| Ashalyn is a Certified Hypnotherapist who has been doing Soul Communications sessions for the last twenty two years. These sessions
include intuitive healing and reading, hypnotherapy, spirit communications,
and spiritual counseling. Working in conjunction with her spirit guides,
Ashalyn sees and hears between the worlds, which gives her the ability
to communicate with any sentient being (alive or "dead") that
has a message for you in the moment. Ashalyn's sessions take you into an
altered state of awareness deep inside yourself where you can experience
your wise inner mind. Since there is no time or space in this level of
communication, her sessions can be done both in person or on the phone. Ashalyn definitely agrees with the following Albert Einstein quote which indicates a need for shifting our level of thinking in order to heal and make change. "We cannot solve problems at the same level of thinking at which they were created." |

Ashalyn prefers to call problems "challenges, however, or "opportunities for growth." She has found that by shifting your level of conscious awareness during the healing process, it becomes easier to access your deep inner emotional, mental, and spiritual wounds. She then helps you experience, release and transform the issues so they don't have such a controlling hold on you. |

What you'll experience in a typical session: Ashalyn starts each session by asking you what you wish to focus on. If you don't know what to ask for, she allows her spirit guides to direct her. Then she energetically creates a sacred space in which to work, raising your vibrational frequency to the highest levels of light, love, and truth you can access. She then guides you into a relaxed meditative state or a hypnotic trance (your choice) showing you how to use your inner screen of vision. Often the information Spirit wants you to receive comes through you, as well as through her. From that point on, you may experience any of the following: • what Spirit wants you to hear today Ashalyn chooses not to judge or blame, for she believes we've all taken turns being the abuser and the abused in our many incarnations. She also believes: Ashalyn is here to support you in doing whatever it takes to find your own individual strength and clarity so you can follow through on your personal pathway to success.
