This is a momentous time, and many facets of the Divine Plan are unfolding simultaneously. All Lightworkers are being asked by the Company of Heaven to redouble our efforts, and to BE HERE NOW!

Eleven is the master number that reflects the transformation of the physical into the Divine. Our I AM Presence encoded this sacred geometry into our genetic patterns prior to this embodiment. For some time now people have been noticing 11:11 on digital clocks and various digital readouts. This code activates within us the genetic memory of the transformation we are all going through.

The 11:11 code represents the transformation of the 3rd-Dimensional plane into the higher 4th-Dimensional plane of existence. Now because of the incredible changes that have taken place within every evolving soul on Earth, we are ready for 11:11:11. The transformation of the 3rd- and 4th-Dimensional planes into the higher 5th-Dimensional plane.

For eleven weeks Humanity has been going through an intensified purging process to cleanse our physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies of the patterns of imperfection our human egos have miscreated over aeons of time.

The Elemental Kingdom reflects Humanity’s consciousness. Consequently, this purging process has been reflected in the bodies of Mother Earth as well. Her bodies are directly associated with the earth, air, fire and water elements. As catastrophic as this cleansing process has been, the end result will be a healing and life-transforming experience for all Life on this blessed planet.

Sometimes you have to move away from the forest to see the trees. This is the way it is for me. When I travel to sacred sites, sometimes the hoards of bustling tourists and the abundance of the sights, smells, and sounds overwhelms the senses and shrouds the truth. Sometimes I catch glimpses of the truth in sites that tourists have not discovered, or where the trek is too difficult for them to make. Sites like Mooray, the Moon Temple behind Machu Picchu, and the top of Taquile Island, where Lord Meru’s Universal Temple of the Heart resides, have a gentle privacy. In these quiet small sites, I am able to catch glimpses of the truth of who you and I really are. This truth isn't about who we've been, or who we are now, or who we will be in the future. It is not about defining our egos or personalities. It is about a core truth about who we ALL are and why we are attracted to temple sites built by the ancient ones . . . the Star Elders.

During this recent trip to Peru, a realization has settled into me. For the last 10 years, I have kept returning to the Andes in hopes of remembering or realizing something I knew I forgot. I was not willing to settle for less. I was not willing to settle for remembering who I was or what I did in a past life while living in the Andes. I was unwilling to settle for remembering how we lived back in those days of light. There was something else I was digging for. Something else I was trying to remember. I was asking for the next step. I was asking to realize a new way. Now after 10 years, I feel that I've begun to ignite this memory within my soul.

This memory fills me with a sense of peace and light that is so familiar. It feeds me in places that I've never been fed. It fills me in places that I've always felt empty. It has allowed me to reach into the depths of my soul. The memory that is ignited in me isn't wisdom of the mind, but more of a feeling . . . an experience of myself that I'm having.

The quality of my visions changed dramatically during this year’s pilgrimage to Peru. At first, it was hard to understand what I was seeing, because what I was seeing was so new. I received the first part of the vision while I was in Mooray in the sacred valley of the Masters. Our group had settled in for a meditation/ceremony inside one of the ancient concentric circles. Within a few minutes, I was aware of a huge spirit that was hovering above us. At first, all I could see were huge loving eyes watching over us. Then I was able to see the entire face of the spirit. Helping A Friend and Being Responsible

The following story is true. This an example of how elusive the voice of our intuition can be. This is also a story of how quickly The Radio Voice can jump in, take control (?) of a situation, and make a mess. What was so amazing for me is that I TEACH THIS STUFF! So, here’s my story.

My friend Marilyn is a retired vocational school teacher. A co-teacher/friend, John R. Davis gave her a complete set of hand-made, linoleum block-cut color prints of the complete set of tarot cards. The designs and the prints are wonderful, each measuring 12” x 18”. Davis only made 12 complete sets of prints. Linoleum-block prints are very labor intensive to make, so having a complete set of 22 images is quite a collection.

When Davis gave the set to Marilyn, he told her that she could reproduce his art when she felt that the time was right, when she discovered the right way to reproduce the art, and that she make a donation to The Builders of The Adytum (BOTA). John passed on and Marilyn kept the prints in a portfolio case.

I was talking to Marilyn about my car art prints that I reprint and sell, and it got her to thinking about her Tarot prints. We decided that the first step would be to get the art scanned. The local Kinko’s has an oversized scanner, but they wanted $30 per scan. Marilyn wasn’t too keen on the idea of leaving her prints at a store where they might be man-handled or lost. So, being the responsible adult I am, I said that I would be happy to scan her art.

