So how do we begin? Well, first of all, we must constantly remind ourselves that whatever we are thinking, feeling, saying or doing we are cocreating, empowering and magnetizing into our lives.

Let’s contemplate this statement for a moment:

WHATEVER WE ARE THINKING, FEELING, SAYING OR DOING WE ARE COCREATING, EMPOWERING AND MAGNETIZING INTO OUR LIVES!

Are we empowering prosperity, abundance, vibrant health, loving relationships, fulfilling jobs, happiness, spiritual growth, world peace, global harmony, tolerance, planetary healing, reverence for all life and the vision of Heaven on Earth, or are we empowering hatred, war, dysfunctional relationships, poverty, disease, natural disasters, cataclysmic earth changes, governmental conspiracies, corporate corruption, economic collapse violence, crime, inhuman behavior toward each other and every other negative situation manifesting on Earth?

To begin consciously creating what we want, we must first evaluate our lives and decide what we like about them and what needs to be changed. Then, using our creative faculties of thought and feeling, we need to write a detailed vision describing exactly what we want to create and the type of lives we want to live.

Our visions must always reflect the highest good for ourselves and everyone involved. We must never be willing to attain our goals at the expense of another person or another living thing. We can easily fulfill that requirement by always striving for the most positive visions possible and then stating, “I ask my God Self to be sure that my visions manifest in alignment with the highest good of all concerned.” Our God Selves will then have permission to intervene and safeguard our visions to fulfill our request.

We can prevent our old patterns of limitation from sabotaging our visions by transmuting them with the Violet Flame from the Heart of God. This is accomplished by simply invoking the Violet Flame and asking our God Self to transmute all of our thoughts, words, actions and feelings from all time frames and dimensions, both known and unknown, that will, in any way, prevent or interfere with the manifestation of our visions.

It was apparent as soon as I arrived in Peru. I could feel the Golden Cities of Light. An Enchanted Age is returning. It is an answer to an old dream that I almost forgot. The past is gone, wiped clean, and a new world is emerging. All history is being left in the past. The door to the past is closed and sealed. After over 20 years worth of travel in the Americas and 11 consecutive years of traveling in Peru, I can now see the beginning of the dream coming alive. We indeed have made the shift. The future begins now. The wait is over.

Sacred sites operate at an ever evolving higher frequency than the rest of the planet. This is partly due to the continual and uncountable years and ages of use of these sites for spirit growth. Everything in the 3D world was once created in time and space, in the spirit world first, and then will manifest quickly thereafter. Because of this, an echo of what is coming in the future is felt in a sacred site first. It is one of the reasons that so many feel drawn to sacred sites. If we can feel this emerging world returning in the etheric, this new world is on its way and will manifest soon. What the Star Elders shared prior to this year's equinox is now confirmed.

During the course of our 2 ½ week pilgrimage in Peru, Lord Meru and Brotherhood of the Seven Rays, the Star Elders, and the ever present Archangel Michael gave me a glimpse of this Enchanted Age that we just entered, and some clues to what we might experience here and now. I could feel this quite clearly when I faced my favorite mountain . . . Apu Putukisi. The locals call it "the Enchanted Mountain".

The last 104,000 thousand years has been about creating and then healing past actions, as a learning experience. Now our spirits have learned what we needed to know. We will not re-create our mistakes if we stay positive. From Atlantis to Hiroshima, through all time, past to now, we have cleaned out and healed all miss-creations to date. Now it is up to us to keep this new environment clean. We are now clear to move forward, but do we know how to move forward? I received some clues to this also.

We will find that the way we have been approaching our spiritual lives will need to evolve to give us the same clarity, harmony and peace. In fact, all spiritual practices are being recalled for much needed upgrades. Mediation, Mantras, Yoga, Ceremony and other spiritual techniques will be evolving quickly into more potent practices. Healers will be called on to find new improved ways to help others. It is time to unleash what we know inside, so it can evolve into the "Something GREATER" that Jeshua speaks about. Spirit is saying that it is time to come off the mountain and begin to LIVE the Enchanted Age now.

