Ashalyn describes a sacred site as being any place that helps you remember and more fully align with the peaceful sacred space within yourself. There are an abundance of these sites in and around the town of Mt. Shasta (population 3700) which is nestled at the foot of a 14,162 foot mountain, also called Mt. Shasta. The mountain is known worldwide as a spiritual energy vortex and draws thousands of travelers yearly who come to experience the transformational energies of Mt. Shasta. Mt. Shasta is the ideal destination for nature lovers. Here the water is pure; the air is clean; the energy is invigorating and inspiring; the people are friendly and helpful...the perfect setting for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The sacred sites Ashalyn takes people to each represent a unique little piece of God's masterful creative efforts on this planet.

You may choose from her portfolio of past treks or let Ashalyn's intuition select the perfect site for you. Some sites have recorded ancient history attached to them; some don't. What the sites all have in common is that they are:

Ashalyn's Trek agenda:
At the beginning of the day, we take time to smudge ourselves (cleanse the aura with sage and cedar smoke) and set our intention for the day. I then invite you to stay fully present so you will notice any signs or messages Spirit may be sending you.

Once we've arrived at our destination, you're free to choose from the following activities:
eat lunch or fast
explore or sunbathe
take pictures or draw
meditate, pray, tone, heal
restate your vows with God and self
do spontaneous ceremony
channel and share sacred stories
communicate with nature spirits and fairies
merge with the spirit of the Earth Mother
"baptize" yourself in a cold mountain stream
let the running waters wash away your cares

fill your mind with the present moment
accept the generous gifts of nature.
