate. The venturing does require taking risks. That is where your faith comes in.

Know that whatever happens, is what is best for you at that moment, even if you do not understand it. Accept it and be grateful. Now is the only time that is. Each instant is for giving - forgiving. Let go and move forward. It is our personal faith - our inner strength - that allows us to turn mountains into grains of sand.

Reunite with your inner strength - your inner peace, regardless of what is going on around you. We are all students and we are all teachers. Rejoin to the Oneness of All That Is rather than continuing the fragmentation that is so easy to fall prey to. Realign with the Divine. As the Divine unfolds a rose, so to allow it to aid in your unfolding.

May the love that you are surround you and extend from you and to you and bring you comfort and peace.

ME AND MY SHADOW
By Rev. Sue Annabrooke Jones

In September, I introduced my new service, Mental Yentl, the Meditation Matchmaker. In this and future issues, I’ll discuss some of the more than 100 meditation methods found in my database.

Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, who introduced the shadow concept, postulated that each of us has a shadow -- that part of us consisting of “that which we think we are not.” The shadow includes both the dark, unacceptable sides of our personalities and our veiled inner light: in other words, everything within us that is denied, undeveloped and unknown.

Jung wasn’t the first person to observe the shadow: artists and writers have been revealing it for centuries. But he was the first to explain the shadow in a way that large audiences could relate to, and to offer us a way to work constructively with it. This process involves acknowledging the shadow, accepting it, then integrating it into our self-concept. Shadow work can show us more of who we really are, lead us to greater wholeness and help us to realize how each of us is part of All That Is.

In my database, shadow meditation is an umbrella category comprising shadow work techniques drawn from a variety of sources. My readings direct those clients for whom shadow meditation is recommended to exercises in books, and on audiocassettes and websites. Strategies for using Tarot and oracle decks for shadow meditation are also offered.

You might think, with the shadow being universal, that shadow meditation is widely recommended. Not so! The spirit guides I work with (mine and the clients’) can see deeply into each client’s soul energies and karmic history, and they know exactly which meditation methods they want to recommend. The excitement generated around me when I do these readings is almost overwhelming at times.

KEEPING ON KEEPING ON
By Elizabeth Herzog Wefer

Sometimes it is an effort just to complete what we have to do every day. I feel overwhelmed sometimes with trying to squeeze in all of the spiritual meditations, exercises and readings I feel I also need. It is good now and then to STOP and just breathe!

On top of all of this we each have our businesses or jobs to attend to and, of course, our families. WOW. No wonder we feel overwhelmed. So, a gentle reminder to the gentle reader to breathe and Keep On Keeping On.