We will not find it effective to process the past anymore. This is true for past pain, suffering, lack, abuse, abandonment, and betrayal etc…. What has happened is that we have turned completely around and have begun to move in the opposite direction. That direction is toward our future. We have left the life based in "what was" . . . and into a life that is based in the unlimited potential of "what is". Our spirits have done a 180 degree flip and we are now processing our future. It is kind of an interesting concept isn't it? Processing the future? How do you do that? I can imagine that we will say "How are you?", and we will reply "Oh . . . I'm just processing another level of bliss!" I think I can handle this.

. . . means basic, primary, elemental, essential, vital, necessary, supporting, and underlying. What is fundamental, then, is unitive or foundational. Therefore, someone who calls himself a “fundamentalist” is a supportive, unitive being, right?

If only! I saw the documentary “Jesus Camp” last week and was utterly horrified to observe a “Christian” camp for young children overtly training jihadist little Christian soldiers, preparing them for war! “The Muslims do it, so why shouldn’t we?” said the camp minister. It was overt brainwashing, mental and emotional abuse: all ability to choose for themselves was actively stripped from these beautiful youngsters. Imagine a beautiful little eight year old girl, weeping, racking her brain to try to come up with all of her sins so that God can forgive her, because she knows that she must be forgiven to go to Heaven! God help her if someday she actually does sin, like smoke some pot at a teenage party, horror of horrors, or have sex with her boyfriend, God forbid. If she realizes she’s a lesbian she will probably commit suicide. There was an adorable young girl actively recruiting for God, walking up to total strangers in her attempt to “win hearts for Jesus.” God, please protect her from the sexual predator she walks right up to!

Along with political religious rightness sermons, these young people were slammed with the terrible wrongs of abortion – given tiny models of fetuses and told how precious these little lives were to God, how perfect and pure they are. Conversely, the children themselves were told they were sinners from birth! When did these babies become dirty sinners? Was it in the birth canal? When they instinctively searched for their mother’s breast? God, please help the children of fundamentalists!

God’s fundamental truth is our liberty, our freedom to choose. Parents are to model their parenting after the nurturing, forgiving father illustrated in Jesus’ parable of the prodigal son. Though the father knew that his son chose amiss, he allowed and even encouraged that choice, knowing that he had planted the seeds of right choice in his son, hopeful that the son would return to reason. When the son did return, his delighted father rejoiced!

Yes! to NLP, Network Chiropractic, and all the great tools to come forth in the last decades. But conscious breathing, circular breathing, connected breathing—aka rebirthing—may be the most powerful of all. Rising in the 70s from Leonard Orr, revealed to him by the immortal master Babaji and his temporary incarnation, Herakhan Baba, rebirthing swept over much of the world.

Meeting (re-meeting) inwardly the immortal Babaji in 1976 changed my life immediately and profoundly. When I first moved to California in 1978, I traveled to Yogananda's Self Realization Center in LA to receive Babaji’s teaching of Kriya Yoga. Vastly disappointed to hear that I must study for a year first, I was studying when I attended the yearly SRF conference. But after a day I realized that this was not my group, and I must end my studies. Riding home, I asked Babaji, "How could it be that I can't receive Kriya? How could this be right?"

Two years later, when I first began rebirthing with Leonard, Herakhan Babaji popped into my eyes. He said, "This is *your* Kriya Yoga." Kriya being enormously revered, that is saying something for rebirthing!

Just now, to heal the darkest thing that’s ever come up for me, I “breathed” each day beginning six days ago, and the healing is nearly complete. Once after connected breathing for a few days, I smelled ether pouring out of my body--34 years after I had breathed it in. When I once taught a weekend rebirthing workshop, one lady arrived on crutches, due to an intense sprain in one of her legs, and left walking without them. I am convinced that it has saved people from “terminal” illness.