So I went to Marilyn’s house to get the prints and we were talking about her project. We must have talked for 2 hours. It was getting late, so I headed for the door and Marilyn said, “Oh, come here. I want to show you something.” (this was my distraction point) I went back and Marilyn gave me a stack of Sotheby’s catalogs to take home. I said “Thanks.” and out the door I went.

A Few Days Later...

The following day, I thought, “I really should take Marilyn’s portfolio out of the van.” Then I got busy and forgot about the prints. Two days after I picked up the prints, I was out walking my dog and I thought, “I have to get those prints out of the van.” In that VERY MOMENT, I had a flash image of the portfolio leaning up against Marilyn’s sofa next to her front door. Then I thought (here’s where my Radio Voice started to kick in), “Are you sure you didn’t put them in the van? Hmmm... wait a minute... I left their house and got into the van... I remember putting something in the van... but I don’t remember seeing the portfolio in the back of the van... maybe I brought the portfolio in the house and left it in my studio...”

By now, anxiety is starting to build. I went to my loft/studio and looked around... no portfolio. I went to the van and looked around... no portfolio. “DAMN! Avoidance does not resolve conflict. Avoidance stretches the limits of unresolved issues. Widens the gap between ignorance and understanding, ignorance and compassion. Avoidance empowers the cobwebs of neglect to weave their ancient patterns undisturbed.

In 2002 Amma the Divine Mother of the divine mothers began coming through me. (She is published in The Sedona Journal of Emergence.) She has shared with the world information about what she calls encodements.

Encodements are foundational energy structures. They can become damaged just as your chakras and meridians can be.

There are natural encodements (placed within us by the encodement technicians with our soul agreement) and artificial encodements (those that develop due to difficulties in life). Many of the difficulties in life are due to damaged natural encodements or to artificial encodements.

Amma has taught us how to work with encodements.

Try this: Have in mind a pattern of behavior you would like to change. Since we are going into the holiday season, let's do some work on alleviating stress.

Go into your heart through the back of your heart center. Move deeper into your heart until you come into what is your sacred space, your altar. Call the encodement technicians. Ask them if there are any artificial encodements contributing to the stress of the holiday season. If the answer is "Yes", ask them what would happen if these were removed. If the consequences of removal are acceptable to you, ask that they be removed.

I accepted Allan Silberhartz’ invitation to join his “Bridging Heaven and Earth” Art Project, to open with a reception in Santa Barbara on December 4. I agreed to make a new work of art on the theme. For months I tucked the seed away, carefully looking underneath the gossamer cover of heart-warmth until I felt the being hatch. When it did, I turned on the tape recorder, took up the pastels, and created the Energy Portrait of the Being who Bridges Heaven to Earth. This is what he said:

“I come to you so that you can spread the message that I feel in my total being as the purpose of my existence and as the mode of my existence. I am that which bridges heart to heart of the universe. I am that which is the beloved creating this portrait. I am that which in every heart seeks its own source and the outside world, and the outside world is a reflection of you, yourself, so in the bridging of one to another there is the healing of one to everyone else.

“In this moment you who bridge heaven to earth are the mother who birthed you, are the placenta which nourished you, are the dreams and the hopes of the people from which you spring, from which your dna takes its clues. You are that from which the bridges creation, of atom by atom, wave by wave, my intention, and there is no other rule but that which you create moment to moment which spreads the message: this is how we bridge heaven to earth to heaven so we enter, we enter this bridging, we enter it with joy.

“In the bridging of heaven to earth, from every springing force that you give permission to come from yourself -- where all truth, all color, higher, lower, all serving this one being, this one, this one being, neither fish nor animal nor soul. All is hope, all is projection, all is the singing of the one moment as it extends itself from synapse to synapse, never one better than the other, never one wiser than the other, always one knowing all as self.

“As hope arises in each heart, it is also a song of allowing, it is a song of showing that there are truths beyond knowledge, that there are truths lying softly under our understanding of the world that shows itself as real. And so if we can find our way back from limiting what is real, what is hope can become then possible, and the belief is what causes the spirit to enter the body, the bridging of heaven to earth, becoming the possible, one small step as “We might” becomes “We did it!”, in the individual as well as for the group, showing that we can find ourselves from what is to what is known to what is possible.