Connected breathing is amazingly powerful, yet so simple that anyone can do it. A rebirther definitely helps if you are beginning this breath: someone to hold the space of transformation with you and keep you breathing (going unconscious, or asleep, is frequent at first). But you can do it on your own too.

Though you may set an intent before you begin, there is no need to think while breathing; in fact it's probably better if you don't (unless you think of God or a favorite master).

Loosen tight clothes and empty your bladder before you begin. Have a blanket handy, as you may begin feeling cold—or hot. You can lie down or sit up. A good way to begin is to take four short, fast, deep breaths and then one giant long one, several times. Then begin a regular rhythm. Breathe through your nose, as that connects better with your nervous system. If your nose gets stopped up or you experience deep emotion, mouth-breathing is OK.

Your breath is relaxed yet full, dovetailing the in and out breaths so you can hardly tell where the inbreath leaves off and the outbreath begins, and vice-versa. This is the key to the breath. It is good to let both your chest and your abdomen rise and fall (perhaps the chest especially, as that is the site of much emotional armoring). You want the exhale to "fall" out, a release which is not pushed. Don't get stuck in a particular thought, picture or emotion; let each one pass by and just keep breathing. If tears come, that’s fine, but don’t scream.

Your breath may spontaneously speed up or slow down, and it may change character. You’ll probably experience tingling in your body, and if you’re new at the breath, your hands and feet may curl up, even ache terribly. There’s no need for alarm; your body simply has more oxygen than it’s used to. This will decrease and stop entirely as you do more of the breath. If you are healing a particular thing like sexual abuse, you may find yourself “breathing” through the part of the body which was harmed.

There seems to be a certain “best” rebirthing breath. You are wholly involved, breathing deeply, passionately and with speed, your whole torso alive and rising and falling spontaneously. Your breath may be “sliding” in and out. You are truly RELEASING.

A session may last 45 minutes, more or less, and you will know when it is complete. Often at the end of a session the breath just stops, sometimes for minutes (no problem, there’s plenty of oxygen to cover it), and you feel yourself in a trance-like state. Many people also see golden light, a Buddha, or another spiritual vision.

You can breathe every day for an intense healing; or every other day, once a week, or less, as you feel guided.

There is something about this breath which allows God-you-are to merge with your body, mind and heart and clear all you are ready to let go of, mentally, emotionally and physically.

Having no idea of making sales when beginning this article, I am guided to say that having the “wild” picture of Herakhan Baba and/or immortal Babaji (of Autobiography of a Yogi) helps me enormously when I’m rebirthing myself.

The choices we make each day largely determine the quality of our lives. Do we respond or react; do we choose love or fear; do we expand or contract our energy, etc. But when times get really hard often the choice for me comes down to: Do I laugh or cry?

I almost always choose to laugh because the amazing thing about laughter is that it is almost impossible to be depressed or down on in despair about something when you are laughing. Laughter totally transforms the energy of things more effectively and more quickly than over 95% of the energy healing techniques I have learned. I created a free mp3 audio recording where I sing a outrageously silly song that you just have to laugh as you listen to it. I dare each and every one of you to try to hold on to a depressing or serious concern, anxiety or worry while you listen to the recording on my web site! Laughter truly is the best medicine.

In late July when I woke up my guides told me that I needed to begin painting – that art and music were going to be two of the most important ways that great planetary healing would be transmitted over the next few years. This initiated a wild and crazy two months where Spirit gave me a crash course in painting.