“Live it; live it in every moment so that in every moment that which you think of as the smallest awareness is what you ALREADY HAVE DONE! Or you would not be here. We find ourselves with the angels, laugh with the angels, laugh, so weep away. Know the sadness as a cue, accept it with joy. “Oh, there is sadness! There is a lack, sadness is meaning there is a different way to go about doing this, which will bring joy and happiness for all involved are the meanings, a way of telling me thank you for showing me your greatest joy. Thank you for communicating that which I was unable to acknowledge for myself; thank you for letting me know, oh dream is only a preview of what you are already doing, I am large and already grateful for the limitations.”

“That which you perceive as possible is already done, so congratulate yourself, your knowing self, for all that you know. Recognize that all that you hope for, is already done. The realms in which you live are many, and in your homes, whenever you want it to be that you can see with the physical eyes.

As the days grow shorter, so too will they soon grow longer again. The cycle continues whether we are ready or not. As you bustle about getting ready for holidays, take the time and bring your awareness to the many sounds and scents that Nature gifts us with at this time of year - the rustling of leaves and barren tree branches cracking and rattling in the wind, the bugle of elk, the falling of raindrops, the light pittering of snow upon the window, the smell of fresh pine, the distinct scent of a wood fire, all of the wonderful homemade foods from the fall harvest and on and on. There is a sacredness with these gifts - accept them and appreciate them.

When you visit with friends and family, look upon each other with great love and know that you are One. Align yourself with the moment, living as if you know that you truly have chosen what is in your life and accept it. In the acceptance is freedom and peace.

In the course of life, each person is the both the architect and builder. That means that every step of the way, we design and create our lives the way we want it. But what about the steps leading up to that? In other words, the million dollar question is: how do we know what we want to create in order to create it? This is probably the most common question I get as a coach, and, I believe the doorway to conscious living.

Well, the keys to that doorway lie in finding our purpose and/or passions. Ironically though, we also tend to tie that question often with the flow of money. Someone told me once to "do what I loved and the money would follow". Well, after many years of pondering that statement, doing many things that I loved, and very little money following, I discovered that there was one vital problem - yes I loved to do a variety of things, but not everything that I loved automatically created an income flow for me. Especially in a way where I felt I could be contented and fulfilled, since I very much connected the two concepts. And I actually believe that all I had to do was "love" to do anything at all, and the money would just appear like a genie. NOT!

But what I did discover was this: that there is a difference between the things that you are passionate about and one's purpose in life, sometimes both coming together, sometimes not. Money of course is a result of that, whether small or large amounts. Here's an example of passion and purpose being separate: I can be passionate about being a superstar basketball player, but if I'm only 5 feet tall and no athletic inclinations whatsoever, then it is certainly not my purpose. And even though I could still choose to devote 100% of my energy because of my passion around it, it still wouldn't net me a spot with the Harlem Globetrotters. It would also leave me broke and starving, since my all my energy would be going out towards this passion, but netting me nothing in return.

I believe there are four main keys to opening that doorway of discovery. Ask yourself these questions:

What are your gifts? These are the abilities you were born with that came naturally to you.You had no training, you were just good at them. For example, your physical abilities, your personality, your looks, the way you communicated or thought, ability to play a musical instrument. Think back to your childhood - what were you naturally good at - what came easily to you without any thought whatsoever? What did you enjoy? What did you love to do?

What are your strengths? These are your natural abilities or gifts that you have taken in your life and refined further. For example, your early talent in playing the piano further developed into a trained concert pianist.

What are your interests? These are areas usually associated with positive experiences from your past that you have chosen to develop and master.

We are working to help the world, yes. To do that we also need to understand personal mastery, how it expands, how it can be undermined, and what to do about it.

Years ago I formed an inner agreement with “all police persons” that went something like this: I honor you and thank you for the work you do. I am always driving safely; you need never be concerned about me. You don’t notice me, unless I consciously desire your assistance.

This has worked well for many years, especially given the fact that I usually drive over the speed limit. (From my own I Am Presence I have always affirmed that all life is safe from my car, and no accidents are caused.) The only thing which has undermined it has been my own unconscious, and it seems only when I am secretly feeling guilty about something.

Driving on the freeway the other day, a white car “parked” in the fast lane doing exactly 70 mph, the speed limit. I was going only slightly faster for a change, about 73. I blinked my lights once to ask the driver to move over, and when he didn’t I passed on the right, increasing speed to 75. The driver was a policeman who immediately pulled me over. Though I had insurance, Geico had not sent me proof of coverage, and that part of my ticket was $700! The speeding was $99.

At first I felt concerned that he needed to meet his monthly quota of tickets (it was the 29th), and that I had unconsciously agreed. But a few days later I realized that regarding my goal to save money to print a bunch of new angel pictures all at once, a part of myself strenuously objected! It gave me the ticket. I am working with this aspect now.