We observed that there is not a great deal of understanding of the term Spiritual Warrior. This does not mean going out and teaching and informing others of the wisdom of spirit. The Spiritual Warrior does not go out there, they go within. The spiritual Warrior is kind to their human mind that from its love endeavours endlessly to keep you safe, to keep things as they are now – no change. This is the nature of the human mind. For change to happen there is a need for you to become the loving master of your mind and have the courage to go beyond where you will feel is safe. It is indeed not kind to yourself to put out for change without first establishing a firm foundation in love for the path ahead. We would like to invite you to ask yourself this question, "What is the scariest thing that I could do? Leave your home? Leave your family? Throw away all your money? Why do these things scare you? Do you see how your framework of understanding and reality is so intensely woven in to your current understanding of how the world works?" We give you this simply so that you may understand how you need to prepare for change, to create a firm foundation in love and connectedness to all things, the truth of who you are, before inviting in the change. If you do not do this the changes you ask for will be blocked by the human mind that endeavours to keep you safe within the present paradigms. You now understand that dichotomy that we speak about?

We are all searching for the way home, the door into our nascence, the path to the divine, the shining road that carries us toward the only destination there is: unity with the unbroken Mind, immersion into the Soul.

We know when we have touched on it for a moment by the flooding bliss that leaves no room for distraction.

This is why I create.

No, says the divine in my head. You create because I create. You carry out my Being as creator.

Yes, this is why I create. When I am creating I lose the bounded self in the vast possible of the template I have no choice but to express.

However, let us admit that one look at the world is all we need to know that it is possible to deny that mandate and not create. I am not unique beyond the definition of human. I could go crazy, become an alcoholic, abuse my being with distractions and over-compensation of every sort I could buy. I could – if I were determined – not create.

But I am lucky. I have not struggled in vain to find the shape in the clay, the line on the paper, the words at the beginning of the story. There was never a voice in my life that negated my creatorship. Of course I struggled, of course I spent years living in the shadow, of course I am doing so now. But I create. I make music, I make art, I make stories, I make jewelry, I make pies, I make a house, I make a baby, I make relationships.

In the giving of the self to the medium there is the surrender of choice to what may come. I lean toward the piano and wade in the chords I know well, the shallows where memory opens into my life of spontaneous joy. I give up the control of the notes that will sound. I let my hands roam over the keys and the sonorous music carries me because I am not making it up; I am floating on my back on a cool dark river, my face in the sky, my hands fluttering with the current. If I play this way long enough other instruments sound in my head, playing harmony and embellishing the simple progressions my unschooled musicianship can produce.

I have often said about the Energy Portraits I create that when I do them, I am in heaven. It’s where we want to be. The eternal moment.

I hope for you that you know what to place your body near, what to drape your mind over, what to hold close to your yearning heart so that you, too, can spend time – or your whole life --- where the song of creation sings its truth through your shimmering being.

As the days appear to grow shorter, there seems to be a growing sense of anxiety filling the gap for many. Many seem to sense that their dreams are unattainable or that personally they are just not quite good enough for what is needed. It is a time for renewed introspection. Old reels are coming forward from childhood or young adulthood - things parents told us, or teachers or ministers - people that we trusted.

For example one woman is struggling with always being told that "girls don't do that" whether it was her desire to play with boys more than girls, which made sense since she was from a family of boys, or her excelling in math and science. Or being told that "God won't love us..." if we behave a certain way. "What will the neighbor's think?" has also been coming up in replay for many.

Certificate after certificate and still not feeling confident or accepted in business... It is time to look at each and every one of those old reels and dismantle and erase them one by one. Try not to feel anger or resentment for those that loaded you up with the baggage. That is probably the best they could do with what they had to go on at the time.

Use this "darker" time of year to bring more "Light" into your personal life. As the holidays approach and you start to think of giving to others, don't forget to give something to yourself - a fresh new perspective. You are a unique, perfect, glorious, Being of Light wearing a human outfit of whatever shape or size, perfect for you in this life. Allow for that and accept that. Realize that when someone else criticizes you, they are just not safe and sure who they are. Extend understanding, love and compassion to all, including yourself. Perhaps take the time to write in your own handwriting a letter to someone or yourself stating what a gift that person is in your life. Speak from your heart rather than from your head.
